Blaze the Fire Dragon Thanks, kind of dead though, huh?
It's been quite but I believe that once more information about Skyrim or when the actual game comes out there will be more activity then.
Welcome to the Library Olran.

Nerevar Telvanni Welcome to the Library. I'm just as pumped for Skyrim. If you can you should find a way to get your hands on Morrowind, no offense to OB or anything but MW contains to true spirit of the TES games. YES! crying

Name: You can call me Miss. Age: 21. Location: Washington. Brief Introduction: Hello, hello. It's good to see lots of Elder Scrolls fans here. As stated above, I'm Miss, and I'm excited to get to know all of you! Though I'm fairly new to the Elder Scrolls series (I've only ever played Oblivion and technically haven't finished it yet), it's easily one of my favorites. The history, the lore, the detail, the gameplay... I love it all. I would like to pick up Morrowind sometime and Skyrim is definitely on my list of games to buy. In the game, I tend to play a thief stealth assassin type character, but really it all depends on my mood. My favorite races are Khajiits, Argonians, Bosmers, and Nords.

Name: Most either call me Eliae, Eli or Darr, usually depending on my avi's gender. Age: 23 Location: Missouri Brief Introduction: TESIII: Morrowind was my first introduction to both Bethesda and The Elder Scrolls series. I actually had originally bought the game knowing that it was single-player, but also thinking (for some reason) that it had online capabilities. While I -was- somewhat disappointed about the lack of online stuff (I didn't know about mods for the PC version back then), I thoroughly enjoyed the freedom in the game to do as you wish... so long as it didn't involve killing a quest-giver, that is. Unfortunately, though, I lost the game sometime in '06 or '07 and haven't been able to play it since, but I managed to pick up a copy of Oblivion GotY shortly after I got my current laptop, and I can't wait for Skyrim's release.
Favorite race from Morrowind? Khajiit (night eye was more useful to me in that game) All time favorite race? Argonian (especially in Oblivion; nothing like permanent water breathing!)

tabName: Dusky tabAge: I prefer to not state this tabLocation: Utah tabBrief Introduction: Hello, I am a huge geek who loves to write, play video games, play on photoshop, and cook. I am currently in Culinary School but I have hopes of joining Bioware's writing team. RPG's are my favorite genre of video games but I love shooter's as well such as Halo and Gears of War. There's a lot more but that would take awhile. I'm happy to be here!

Name: Elie, or Max (my middle name) Age: 22 Location: Philadelphia PA, USA Brief Introduction: Rather busy art student, studying painting, drawing, textiles, and sculpture at Tyler school of art. I am starting to minor in Archaeological Physical Anthropology, and have a certain affection for linguistics. Currently working as a graphic designer for a small printing business, which prints for functions, small businesses, and specialized design jobs. I am not much of a gamer. I am especially picky about games, and don't give two shits about FPS's or competitive games. Games with interesting story value and highly potent exploratory content draw me, and always have done. The Elder Scrolls as a series is the ultimate expression of that variety of game. I have cherished the series since I became aware of it with Morrowind, which I got with my first XBOX alongside a copy of Fable I when I was 14. That was a long time ago. Fable was new at that time, and Morrowind was getting quite old. The rapidly aging RPG was still my favorite of the two, winning my affection through constant references to H. P. Lovecraft, and others of my favorite authors. It is still one of my favorite games which I play once in a while to take the edge off of life. Later I enjoyed Oblivion, perhaps as much as Morrowind. It was a very memorable game, and put my short periods of gaming time into an immersion within nirn, emulating Arena and Daggerfall with DOSbox and seeking backwards to get a true idea of it all. Skyrim is every bit a masterpiece as Morrowind, in all of it's buggy and infinitely deep glory, and I enjoy it very much when I get to play it. My Dovahkiin is a Black Khajiit named Absolom Habasi, or just Solom.

Name: Denning/Mitch/whatever. Age: 19. Location: Victoria, Australia. Brief Introduction: 19 year old struggling Law student. Currently on holidays, and am getting back into Skyrim! When I was 15 or 16, a mate gave me a copy of Morrowind for PC, and my parents bought me a copy of Morrowind for Xbox. That was my first experience with TES. I'm yet to finish it, to say the least. A tad boring, if you ask me, but only because I never understood the lore, the world and merely just sat atop a building with a bow and arrow fortified to absolutely insane levels (god, I loved that fortify glitch).
Anyway, I bought Oblivion, and finished that. Oblivion is, to me, the most boring of the three that I've played - I never liked Oblivion gates. They really, really ticked me off. I did get the max gamerscore for it on 360, but never bought it on PC. Believe I wracked up 200-300 hours gameplay time on it before Skyrim was released.
Needless to say, I'm at 160 hours in Skyrim, and am thoroughly annoyed by constant glitches, but I still play because of the immersive world. I still don't pay much attention to lore, and definitely don't read the books I've found around Skyrim.
I hope, by me being here, I can immerse myself completely in the TES world. Am still extremely keen for the TES Online game.
