Alkaid grit her teeth as she unintentionally drew the pained cries from Schee. She knew there was nothing to stop them short of putting a gag in his mouth though, so she continued until she could get his leg straightened. Once done, she set the pole against it (in the least awkward position she could manage with the lantern) and proceeded to bind the gauze as tightly as she could manage.

Two empty rolls later and he had a nice wad of fabric keeping it in place and, hopefully, keeping him from bending it at all. She could only offer a very sad smile as she finally looked back up at him. "That's all I can do for you," she said, calm but quiet. "You really do need to get to a hospital as quickly as possible though. They'll need to do x-rays and this.." She trailed off, pursing her lips into a grim line. "This will probably require surgery at the very least."

She didn't want to be the bearer of bad news, but she needed to express the seriousness of the situation. Hurt feelings was the least of his worries at the moment.

One could see the wheels turning in Bismuthite's mind as he took a long, long moment to think. Family? He didn't know the meaning of such a thing. His 'mother' was a drug whore, his father just an empty shell of a man with no backbone. He had no siblings. Well. Billy didn't Bismuthite...

"Well then, big brother," Bismuthite placed the energy orb into the teary-eyed captain's hand, "I suppose I can forgive you, but so long as you live, get better, get stronger. Here's your chance." There was a small smile on his face then.

Yes, Bismuthite was a douche. Yes, he was hoping to learn what it was like to be part of a family. As much as he wanted praise, as much as he wanted to be remembered when he was nothing but bones in the ground.

Mica’s eyebrow ticked up slightly at the pink-eyed Lieutenant’s words, thought the rest of her face remained carefully blank. She assumed that he was a fellow Lieutenant, as she was unfamiliar with him. It was bold to speak in such a way to a Captain, and by Mica’s reckoning it was also stupid. They were part of an army, not a democracy. Who was he to speak like that to a higher rank?

Of course, it was hardly her concern, and the Captain handled it as he pleased. Mentally Mica began to run through a mental list of her supplies at home, then of hospitals and doctors. Charity Hospital seemed like the best bet, especially since she worked from there.

“ I would suggest Charity Hospital. They’re busy, but less likely to ask questions. I could get you a ride there if desired.”

"Thank you..."
He nodded to Alkaid, once more chilled by the words. Surgery, oh god..what had he gotten himself into this time? Last time had been so badly injured Charonite had still been around to help in his...special way. Had it really been so long?

"And thank you, to you as well."
Scheelite's hand closed thankfully around the energy ball before he ate that as well. Three was enough to get him to feel like moving, but the particular injury still made it difficult. Renewed energy DID mean one thing though, the will to summon his guitar was back! The captain quickly called his weapon to his side and used it to get back up on his feet as he had done a few times back in the field of battle.

It was awkward, especially with the pole and gauze wrapped around his leg to keep his knee straight. But by god he was going to stop moping around on the floor and stand tall to inspire those around him. Even with how very injured he was, he was determined to stand strong and show the others that the Negaverse was strength, family, victory.

"I will remember what you said...and don't hesitate to seek me out if you ever need me, little brother."

The two addressed, he moved to the final person who had come to assist him.
"A...ride would be greatly appreciated. Even with energy it's not a trip I can make on my own. Teleporting is dangerous, they'd have to wonder how a kid wound his way through the streets with a busted knee..."

He wobbled a bit, judging how well he could move with one leg immobilized and the entirety of his weight resting on one good leg and his trusty guitar.

Bismuthite gave a nod as he stood and moved out of the injured captain's way. To him, that had been the equivalent to having made at least one friend. It went to show how good his people skills were. That was to say, they were practically non-existent.

He made to run a hand through his hair to get it out of his face, when it got caught in the dry, sticky, bloody mess of it. He winced. There was a medium sized gash that was the source of the blood. Bismuthite's first thought was how he was going to explain that and his raw knuckles to Ladon. Hm. Blame it on some punks at school. Yeah. He could do that.
Oh god, Ladon. Bismuthite hadn't thought about his boyfriend since he lay in bed after his corruption. What was he going to do? He had the advantage of Ladon not being able to contact him, but rather the two's dates being on his terms... but if Billy was going to start showing up with more and more injuries... What would the sweet boy think? It was obvious to him that Ladon didn't approve of his past violence...

But wait, what did it matter to Billy? Or right...he was supposed to be giving 'falling in love' a try. Pfft. Yeah right...

There was only one thing to do;

Deny, deny, deny.

Mica had been about to offer her cane when the Captain summoned his guitar. That was good; it looked better for him to use his own weapon for his prop. However, she wasn't about to let him get a head injury in case he decided to fall over, so Mica moved a bit closer to his side.

" My apartment and car are on King Boulevard, but I can pick you up from where ever." Casting her eyes around, she added, " Anyone else that wants to be patched up may go to my apartment."

It was chaos in Elysium, and Zircon's senses were all a blur of cries and clangs and magic and blood and a slow, persistent pain at her side that continued to creep up her torso. She had been knocked back again, but she was up, ready to stand and fight. It didn't matter that her limbs felt like lead and that her eyes stung and that the ground felt slightly off-kilter: instinct had all but consumed her in the spur of the moment, and her 'cut losses and run' strategy had all but been entirely forgotten. No, with the sky lightening to a new day and showing the blood of senshi all around her, she felt her spirit bolstered and went to lunge for a new target, hands outstretched--

--only to clasp at the cold, dark air of Negaverse subspace.

The lieutenant stumbled forward a few steps, carrying her momentum to a slow halt, but she managed not to run into anyone, her boots skidding to a stop on the outer edges of the group. Stiffly, she glanced inside to the injured around her, and as she surveyed those around her, her lifted spirits began to sink bitterly. There was no victory in a draw. They had failed.

She saw her Captain not too far away and approached cautiously, favoring her right side to the growing pain in her left. Quietly she stood beside his crumpled form, a bloodied face watching events transpire with tired eyes. She reached for her aviators to pull them free from her tousled hair but only found crumpled frames, the lenses long smashed by some magical attack. Shaking her head, she pocketed the poor remains and looked to General-Queen Laurelite, quietly accepting the orb of energy and nodding in thanks. She knew that she should say something, anything, but the gravity of the situation was beginning to eat away at her, leaving nothing inspiring. She justified her silence by remembering herself as a lieutenant, a grunt warrior, and now was not the time for her to speak. Mostly, though, it was because she was tired, hurt, and even somewhat frightened. Even with her training, she had still failed.

The orb of energy flickered in her hand, and she considered her actions carefully. There were several cuts on her face that, while rather bloody, had stopped bleeding some time ago, and the stiff ache in her torso was something that she could ignore enough to walk. Zinkenite, however, did not appear to be in the same condition. Normally, she would consider her own needs first, but this was her captain, her superior officer, and the sooner he was back on his feet the sooner he could correct her training so that she would be better prepared. She had to be better prepared if they were going back a second time: failure was not an option. And so, meekly and reluctantly, she knelt down on one knee offered her small orb to Zinkenite. He clearly needed it more than she did.

Glancing up to Lieutenant Mica, she offered a grave nod, gulping softly to clear her throat. "I may need to take you up on that," she said in a sharp voice that was stronger than the wobbly feeling in her gut might suggest. "I can help carpool as well, if you need the space." As much as she dreaded the idea of getting blood in her nice new vehicle, she knew that this was her best bet of proving useful at the moment, and she was in dire need of proving herself useful. If nothing else, she knew a few cleaners who didn't ask questions about bloodstains, so she would be fine.

Zinkenite smothered as much of his cry of pain at the sensaition of alchohol being poured over his injuries between clenched teeth and what was left of the shirt they had cut away. The burning sensation lasted long after he was out of breath and panting...wishing he were even a fraction as 'tough' as he viewed those around him to be. He at least had to put on a brave face...though it was now paler and drawn.
"Thank you.... Raite" he said through gritted teeth. "If that didn't kill any infection it's drunk now..."
It was better than screaming again, even if the words were laced by that unspoken desire to.
He glanced appreciatively at his Lieutenant, Zircon, but shook his head. "Thank you..." He said shakily after a moment. "You're hurt though, take it...how bad off are you."

His team... as much of it as he could see had done well for themselves, most far better off than his own determination had done for him. He'd commend them later...they would be tremendous captains, and eventually Generals he thought. Not just his team either.

Fayalite winced out as she heard the cried from schee as his leg was set, she had to admit.. she was worried at the severity of his leg. Would he ever be able to walk again? Hopefully just a long...really REALLY long recovery time. That's better then now walking...right?

She winced as well when Zinkenite screamed. Damn... the battle was hard on them. Fayalite was lucky.. she was hit with energy bolts, and while yes she had a few burn welts here or there that hurt like a b***h and some scorched skin from that ******** cat... she was only really bruised and tired, no skin broken.

She wanted to comfort them both, schee and zink.. they were the closest of the 'nega family' to her, God... she needed to make more friends (no offense!). Instead she settled on not babying them... she knew sometimes wounds just needed to heal and be licked by themselves.

"I have a car as well... if anyone wants to be picked up and taken to the hospital, just tell me where. Also.. i request when sent back." Faya couldnt port yet so someone would need to port her out of the subspace. "That i remain in uniform until scheelite can get attention for his leg." usually when sent back they were tossed out of uniform.... she needed to stay in hers and not power down in the least, or the splint currently on Scheelites leg would disappear. She looked towards him for a moment with a blank stare, figuring he had found a ride elsewhere already among the others. "Ill stay in uniform for another hour at least... hopefully that will be enough time to get to the hospital, and for the pole to disappear without someone looking at it for too long." She made a note to grab a change of clothing in her apartment before leaving if anyone wanted a drive. She was in the shower when porting here initially...

"I can teleport us to King Boulevard. Just you and me but it's better than walking, right? But if you'd prefer to hang back and see if anyone else needs your help I can wait for you there. Though I could hitch a ride with Faya instead..then she'd know when she could power down, and you'd be free to help officers at your apartment. That might be a better idea, but it's up to you."
He might have been a captain, an injured one at that, but he wasn't about to pull the other away if she could still help those here before taking him to the hospital. His leg had been set, and he had a bit of time before Faya powered down and took his splint with her. There were others in the space with wounds as well, and his family deserved to be cared for. This time the choice was up to those a bit more qualified to help.

Chills went up Scheelite's spine as Zinkenite cried out. That was his partner, the one in here he was the absolute closest to. There were others he loved and was worried about of course (he still hadn't caught sight of Paragonite, and this unnerved him), but Zink was a special case, and never in his time of knowing him had he seen his partner like this.
"Zink man...I'm coming to see you, as soon as this is taken care of."
There was no -choice- there. He'd be seeing his partner one way or the other, even if he had to teleport himself straight into the middle of his old dorm at Hillworth.

Scheelite glanced back at Faya, eyes begging someone to figure everything out and leave him free of deciding, or thinking in general. Everything was catching up to him now and while he still stayed standing to keep up the appearance of being strong, he was ready to break down on the inside.

“ It seems logical for you to go with… Faya.” The last part sounded like a question, as Mica wasn’t familiar with the other Lieutenant. Not surprising since Mica actually knew very few of her comrades.

“ I’ll take Zircon,” That name she had picked up from Zinkenite,“ and whoever else back to my apartment. I assume you can find me if needed.”

Unless the glowstick had ported itself into her apartment, Scheelite had been there once already.

Fayalite stood quiet, something that was usually normal for her in crowds.. she was not good in them and would fidget. Recently though she was getting better with it, at least when with the nega 'family'. Looking back and forth between Mica and Scheelite as they conversed, she nodded at the end. "Ill drive schee." With a grunt the lieutenant pushed herself to her feet and moved towards Scheelite. Leaning in she told the captain the street she lived on. Fayalite had never told anyone even the street she lived on, she was just not that trusting of people. If you got to know her...you would earn that privilege, if she trusted you. "Victoria Street." She said to him. Looking around, she eyed everyone else in the room. "I extend the offer too, my cars not huge but it would fit 5 comfortably if anyone else wanted." They could call her on her negaphone if they needed her, she would be in uniform for a while. She did not extend the offer of staying in her place though, she was in this war for the long haul but she still did not trust enough to extend that offer to everyone.

A pause.

Looking down at her captain, she eyebrow quirked. "You can be as stubborn as you like but someone needs to look at those wounds. Or you at least need someone to care for you... and not try to get blood in your alcohol that way." Fayalite noted towards the alcohol that was poured down his back. She told zink the street name too. " No DUI's for you, you can come to the hospital too if you want." She wanted to literally DRAG the captain to the hospital, not wanting to see him hurt, but sometimes things need to be not forced. No matter how much she gritted her teeth at it.

She placed a hand on schee's shoulder. "Beam me up, scotty?" She noted trying to make the situation lighter. The two of them teleported out of the subspace a few moments later.

(( Had permission from demy to say they ported out <3 ))

Zink sighed and closed his eyes for a long moment, he should at least make sure that Scheelite went all the way into the hospital.
"Thank you, everyone." He said with a small stiff bow as soon as he regained his feet, though his posture just at the moment made him look ancient. "I think most of you know where to reach me...and how. I'm following scheelite...and then getting some rest."

And with one final bow to Zircon and his other team members, as though to say 'well done'...he vanished.

Zircon wanted to question Zinkenite's decision, tell him that she wasn't that bad off and that she knew he needed the healing energy more than she did. All the same, he was her captain, and she wasn't about to disobey, especially if it worked out in her favor. She nodded once and then placed the orb on her tongue, feeling the energy go to work on the various scratches and bruises on her body. The wounds on her side seemed only to slightly lessen, however, and it was then that she realized that she was likely going to have to seek legitimate medical attention. s**t. Maybe keeping the orb wasn't such a bad idea after all.

She bowed her head in respect at her captain's exit, and then focused her energies on Lieutenant Mica. "I don't live far from King Boulevard, I'll just meet you at your apartment." She struggled to stand, her posture off-balance, but she somehow made it to her feet. "From there, we can carpool anyone who needs it to Charity. Sound good?"
