"Yeah i know what you mean...." Airashi continued to follow him. "That is never a good feeling to have when your traveling through these lands...." He looked around cautiously. "Hm...." He tried to shrug off the unease, but the seed of doubt had been placed in his mind and now he couldn't help but think about what might be out there.

Demon nodded" Come on lets move before something happens." He said with a hint of worry in his tone. He began to chant/pray under his breath to the deity that lived in these woods. He was pretty much asking for nothing bad to happen and to let them pass threw with out alerting anyone. He knew he wasn't a shaman or elder so he want technically allowed to pray to it and would most likely get ignored but he wasn't exactly praying to it either merely asking over and over again to not kill them.

"Sure whatever you say." Now he really was starting to get nervous. It was never a good thing when the person that knew this fores the best was worried about running into something bad. Airashi looked around the forest nervously, just what the hell was out there anyways. What was making Demon jump out of his skin, figuratively of course. "How much further did you say?" By this point they were both running again, only this time it wasn't the friendly competition.

Demon scanned the area around him as he ran. "Um... about five to ten more mintues," He said while jumping over a fallen tree and heading more left so the would pop out of the side of the forest quicker. Airashi might have to walk around the edge of the forest but it was better than walking inside it at this point. Demon burst threw the forest and land in a clearing just out side of it. He turned back to see if Airashi was still with him.

"Right...um-kay....." Airashi followed him swiftly out of the forest. He seemed to be in a big hurry, and he didn't want to fall behind. Jumping out of the forest and landing beside him, he looked over at Demon with slightly wide eyes. "That was.....that was a pretty fast run...." He was panting slightly, "What was the big hurry?" He looked back at the fores confused. What the heck were they running from?
(heeheh aint he pretty!)

Demon stopped and took a couple deep breaths before attempting to speak. He looked back to the forest and opened his mouth to speak. "Honestly I'm not sure exactly. Could have been the tribe members, a predator, or the deity/guardian that lives there. For sure nothing you want to run into."He was shacking a little. "Sorry."

"That's true...." He nodded his head, "Why are you apologizing? You got me out of the forest alive." Aira smiled at him, "Thanks for that. I probably would have gotten lost and killed inside there." He gestured back to the forest. "So....I guess this is where we part ways...It was nice to meet you Demon....Catch you around sometime?"
(si si i did.....very very pretty. And i could have sworn i tagged this.)

Demon nods in response, "Your welcome and take care," he than turns and walks away off into the distance to continue on to his original journey.
