 Antoinette Machiavelli— Slytherin ; Second Year
Nothing happened. Antoinette immediately retracted her wand, and scratched the back of her head with it, hoping no one saw.
What was she doing wrong? The teacher must have jinxed the ectoplasm or something, surely. Antoinette was beginning to feel irritated and glared at the ectoplasm, as if glaring would make an Unlocking Charm clean it up.

Aludra Yvette... Aludra listened to the Professor and grinned. It was a relatively easy assignment to be given and she set right to work on it. She pulled out a fresh piece of parchment and a quill before opening her Charm textbooks and began to read silently to herself
After a few good minutes of reading, she jotted down some facts about the spells her Professor had asked for. After about a foot long explantion of the spells and how they could be used, she put her name on the top right part of the paper and walked up to the teachers desk to turn it in. Aludra couldnt help but think how boring her classes had started to become with Kenneth no longer with her. She had no one to tease or cuddle with while she waited for the next assignment. After dropping her paper on the front desk, she solmenly returned to her seat. ...7th Year Slytherin

Kate looked over at Antoinette. She shook her head. "Antoinette, the spell is Skurge, not Alohamora. You're cleaning, not unlocking things."
She then turned to Aludra. "Now let's have you go over Banishing Charms." She gave Aludra a stack of cushions and placed a box on her desk. "Do you remember the spell?"

Heart smiles. "Thanks Professor!"
Taking out her wand, the student ponders the ectoplasm. Hmmm... "Skurge!" Nothing happens. She frowns in disappointment. "This'll take some practice...Skurge!" The girl notices that a bit of the ectoplasm disappeared. Now there's some progress...

Antoinette Machiavelli— Slytherin ; Second Year "I-I knew t-that, Professor!" Antoinette said quickly. But then the Professor had just praised that bloody Heart girl. That was Antoinette's praise.
She was embarrassed, and her praise was just stolen. Now, now, she was irritated.
Antoinette decided to ease it in her usual way; by calling names and insults.
She looked at Heart and smirked. "Good job, nerd."

Kate smiled at Lily. "You are going to start learning the wand movements for the Leviation spell. It's a swish and flick. Practice that for a while and once you think you have it down, let me know. Did you finish your chapter summary of the first chapter of the Standard Book of Spells, Year 1? Because if you didn't, I need that first."
