Roman couldn't help but to smile at her enthusiasm as she spoke. She made hanging out and just wasting the day looking for mythical creatures all the more entertaining and worth while. "Well you said they like to eat from flowers, perhaps we should peek in the flowers and see if they dwell there." He finished with a smile as he looked about for a flower he could look in. He would indulge her though he didn't believe they would actually find something.

"Right, flowers! Good idea!" She nodded and looked around. Spotting a patch of tulips, she bounded over to them lightly hoping she didn't inadvertently squish one of the little soquili they were searching for. Which one to choose to look in first?? Finaly picking one, she nose it open enough to look in and peered within... Nothing.. empty. Giving a sigh she looked in another one. Empty yet again.

He watched as she excitedly approached the patch of flower and began searching them with a small chuckle. She really did believe in the most impossible things but it certainly made spending the day with her more entertaining. His father hadn’t often spoken of his mother but from what he heard Briallan and she were not so different. His mother was a dreamer as well, always looking for the next impossible thing to be possible. With a swish of the tail he lowered his head and began nudging flowers here and there not really paying attention to whether something came out of them or not until a bee flew up and stung him squarely on the nose. Rearing up he shook his head and attempted to ignore the sting, today was not his day.

His rearing caught her attentions. Looking up, she cocked her head to the side and blinked a few times. "Are you ok?" She called back to him, starting her way back to check on him. "Did something happen?" Her ears were perked and her face had that look that mares often do when hey worry over a friend.

How could she not have heard his racket? Now he would look even more like a fool. Blush tinged his cheeks as he turned to her with a frown. “I got stung…” He murmured. How embarrassing was this? Getting stung on the nose while hunting mythical creatures? He could still feel the throbbing from where the bee had dug it’s stinger into the soft flesh of his muzzle. “Stupid bee…”

"Awwe" Nodding her head, she urged him to follow her. "Over here.. I spotted some aloe vera plants over here some where.. it should help take the sting away." She grinned wide and lead the way. "Come on, after this we can dip it in the creek.. I don't think we'll find what we're after... It had been worth a look though..."

His nose throbbed as he followed Bri to where she had seen the plants that were to make him feel better. He looked around the valley and couldn’t help but to wonder if she felt disappointed, they hadn’t found even one of the things they had gone out in search of. Shaking the feeling off he smiled to himself. Though they hadn’t found what they were looking for it was still a good day spent with a friend. Soon he would move on from this place and leave behind everything that he knew but he would forever hold within his mind the memories of the good times.
