He smiled as he followed him mate onto the shore and curled up beside her, wrapping his tail around her. He couldn't understand what had come over him. He was more sensitive, and affectionate then he had been in his entire life. All he wanted to do was be near his mate and cuddle with her, kiss her, basically do anything that involved her. He settled next to her, and placed his head on hers and closed his eyes. Even though he had only gotten up he seemed to have drained all his energy.

Rave nuzzled into her mate. As long as she was with him she didn't need anyone else. She was getting very comfortable with Frost. She closed her eyes and yawned. Were did all her energy go? Oh well. It didn't matter. What else did they have to do anyway? Nada thing. Rave stretched out and shook some water off her fur, purposely getting it on Frost

He chuckled as he leaned over and bit her neck, "You little butt..." He shook out his fur. "What did you do that for anyway?" He nudged her head, "I was almost asleep Rave." He nibbled on her neck harder. She was flying through the sky, just exploring really, when she noticed that there were a pair of snuggling Daeva's below her. "Hm.....how...strange....Who knew that they were so affectionate?" She shrugged her shoulder, then got an evil smirk on her face as she swooped down to land. Maybe she could pull a prank on them.Frost looked up as a shadow cast over them, "Rave get behind me...." He growled and arched up his back. He would never let anything happen to Rave, he couldn't ever afford to lose her. It was stupid to let them sleep out in the open. A mistake that he wouldn't repeat ever again.

"A butt am I? Well I'm your butt so deal with it." Rave bumped her butt into him and laughed. Then Rave saw the shadow and looked up. It was a female Phim. What was she doing here? Rave looked from behind Frost. What was there to be afraid of with a Phim! Ha! Rave thought she should let Frost handle this. Even though she wanted too.

He growled at the Phim. He didn't care who or what they were. He just wanted it far away from his mate.
"Oh....well..." She frowned. It hadn't been stealthy enough apparently. She had already been seen, even though she had been trying to sneak up on them. "Um...Hi?" She smiled nervously.
"Hi?" Frost eyed her like she was an idiot. "You flew all the way down here to say....Hi...." He eyed her. THis had to be some sort of trick. There was no way that a Phim landed down there with two Daeva's to merely say hello. This vixen was up to something, he had a nose for trouble and she stunk.

Rave looked over the Phim. "Hi?" Really? That's what she wanted to say? Rave stepped out next to her mate. Rave looked over the coat of the Phim. "Could you be any brighter Phim?" Rave sat back against the tree. The shade made her coat less offensive. She laughed at her mate tenseness. "Relax Frost." She smiled 'innocently' at the Phim.

"I don't know how to relax...." He looked at his mate and smiled at her tenderly, "But thank you...." For calming him down he meant. He knew that he could be overprotective sometimes, but he couldn't help it. Rave meant the world to him. But it appeared this Phim was no threat at all, so he allowed himself to calm down.
"Mm..." She frowned as she looked at the girl daeva, "Why does everyone make fun of my coat?" She looked away. It seemed that where ever she went someone commented on how bright she was, like she had any control over it.

Rave eyed the Phim and stepped out of the shadows so she can show off her coat. "Who ever said I was making fun of your coat? I merely said it was bright." Rave stretched from laying down. "Your coat might be bright and wild but look at mine..." Rave circled the Phim. "Its loud. Wouldn't you agree?" Rave gave the Phim a toothy smile. "But I love my coat. It's different. Unique. Instead of looking down at your coat you should honor it." Rave never thought she'd have to give lessons to a Phim, though she thought it was too bright for her taste, it didn't mean the Phim had to hate it.

"Rave...." Frost growled warningly, she was getting far too close for his liking. "Keep your distance from her."
"I'm not going to bit...." She rolled her eyes, "I like my coat just fine....It seems to be everyone else that doesn't..." She looked at herself, then the Daeva, "You're multi-colored too..." She smiled.
"Yeah, yeah...." He stood up and walked over to his mate, and nuzzled her neck, "Everyone is colorful."
"Except you...." The Phim grinned, "Your rather....plain."
"Mm...."He comically glared, "What'd you say?"

Raves ear twitched a bit. Did she just call Frost plain? "Well excuse me Miss Phim..." The smile on Rave's face had vanished and her ears flicked back. "My mate here is one of a kind." The flames that came off of her grew a bit larger, the colors flicking every which way. "As you can see... what comes off of me is fire." She growled in her throat. "But why am I telling you this... He is too plain for you." Rave nuzzled her mate and took in his scent, trying to calm herself down.

What if she was right? He was a rather plain looking Daeva, unlike his colorful mate. What if Rave got sick of him, what if he wasn't much to look at? He looked down, then looked over surprised at his mate and smiled. No he was being ridiculous. Rave loved him for the fox that he was, she didn't give a damn about his coat. That was one of the reasons he loved her so much. "Shhhh Rave..." He nuzzled her back sweetly. "We don't need to explain ourselves."
Rael looked at them, she hadn't meant it that way. But she didn't really feel the need to explain herself so she merely shrugged. "That would be why he's your mate and not mine...." She walked over to a small pond and sipped up some of the water.

Rave shook off the bit of anger that she had. She didn't care for physical things, at times, she loved Frost for the sexy Daeva he was. Rave saw that the Phim was taking a drink. She whispered at Frost. "Stay Quiet." Rave snuck up to the Phim, she held her breath the 'accidently' bumped the Phim, with enough force to knock her into the water if she wasn't fully prepared.

"What are you doing?" He watched his mate with interest. He wasn't sure what it was, but he knew that it wasn't going to be good. "Rave what...Uh!" he gaped amazed as she pushed the Phim into the pond.
She felt a shove from behind, then went head first into the pond, making a huge splash. "mm...." She poked her head out of the surface of the water and spat out a stream of water.
Frost snorted as he smiled at his mate, "Rave....you naughty little fox..." He laughed at her. "I can't believe that you do that.." He walked over and nuzzled her, "Even though it was funny."

Rave laughed. After all. She had to get back at the Phim for taunting her mate. She chuckled a bit as some over the water spat out got on her. Showing Rave wasn't a complete bytch she offered a paw to the Phim. She knew it was a naughty thing to do but she couldn't help it. It was in her nature to be mischievous. "Come on now." Rave tail flicked and she looked over at Frost. Smiling at him.

"I wouldn't do that if..."
Rael pulled Rave into the pond, then stood up and walked out of the water as she shook out her fur. "Back back's a b***h....isn't it..." She smirked back at the Daeva.
"....were you...." He sighed as he chuckled softly, but he masked it by clearing his throat loudly. "Rave.....love, are you alright?" He walked to the edge of the pond and looked at her softly, "Would you like a paw?"
