Yuriko nodded placing a cover on the stew and turned the heat down to let it simmer. She left the two and headed for the linen closet pulling out warm blankets and quilts, pillows and anything else she thought would help the man out. Balling up everything under her arm she made her way, some what waddling into the den setting up a make shift bed, once finished she touched it a few times making sure it would be comfortable.
"Amaya-sama! Its ready."

Voila! Instant mummy!, Amaya thought as she fixed the bandage on Solices knee after having cleaned the wounds on his hands and bandaged his wrists, using up the rest of the poultice in the process. His shoulder and chest were also wrapped up in a supporting bandage, leaving little of his body uncovered. "Thank you, Yuriko... now please help me move him over there... then we can see about the food..." She adressed Solice again. "Do you think you can make it over there if we both support you?"

Yuriko stood back up rejoining Amaya and the new mummy in the kitchen she giggled a bit before moving over top Mr. Mummy's other side.
"We'll take it slow you do not have to sorry sir."

Solice nodded at her question, his limbs feeling a little more stable to move on now. He sat up, the time he laid on the table proving its merit. Grunting a few times, some of his words were more discernable. " ......ank........u.. I.....ight...le....g-go....." he said, his legs swaying off the side of the table, his better arm supporting him as he went to stand up. He used his good leg for support, and looked into Amaya eyes. No pain shown in them, though his muscles tensed against both their warmer bodies.

Yuriko held him up tightly looking at the back of his head.
"We'll hold on tight, its just in the next room, you can make it I promise."
She gave a reassuring smile while looking through the banages.

Amaya had draped Solices better arm over her shoulder and wrapped her other arm around his hips, supporting him as Yuriko and her led him to the bed, one step after the other. His body felt cold against hers. Not good... we have to get the tea and some food into him... Carefully, they both lowered him down on the bed, his back against a pile of cushions. "Yuriko, would you please get the stew and more tea now?", she asked while she piled some pillows under his bad leg to elevate it. While she waited for the maid to return, she covered the injured mans body with a clean cotton sheet, then wrapped him up in a warm blanket, gently tucking him in. "Is that o.k., so? Are you comfortable?", she asked Solice.

Yuriko nodded standing up again to fetch the tea and stew. Grabbing a tray, bowl and cup poured the tea and a helping of stew. She returned slowly not wanting anything to spill on Amaya, herself or guest. Slowly with mechanical movements she turned to Amaya's side, slowly she sat down putting the tray between Amaya and herself.

Solice nodded, his body becoming steadily warmer. He laid there, collected his internal energy to be dispersed later. His eyes followed every movement in the room, and stopped often to look at Amaya.

Amaya stirred three drops of the herbal medicine she had used earlier into the tea, then handed the cup to Yuriko. "Please give that and some stew to him and see to it that he does not use his arms... don't overdo it with the food though, his metabolism is strained by the injuries... I will clean up the mess on the table in the meantime." She rose and nodded to Solice, then turned to leave. She had taken two steps when a thought came to her mind. "Ummm, Yuriko? Did you leave the tack on Toto? If the answer is yes I will see to him first..."

Yuriko took the tea blowing on it softly.
"Yes ma'am its off, but I didn't put it away it should still be infrount of his pen, I am sorry but I feared you needed my help more."
She looked back over to the man slowly and carefully lifting his head into her lap and puasing, from there she craned his head up slightly blowing on the tea once more before putting it up to his lips and slowly pouring a bit down, she waited for him to swallow if he could, once he drank she followed the same step two more times and set the cup down and his head back in her lap. She would then move to the stew, she had nearly ripped the beef to sreads so that it would easily be swallowed she dipped the spoon in letting it hover over its bowl until it stoped dripping, once again she blew on the stew and lifted the mans head slowly pouring a bit of stew into his mouth.
"Blink twice if I am going too fast for you sir, I do not wish to hurt you more than you already are."

In the distance, her eyes caught sight of two builds surrouded by fences. One looked a little home and the other a barn. From the distance, she was unsure if that is what the buildings truly were, but she'll soon find out.
She continued on walking closer to the buildings, as she made her the midnight blue kimono she was wearing was not stepped on. It was probably foolish to wear a kimono out to see horses, however Iyasu did not left all of her old clothing at home with her mother and father. What else did she have to wear but kimono?
Eventually, she could see that the buildings were indeed a barn and a little home off to the side of it. Iyasu was not sure at first where to go to ask about the horses. She decided it might be best to go to the home to ask. She flowed over to the home and rapped upon its door softly.
"Hello? Is anyone home?" Iy-chan enquired as stood at the door waiting patiently.

Yuriko looked up only for a moment, her eyes shifting to Amaya, Yuriko was a bit busy with feeding the hurt man to answer to much of anything, and she feared raising her voice would bring discomfort to the man. She stayed on her task of feeding, three sips tea, two sips stew, a pattern she made it, waiting a minute between each change to see reactions from the man be it desire for more or a sign of discomfort.

"Oau!" Amaya yelped as she accidentally cut herself on one of the hidden weapons still embedded in the shreds of Solices clothing while she cleaned the table. She popped her bleeding finger into her mouth, muttering assorted profanities around it, some of which could have put a hestafjoerdur shepherd to shame. She decided to wrap up the clothing in the cover of the table. Let him sort that mess out himself! She threw the bundle on a chair, then put a large pot on the stove, and, after filling it with a few gallons of water, hung the used surgical instruments in a steel wire basket into it for steam sterilization. She had just put the lid back on the pot when she heard a soft knock. She went to answer the door. "Good... ummm... good day!" she greeted the woman at the door, thinking ironically: Is it really that late already? Time sure flies when you're having fun! Aloud, she added: "How can I help you?"

She bowed to Amaya, "Please forgive me if I am disturbing you. I was wondering about your horses. What kind do you have here and if they are accessible for women to ride . . . I mean well, besides the trainers and not at this instant . . ." She stumbled over her words a little, for it had been years since she had ridden on a horse.

Solice nodded after several sessions. "That will be enough." he said, regaining the movement of his vocal chords and jaw muscles. The muscle relaxor and morphine he had taken was now worn off, and he could feel the bite of his wounds. "Thank you for helping me. I mean no offense in this, but you both will be compensated for your trouble. My brethern are on the way to pick me up now, as I have sent word to them. They should be here in a couple of hours." he said, the muscles in his back tensing some. He leaned back down to rest on the bed.
