...learn the Waltz to the Moon dance. Actually, the waltz isn't that hard to learn. lol And I have a friend who's never actually played the game, but she's in love with the characters. sweatdrop -when you meet your best friend by learning that you've both played FF8 for the umpteenth time. (guilty)

Youkai Hyou when you have then entire soundtrack recorded on cd's and on your hard drive. when you start having dreams with the characters in them. your trigger finger starts twitching in the middle of a test. start acting like you're Fujin and your stupid friend is Raigin. (that was fun...) start making squall motions when you talk (like slicing the air with your hand when your pissed) have sudden urges to attack sorceresses when you're in a car going past a gate or the arc de triumph type structure hum Blue Fields (the world map song) when you're walking try to cosplay as the characters, even if there is no anime con within 1000 miles Done all of those before >.<

When you have more time spent studying for the SeeD exam tests than you have on actual end of the year exams. If only Algebra had involved the juctioning system...

You pick Final Fantasy VIII as the first game of the series to play.
You then fall in love with the series from that game souly.
You buy the ENTIRE FF8 figure set off Ebay for around $50.
You buy the COMPLETE 4 disc, 80-something track FF8 soundtrack box set.
You get your GF addicted to the game w/o her ever playing it.
You then get her further addicted by letting her borrow FF8. (( I don't think Im getting it back. sad ))
Your GF then starts to dress up like Rinoa.
You collect EVERYTHING FF8 related.
You talk about FF8 with everyone you know till they want to punch you in the face.
You get VERY defenceive when someone disses FF8 or Final Fanatsy in general. (( Unless they are bad moutihng 9, or 10-2. Then you join in. ))
You write a Gaia Guild post on how much of a FF8 addict you are. ninja ok this is where I prove my obbsesion with FF. I don't care which game really it is I like all of them... I havent even played 3-6 nor 10.2 but I am an all around FF addict... on the main topic though you know your obsesed with it when you start naming your characters in other games names from FFVIII :such as in pokemon you name your character Squall and your rival Seifer: Guilty... sweatdrop

Those are all great, here are some more.
When you spend everyday of the summer (2 months people!) watching your big bro. play it, then play it yourself when hes at work.
can hum any of the songs
have memorized parts of the speech of the characters (my brother does it regularily- he can't remember math worth anything but he can recite what x character said in y part of the game. eek )
When you play other games where you can fill in names you put the names of characters of FF8
when you play that game where you pass around an object and pretend its something (ie, a hat, a gun) you say the gunblade, or another weapon.
When you write fanfics you start coming up with many crossovers. (ok i'm only guitly of FF8XNaruto.)
I think i need help... sweatdrop
