Avery smiled and leaned as far back as she could and closed her eyes, "Alright head toward the mall," she said looking over at him.

"Your house is near the mall?" Jeremy said questioningly looking at her. He shrugged and pulled out of the parking lot and headed towards the mall.

Avery smiled and watched him, with a smiled the whole way, till she saw flashing blue and red lights and sighed.

"s**t" Jeremy sighed loudly pulling to the left. He put the car in parked resting his head on the steering wheel. "I was doing the freaking speed limit"

Avery giggled, "Your not in trouble," she said smiling as a police officer walked to the window, "Dad is worried sick about you," he said looking at Avery then at Jeremy, "Hi," he said with a smile, then looked back at Avery. Avery giggled, "Jeremy this is my brother Tyler, Tyler this is Jeremy....My new friend," she said smiling.

Jeremy gave a loud sigh of relief. He looked over at Tyler, "Erm...hi" He said with a small wave. "I nearly had a heart attack" He said with a weak laugh leaning back on the seat

Tyler looked at Jeremy questioningly, then looked at Avery and she shrugged. Tyler smiled, "Well sis call dad when you get home the school already did and he is freaking," he said, then looked at Jeremy, "Get my sister home safe," he said and nodded with a goodbye and headed back to his car. Avery giggled, "get scared?" she asked smiling.

"W-will do" He told Tyler before he left. He sighed putting the car back into drive and pulled back out into a road. "Yeah...I did get scared" He said quietly staring at road.

Avery pointed, "Turn right up there," she said then looked at him again, "Like you don't have your license?" she asked smiling.
