Jasper walked into the dojo and set his books down on a table. He opened the weapon style book first and flipped to the chapter on shield skills.He took his shield from the strapping on his back and looked at the first few pages. Shield bash was up.

He looked at the wooden dummy and sighed, it would have been more effective if he was using a real person instead of this hardened playtoy.

Jasper then clenched his fist and suddenly used the shield to strike the wooden dummy, if it had been a human it would have simply flew back, but the wooden dummy seemed to split in half when Jasper struck it with his shield on its head.

Kuro walked into the dojo and sighed "well then what do I do now?"Kuro said as he walked into the middle of the room and pulled out his katana and began to twirl it in his hand "...what now?"

Jasper took notice of the boy that just walked in and looked at him as he twirled his iron katana. "You want some help, kid? I can help you train a bit."

Kuro stopped twirling his katana and looked at the man " Kid?!" Kuro was a bit annoyed at being called that but he wasn't one to just let some help go to waste "...ahh...what do you have in mind"

Jasper smirked, this one was easily provoked. "Well I'm training right now in my hand to hand and weapon styles, if you want you can join me. Just look through my books over there on that table," He pointed to a small table in the corner with three books on it. One was about Paladins, the other was about Weapon styles, and the last was on hand to hand styles.
Jasper got back to work, next up was the Feint skill. This skill will make the opponent believe the user has calmed down, then the user will suddenly strike when the opponent gets up close.

Jasper moved to the next room where they had moving dummies that were meant to be shot down, instead he jumped over the border that divided the dummies and the people shooting them down for the skills training.

Jasper began to calm himself and closed his eyes, then when a dummy charged at him, Jasper suddenly slammed his shield into the dummy. The collision caused the dummy to brake apart from its links to the ground.
3/3 Feint Learned
Jasper moved back to the other room with Kuro, the Paladin looked at one of the dummies standing at the corner of the room. They seemed to keep re-spawning like some type of bad video game.

Jasper saw that the next skill was Shield Charge, it seemed like a good enough move. The user just had to run toward the opponent and suddenly lift up their shield to stab or otherwise harm the opponent with the shield once more.

Jasper stood ready with the obsidian shield fastened to his left arm and his obsidian sword in his right hand. He suddenly charged at the dummy and at the last second, he lifted up the shield and stabbed right though the wooden dummy.

Next up was the Shield Boomerang. Jasper backed away from the dummies, it was enough so that the skill would work.

Jasper undid the small belts that held the shield onto his arm and began to infuse it with his turquoise energy, the shield began to hum in response.

Jasper suddenly threw the shield with skill as it seemed to soar through the air. Suddenly it hit the wooden dummy on the head, and in response the dummies head broke off. When the shield dropped onto the floor, he simply willed the shield to come back to him and it did.
3/3 Boomerang Shield learned.

Jasper opened the Paladin book and saw that there were more skills than before. He immediately started with Sense Evil. He closed his eyes and began to exert his energy, it started to make ripples in the air. Suddenly, he began to sense a few presences around his area, him being one of them. This would be a handy skill.
1/1 Sense Evil Learned
Jasper then saw that the next move was Clarity, a tracking skill. Without any effort, Jasper's eyes lit up as if there was a flashlight in his head. He looked around the place and saw that at the door was a black aura, it was fading but he knew that there was a Necromancer in the area or at least, there had been.
1/1 Clarity learned
Next up was Aura of Hope. Jasper already had experience in battle so it didn't matter. He began to let off an aura in which Kuro could feel an uplifting feeling.
1/1 Aura of Hope learned
Jasper then began to infuse his feet with holy energy, Kuro would even see the spots where he had just taken a step had a imprint of light on the ground. Any unholy being would find themselves feeling nauseous if they stepped onto this ground.
1/1 March of the Crusader Learned

Jasper looked at the girl who just came in, she reminded him of the Kiranu he met a couple of years ago. But something was odd about her, but he couldn't put his hand on it. "So your a Kiranu as well? I'm starting to see more of them everyday." If Beth took a look at the man, she would see a few similarities between Jasper and his older brother Conner.

Beth looked at the man talking to her, raising her eye brows and giving a bored expression. She always hated when people only noticed her for her ears or tail. "Ya? well that makes 2 of us then." Something looked familiar about this guy. He looked similar to Conner, but blew it off. Conner was a human and he was an Incubus. She thought there was no way they were related.

Jasper was clueless as to why the girl would be so interested in the surname Cintere. It wasn't like it was too famous. "Yup, I said Cintere. Its not very common is it?"

Jasper could not believe what he had just heard. How did this girl know Conner? He was supposed to stay in Fraxen. "Oh, you mean that b*****d with the guns? Yeah, I know him. He's my brother." It was clear there was still some tension between the two brothers. After all, Jasper had left abruptly while training to be a Cleric like his mother wanted him to be. Instead, he became a Paladin. A soldier of God himself.
