The servant bowed and turned to the others. "Please ready yourselves to be presented to the royals" she told them that they were to be giving their utmost respect to those ranked highly above them. "Now if you would please follow me" the servant led them through and stopped short outside of the doors. She slipped inside first, then told the guards to open the door so that they may be announced.

She was interested in seeing who her friends where going to marry. She smiled back at the prince's retreating back. "Until we meet again," She whispered on the wind with a small smile. She then turned to Rose. "Well!" She said clapping her hands together "I think we can move forwards now and meet you husband-to-be. I'm accually wanting to meet another air element,"

Rosaline Lillian Meier “That makes one of us,” Rosaline said and then bit her lower lip. She had butterflies dancing around in her stomach and the ones outside her were flitting about anxiously, matching her mood. She was seriously going to look like an idiot with all those butterflies flitting about her but she couldn’t think about them at the moment, she was having enough of a hard time putting one foot in front of the other, following the servant’s lead. What if she made a fool of herself in front of the royal court? What if things didn’t go as planned and she wouldn’t be able to love the Prince of Air? What if she ended up hating the palace? What if her father wouldn’t be able to look after the farm without her? Rosaline turned her head and longingly stared at the gates for a moment and then looked ahead at the intimidating castle doors.
She stepped through the threshold and entered the throne room, feeling somewhat like a bird trapped in a cage. It was cool inside, almost chilly. There were six thrones lined up against the wall. The King and Queen sat in the centre while their children sat on either side of them; one of the thrones being empty of course which belonged to the Earth Prince. Rosaline examined each of the royal faces. On the side of the Queen sat the Princesses of fire and water, she could tell because of the symbols at the top of their thrones. Each of them was as gorgeous as the Queen, whose beauty had fortunately passed down to each of her children; hopefully they were not as vain as her. Rosaline held her breath as her gaze slid across to the Prince of Air who sat on the King’s side. He has…lovely hair, was her first thought, then she quickly down cast her eyes so that it wouldn’t seem that she was impolitely staring. Rosaline tugged on the sides of her dress and gave the royal family a deep curtsy, as her butterfly friends flew around her. It was a privilege, to peasants, to see the royal family, to even catch a glimpse of them, but right now she felt it was a curse.

Hairu Royale Hairu smiled at the eart elemental girl. He stood from his throne, ignoring the glare he got from his mother, and walked over to her. He held out his hand and a beautiful butterfly landed in his hand. "It looks like you have sway over creatures of the air too." He smiled at her and blew at the butterfly and it fluttered off. He reached down and lifted her head to where he was looking into her eyes. "I am Hairu. What is your name?" "The wind whistles through the trees. Unseen. Unknown. Just like me."

Audrey realized that there was only three, and the fire elemental was missing. She bit her lip and said nothing. Her eyes widened in surprise as her brother went down and approached the girl. She also took a look at the water elemental, thinking which on of them would have more control over their element. Audrey peeked at her sister, looking to see her reaction.

Rosaline Lillian Meier Rosaline lifted her eyes just a little bit to see that the Prince of Air had risen from his throne and was walking towards her! She noticed that the Queen was displeased by that. Her heart hammered in her chest. She had been in her presence for less than a minute and was already the cause of her displeasure, even if it had been indirectly. Rosaline stared at the ground before her, focusing on the intricate patterns, while hearing the Prince’s footsteps draw closer and closer. What was she going to do? She thought in panic. Rosaline’s grip on her gown tightened as the Prince stood in front of her. Then to her utter dismay a cheeky butterfly decided to land on his hand. She blushed in embarrassment and looked down again. She wanted to make a comment that creatures followed her around sometimes because she had a strange ability to put them at ease, but she had no tongue to speak those words.
To her surprise, he gently touched her chin to lift her head up. Rosaline’s emerald eyes widened and looked up at Prince Hairu. She took a good look at her future husband. He had silky black hair that she wanted to run her fingers through, pale yellow eyes that you could get lost into by simply staring at them, smooth fair skin completely flawless…. God he was the most beautiful man she had ever seen in her entire life! In contrast she probably looked just average. “I am Rosaline, your highness,” she finally replied with a boldness she didn’t feel. Well the Prince was obviously handsome but she wasn’t the type to rely only on just appearances. Was his inner self as beautiful as he was on the outside? Would she be able to fall in love with his inner beauty?

Hairu Royale "Please, no your highness. We are engaged after all." He smiled gently, he wanted this girl to be at ease. She reminded him of a cute but frightened deer. She was very pretty, at least to him. She had such kind eyes. He flipped his fan and a gentle breeze blew threw the castle, carrying a rose from the gardens. He made it land on the floor in front of Rosaline. Then he turned and walked back to his throne. "Maybe wind and earth can share some things." "The wind whistles through the trees. Unseen. Unknown. Just like me."

Rosaline Lillian Meier Rosaline liked his friendly nature. Maybe it wouldn’t be too hard to fall in love with him. The thought brought up another guilty one of her father toiling away on the farm. He had been complaining of back pain recently. What was he going to do without her there to massage his back for him? She had taken one step forward and two steps back in regards to a future relationship with the prince. Rosaline was pulled away from her thoughts when a breeze carried a beautiful red rose in full bloom to her. It was obvious the Prince had caused it to land before her so delicately. “Perhaps,” Rosaline said with a small smile and reached down to pick up the rose. While watching Prince Hairu walk back to his throne, she smelled the rose, loving its sweet and gentle aroma.
The butterflies around her were calmer now and they settled in her thick brown hair, appearing like white bows.

Awwww.. they look so cute! Audrey mentally gushed over how cute her brother and his bride-to-be looked together. She looked over at Hairu and gave him a mischievous teasing smile. Realizing her mother was giving her a look, she stopped. Audrey put her head down and looked away instead.

Hairu Royale Hairu wanted to send a smack of wind across his sisters face but held himself back. Mother was not happy with him. No doubt he would get a stern lecture when they were alone. He grimaced. That was when he noticed that there was no fire elemental among the peasants and that his brother was still not there. He looked over to Audrey and worried. He felt so sorry for her. He vowed that when he met the fire elemental man he was going to punch him. Hard. "The wind whistles through the trees. Unseen. Unknown. Just like me."

They way he treated her friend was elegant and noble enough by she wondered if it was an act. but if she knew herself that didn't feel right. The fan was a bit strange though but she guess it was his choice. She looked across at her other friends then sighed. She was wondering where Saul was, as were they all. She'd already met her husband-to-be by accident before and now her friends were meeting theirs. She was happy for them, well for Rose anyway. She seemed quite taken with her husband-to-be. There was a tight feeling in Audrey's stomach, no doubt disappointment. She ignored and hid it, hoping no one would notice. She smiled and looked at her mother, who seemed to have calmed her anger ... well somewhat anyway. She looked at the other girl, she seemed much like her brother, how free-spirited they both seemed. That possibly might be because of their element.

Kale Mizao Kale followed behind the others as they walked inside. As he walked inside he began to gaze upon it, he had never seen anything like it before. When he was done he looked at the thrones that were sitting at the end of the room. It seemed that Rosaline had already found her soon to be husband. He then looked over at the throne where the fire elemental princess was sitting. She was wearing a pink dress, it seemed to fit since she could control fire. And she had crimson like hair almost, again fitting to her element. She looked about his height, but it was hard to tell since she was sitting. He then looked at the other princess, the one who could control water. She was older than him, which meant she might be better than him with controlling water, but there was no sure way to tell right now. Out.Of.Chocolate.-

Rosaline Lillian Meier Rosaline caught Kira’s gaze and smiled sheepishly. She took the rose away from her face and hid it behind her back as if trying to deny that she had accepted the Prince’s gift. She moved a bit closer to her and whispered, “He seems nice.” Rosaline gave a pleasant smile to the Queen who looked their way suspiciously. The King seemed far jollier than her. She was surprised because she thought it would’ve been the other way around.
The King rose then and Rosaline was all attention. A warm smile was planted on his face, hidden by that bushy moustache, as he held his arms out in a gesture of welcome. “Welcome to our home children of the Elementals,” he said with a voice that was loud yet kind. “It appears one of you is missing but that is all right,” he said while waving a carefree hand, “by now I assume you know your partners.” He placed his hands on his hips and looked at his children. “Normally I ask a servant to give a tour to guests but today I might ask my children to do this task.” He took his seat. “Please, Hairu, Audrey and Adrianna, show our home to your future family members.”
[[I hope Seraphim doesn’t mind me playing the king for just a bit! Since we’re sort of stuck in the throne room….]]

Hairu Royale Hairu sized up the water elemental meant for his sister. He looked like an okay guy, but there was something about him that made Hairu feel uneasy. Something about him just ticked Hairu off. His eyes narrowed as his future wife hid the rose from the boy. Yes, he was dangerous. "Of course, father." He stood once more and walked over to his fiancee and held out his arm to her. "The wind whistles through the trees. Unseen. Unknown. Just like me."
