This is my belief.
I don't really believe in the Sesshomaru and Kagura rumor.
But I do believe in something else,
Sesshomaru is like a father to Rin, Sesshomaru really does act like a father to Rin but...he doesn't realize it. [Also, Imagine if the Sesshomaru and Kagura Rumor was true. InuYasha and Sesshomaru would be related to Naraku, and all three would try to kill him. Then InuYasha would try to kill Kagura and Kanna. Sesshomaru wouldn't let that happen.] Rin likes Kohaku, and I think Kohaku likes Rin. If only you could put 'Neither' on that poll. This is me, and what I think is going to happen.
Sesshomaru: Maybe some other character that come in the story.
Kagura: [Same as Sesshomarus'.]
Rin: Kohaku, most likely.
Kohaku: Rin, of course.

In my opinion I believe Rin would be the best. I mean, yes, Sesshoumaru leaves alot and look how Rin already takes it. Pretty much use to it; doesn't mind it. Proven to him that she can stand alone (Though, needs his help at some point). She finds her own food has fun and looks after Ah-Un (SP?). So, yeah. Besides, they look cute together. 4laugh Ex: Rin and Sesshie!An Older Rin and Sesshie

I think that Sesshoumaru and Kagura make a more believable relationship over Sesshoumaru and Rin. And instead of going into many different points about the issue, just check out this site at the link provided HERE!
Now, just so I make myself clear... the website is not mine, what is writen on that site was done by the site's owner, which is not me. However, I do agree with the points of view that it brings up. On that site, is plenty of well thought about evidence as to why Sesshoumaru and Kagura make a good pairing. Thank you all *bows*

Kagura sense her and Sesshomaru are both demons and look around (not meaning that they really are) the same age. Plus their both really powerful demons to begin with.

If it has to be one of those two, then it will be Rin, since Kagura dies. I could see Rin and Sesshomaru evolving into being peers as Rin gets older, although I still find it a little difficult to believe that Sesshomaru could fall in love with a human.
