He dreamed about chasing the waves again. It was nice to fly at them and then turn back up high. He had even found some crawlers to eat. Very tasty. Stretching the little bronze tried to remember what he was supposed to be doing.

Grym leapt from Zeren's shoulders to zoom up into the sky and chase a wild wherry, seemed like his food was digested enough then, Zeren pondered at the blue and wondered, not for the first time, what had attacked him that night.

It was getting late, Zeren knew if he didn't find the bronze soon he would have to return to his bunk empty handed, and also probably get punished for allowing the bronze to cause so much mayhem.

Ugh this was taking longer than usually. Recipe for a flit: 3 parts nuisance, 1 part curious, 1 part cute, 3 parts helpful and don't forget the WINGS.

Zeren was getting angry, the bronze still refused to listen to his mental calling, but then.. a cold horror shook Zeren, what if the flit was hurt, like Viska had been, but worse... he was annoyed but he loved his fire lizards with all he could give. Cold fear covered him now.
