"Honestly, what woman wouldn't like me." he chuckled. "face it my dear Cam, you can't resist me." he smiled mysteriously and lowered his head as his eyes grew dark and gave her neck a gentle n** before he put her back down on the ground. He looked out over the hill at the forest landscape below. the sun was just starting to go down as it became later in the afternoon. his eyes seemed to twinkle with wonder at the land far off in the distance.

She scooted closer to him. "Well.. Maybe I Can't. Maybe I Can." She rested her head on his shoulder.

His shoulder tensed at first. he hadn't noticed how much closer she was to him but his shoulder began to relax. "So did your father tell you why they need us to be together?" he asked.

Ren rubbed his neck thinking about what Cam just said. "a new pack...?" he began to smirk to himself mschieviously. "must be hard for your father to give you up like that." Ren said. he stretched his arms up towards the sky and sighed dreamily.

Cam shrugged. "Seperators word over anything else." She sighed.

He nodded in agreement and looked over at her lazily. he had the urge to feel her hair and he slowly lifted his hand to her long hair and glided his fingers through it gently. Then suddenly he heard a rustling behind them and he turned around quickly but whatever it is was hidden behind the bushes. "I think we're being watched..." he said quiet and seriously. He searched around diligently with his eyes but didn't hear anymore. dam better not be a territorial wolf spying on us he thought.

"lets get out of here." Ren said quietly too her and took her hand. He didn't mind fighting but he wasn't going to intentionally start a fight when Cam might get hurt in the process. its probably nothing, i could be over reacting he figured but still something just didn't feel right. he connected minds with her as he lead her back towards the path. Lets change, we can run down the hill faster and i"ll be able to sniff out what ever that was

Ren shifted too and gestured for her go first down the path. As she did so Ren raised his nose towards the area where they just came from and sniffed the air thoughtfully. He definietly could smell something resembling the fur of a predator animal, which a wolf is a predator to many. He ran after Cam and when they were close to the bottom of the hill Ren looked upward towards the top. His eyes narrowed with annoyance when he noticed another wolf looking down at them. he couldn't tell exactly what its expression was but it looked a little menacing.

Cam growled, her silver fur puffed out. She looked at Ren.

The wolf bared its teeth in response to Cam's growl. A low growl began in Ren's throat. he was relieved the wolf was still up there so it couldn't attack Cam. The hill might be the start of his territory Ren told cam through mind. Ren couldn't recongize the wolf and it seemed Cam didn't either so it was a wolf from a different pack all together. the wolf looked back behind him and made a low howling sound. a minute later two other wolves appeared beside him. Ren's muscles tensed with sudden fear. there was something more going on then just territorial threats and he looked over at Cam his eyes widening with wonder. they know about us. though he didn't know why it would matter too them if its a dispute between his pack and cam's pack alone. The wolves began to charge down the hill after them. Cam run! Ren nughed her forward.

Cam growled. We gotta Show.. She bared her teeth, approaching the Wolves.

Show..? Ren impulsively ran after her. the hair on his back was raised threateningly and he held the leader's gaze as the leader and the two other wolves came closer. Ren flicked his tail as he walked slowly in front of Cam to guard her whether she wanted him to or not. he held his position as he linked minds with the leader. We mean you no harm, what do you want from us?. the leader smiled menacingly and nodded towards Cam. Get out of our way, we're here for her the two other wolves were waiting for the leaders next move. The two appeared to be both female wolves while the leader was male. Ren growled fearlessly. never! he stepped towards them. what could you possibly want with her?
