"Mm." Even the cold and emotionless Luke wouldn't leave an intoxicated girl unattended in the rec room. That just seemed like a bad idea all around. He watched the Pikachu remove himself from his place and disappear under the bed before turning back to Claire. "You should get some rest."

If either Luke or Lucas had left her unattended and drunk in the rec room, leaving her to the mercy of whoever happened to walk in afterwards, she would have found him after and tried to slap him. And then would promptly be killed thirty three and a half times. Or three-quarters. Even though she had a general trust in her coworkers to behave properly, she didn't trust hardly any of them around her while drunk. Hopefully she'd learned her lesson to make sure a drink is free of alcohol before downing two of them.
"Mmh," she replied sleepily before yawning once more, though whether she actually heard the words or not wasn't easily discernible. Regardless, she scooted over a bit before carefully laying down, wrapping one arm around the pillow Zeus had been sleeping next to. She felt the distinct need to apologize again, and couldn't exactly remember if she had or not. Better to air on the side of caution, which would be amusing coming from the drunk, completely vulnerable young woman who was already half-asleep. "Sorry," she said for the second time before yawning again, managing to half-cover her mouth with one hand. She paused then and seemed like she was studying Luke, considering him for a few moments before she spoke in a quiet, sleepy voice, as if informing him something very important before falling asleep. "...you're still sideways."

"I'll be upright in the morning," he promised, the beginnings of a smile appearing on his face. It seemed she would sleep soundly enough, judging from the fact that she had done so while he was still carrying her, but he was hesitant to just leave her with no one else around. The Pikachu wouldn't be able to do much if she hurt herself in her sleep, and he could at least wait until Lennyka returned. He seated himself at the end of the bed, drawing up one knee and leaning his back against the wall. An hour or so later he realized he had no idea when the bookish woman would appear, or if she would at all. Perhaps she was staying with a friend or had overnight business in some other place. These questions would fade into quiet oblivion, though, as Luke slowly fell into slumber himself.
