Meiko nodded with a smile as she gazed at the stars again. She sighed with satisfaction as she folded her arms on her chest. "Yes, it is..."
Meiko quickly turned to the boy and asked as she grinned. "I forgot, what's your name by the way?"

Meiko smiled again as she continued to gaze at the stars with the professor and Steven. She spoke softly to Steven with a small grin. "So Steven, what year and house do you belong to? I'm a 7th year Ravenclaw by the way."

"You can call me Naomi, just like you used to." She smiled. A boy she recognized as being a member of her own house approached her and she turned to him. "I am quite well, thank you Steven. He is a Hufflepuff, I know that," Naomi added, glancing at Meiko.

Scared settled herself in to get a good look at the stars Yay. there are other Hufflepuffs here. Scared propped her head up on her arm and made herself comfortable

Meiko noticed another familiar face in the corner of her eye as she took her glasses off to wipe some moist. She placed it back and grinned as she waved at the Hufflepuff girl with a friendly voice. "Hey, come and join our conversation if you want... Scared, am I right?"

Naomi smiled. She was glad her becoming a professor hadn't robbed her of a nice social life -- or lack there of.

After signaling Scared to join them, Meiko turns to professor Lovegood and Steven with friendly eyes. She grinned as she lightly giggled. "Since we're having a conversation, do you guys have crushes?"

Meiko chuckled as she swayed her head from right to left. "Sadly, I'm not into anyone right now, professor... but I do miss Chris~"

"Hmm..." Naomi muttered. She wasn't quite sure if she believed Meiko, though she knew that she missed Chris terribly. "The same goes for me. Except missing Chris, of course. At least, I don't miss him in the way you do," she added, smiling.

Meiko lightly laughed as she looked down at her feet. "Everyone close to him misses him too... but I do hope that we get to have new relationships with someone, professor."

Amelia Frances
 Knowing she had to catch up in Astronomy, Amelia made her way up the tower. She couldn't help the gasp that left her lips as she whispered, "It's beautiful." Noticing the group of people in the corner, she smiled at Meiko, but moved to the other corner of the tower. She was carrying at least seven Astronomy books, all of which she desperately hoped would help her in this class she knew almost nothing about. Setting up her telescope, she looked out at the sky. She could see the Big Dipper, and Draco's tail just between that and the Little Dipper. But that was the end of her knowledge. Lowering her gaze into the eyepiece she looked at it from a entirely new perspective. She could only see blackness at the moment. With a few twists of the knobs, and lifting her head to locate The Dippers visually, she eventually managed to find them in the tiny lens.

Steven stood awkwardly at first... But he decided he might as well be a part of the conversation, "Yeah, I'm also not really into anyone as of recently. When I transferred here, I sort of left my recent 'crush' (what a silly term really) back at my other school. Long story short, open to the idea, but not in anything right now. Gee, don't I sound silly." Steven realized he was slightly flushed. "Sorry. I didn't mean to write you a novel or anything... " Smiling, he decided to shut up before making an extra fool of himself...
