XD I know that Enterprise will; that's why I said "aside from a few companies, who will rent to people who are 21"... So I don't see your point, lol. Touche. Dosn't it though? The only difference is his aim was to eliminate a group of people because of something they couldn't control. & what would your aim be in your proposed scenario; to just eliminate everyone indiscriminately? xP Only the people I deemed "evil" D: I guess that would make me a bad guy in the process. >.> But Hitler deemed the Jews evil [to drastically oversimplify Nazi Germany]... Because while underage kids are whining about not being able to drink (even though they do), my buddies and I have to worry about if we're getting paid on 30 April or not. So right now, the Military's tolerance to whining and bitching is at an all time low.

Because your brain is still developing. Alcohol DOES affect the brain. Your brain is fully deloped around 20-21 years. And there are somethings you can't even do at 21: Run for US House of Represenatives. (Must be 25.) Run for US Senate. (Must be 30.) Run for President of the United States. (Must be 35.) And to each and every one of you that say "If I'm old enough to die for my country, then I'm old enough to drink," join the ******** military. THEN you can say that without it being simple whining. Because while yes, you can join the military and die, 99% of the US DOESN'T. They choose NOT to have the possibility of dying. And as I stated before, by July, ALL soldiers will be able to drink at 18, so long as they remain on base. So all arguements stating dying for country are hereby invalid. /rant. I never said it wouldn't effect the brain, I mean hell; so will most of the meat you eat in this country is purebread poison rolleyes Of course you can't hold a high-ranking government position at 21, at that point we are inexperienced and young. It would be like putting 8-year-olds as CEOs. My point in that whole list was that we are adults who can live on our own, make our own choices, and run our own lives. That choice should be ours as well.

Oh, and are food IS practically toxic. THe entire human population is fed by about only 25 plant AND animal species; that's tiny. They are so domesticated (meaning bred for certain traits over extended periods of time) that they cannot bread or give birth without human interference or artificial insemenation. Turkeys are bread with such huge breasts that they can't mate. They are also so inbread that the genetic diversity is dwindling down to nothing: it causes mutations and deformities. Do you really want to eat that?

I'm not fighting EVERYONE in this thread. Just people that whine and b***h.
Turkeys grow in the wild all the time. As does cattle, chickens, and swine. And no, the US eats about 75% meat and 25% vegetables. Except for those that are vegetarians or vegans. the US is actually one of the best fed countries on Earth. Because of the sheer a**l inspections performed by the FDA. Saying that we're eating poison shows you know almost nothing about the food inspection process.
And if you look at the title, this is a debate about the drinking age, not food. If you want to get in to that, take it to another topic.
