Victoria giggles "he is so hot.. you are so lucky Hermione.." she smiles glad to be making friends. she wondered if school was going to be this fun. She tucks her hair behind her ear looking at harry.

At the staff table, Dumbledore stood up.
"To our new students, welcome! To our old students, welcome back! Another year full of magical education awaits you. And Mr. Filch, our caretaker, has asked me to say that there is a blanket ban on any joke items bought at a shop called Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes. Those wishing to play for their House Quidditch teams should give their names to their Head of Houses as usual. We are also looking for new Quidditch commentars, who should do likewise. We are pleased to welcome a new member of staff this year. Professor Slughorn is a former colleague of mine, who has agreed to resume his old post as Potions master. Professor Snape, meanwhile, will be taking over the position of Defense Against The Dark Arts teacher." "No!" Harry said loudly. "Now, as everybody in this Hall knows, Lord Voldemort and his followers are once more at large and gaining in strength. I cannot emphasize strongly enough how dangerous the present situation is, and how much care each of us at Hogwarts must take to ensure that we remain safe. The castle's magical fortifications have been strengthened over the summer, we are protected in new and more powerful ways, but we must still guard scrupulousy against carelessness on the part of any student or member of staff. I urge you, therefore, to abide by any security restrictions that your teachers might impose on you, however irksome you might find them-in particular, the rule that you are not to be out of bed after hours. I implore you, should you notice anything strange or suspicious within or outside the castle, to report it to a member of staff immediately. I trust you to conduct yourselves, always, with the utmost regard for your own and others' safety."
Dumbledore's blue eyes swept over the students before he smiled once more.
"But now, your beds await, as warm and comfortable as you could possibly wish, and I know that your top priority is to be well-rested for your lessons tomorrow. Let us therefore say good night. Pip pip!"
With the usual deafening scraping noise, the benches were moved back. Jenny and Hermione stood. As did Harry and Ron.

Victoria listened and stood when the others did and walks next to Harry "is he really back?" she said softly liking being close to Harry. she smiles softly at him as they where started to be lead to the common room.
Draco snarls seeing her walk next to Harry, he was not happy that he couldnt get her away to find out more about her.

Jenny saw Draco and grinned mischiviously. She walked over to him, smiling innocently. "Hello Draco. Have you recieved any kicks today?" she asked sweetly.
Hermione shook her head disaprovingly, then looked at Ron. "Come on, we have to help the first years. First years! Follow us to the dormitories! First years follow me!" she called, sheperding the tiny elven year olds through the halls. Ron sighed. "All right." he relucantly helped Hermione herd the kids.
Harry nodded. "Yes." He had been having so much fun, he hadn't noticed his scar burning. Just now did he realize it, and clapped a hand to his forehead. "Ow!" he yelped, so loudly that several people looked over for a moment, before returning to their chatter.

Draco glared "I figured it was you.. a slytherin saw it and took it off before anyone kicked me" he growled at her "go away" he was still trying to get to Victoria.
Victoria moved around infront of harry and touched his hand "are you ok harry? what is wrong?" she tried to see what was wrong when she saw it on his scar "does it hurt because of him?"

Jenny pretended to look surprised and offended. "What? Me? Don't be silly. I wouldn't do that." she purred. "Trying to get to Victoria, is that it Draco? If you'd like another punch to the face, I'd be happy to oblidge. Don't you have any insults for me today, Draco? Or have you used them all up?" (Wow. Jenny is gonna get killed in her sleep. XD)
Harry's scar pained even more when she touched him. "I-I'm fine." he managed, gently but quickly pushing away her hand.

Draco growled at her "go away mudblood I am not interested in this conversation now leave me alone" he pushes by her walking up grabbing Victoria's wrist pulling her away from harry "lets go.. you do not need to be friend with these stupid mudbloods and.."
When Draco grabbed her wrist and turned her away from Harry she tried to pull back but his grasp was too strong and was starting to bruise. she heard him call some of the others mudbloods and she snarls taking a step towards Draco bringing her knee up to his crotch hard.
Draco instantly let go of her wrist and dropped tears in his eyes. he was in pain enough he was seeing red.
Victoria punched him in the face knocking him on his back his nose bleeding "don't you ever use that term" she growls, Draco looked rather scared not expecting her to attack him like that.
(i couldnt let you have all the fun punching him lol)

Jenny, however, was still calm. "Mudblood is getting old, don't you think? I reckon you should come up with a new insult. Or people will think you're a stupid b*****d, like you are.
"Ten points from Gryffindor. Language, Welsh." said a voice behind her. "And another ten for bothering one of my students."
Jenny knew automatically it was Snape. She turned around. "I was not bothering Draco. I was simply having a civilized conversation with him." she said coolly. "Now if you'll excuse me, Professor, I need to get to my dormitory before afterhours. I've obviously already lost Gryfindor twenty points, so I should get there before I lose any more." And with that, she walked away. Harry watched Victoria knee Malfoy in the nuts, and Jenny slip from Snape's grasp, and was impressed by both.

Victoria looked at Harry then turned heading the way Jenny went alittle shocked she just attacked someone without thinking. she felt her face was alittle hot because Harry had seen her. she jogged to catch up with Jenny "hey.."

Victoria rubbed the back of her head "I figured i would walk with you, you are going to the common room right? I figured it might be safe not to stand by Malfoy after he regains his voice and tells the professor that I just kneed his crotch..."
Draco slowly got to his feet "Professor did you not see what that little blood traider did to me?" he rubs where she kneed and glares the way she went then looks at Snape.

"Yeah, well....It's odd. Snape doesn't hate me as much as he hates Harry. Probably because Harry looks alot like his dad, James, and Snape had something against James. But he even dislikes Ron and Hermione more then me. I don't know why. Maybe because they've gotten into more trouble?"

"No. I did not." Snape replied. "What did she do?" Snape, unlike anyone else, knew Victoria had a blood relation to Voldemort. What it was, he didn't know, or couldn't remember. Harry reached the Fat Lady and looked up at her. "Password?" she asked. "Er...." Harry just realized he did not know the password yet. "The password's Gillyweed." said Hermione, walking up behind him.
"Correct." She swung forward, allowing them entry. "Thanks Hermione." Harry said, and climbed in.

"that b..b***h kneed me then punched me in the face" he wipes the blood from his nose "who is she? I have never seen anyone go from calm to angry that fast then back to normal as quickly.. why is he looking for someone related to her?" he finally regains his composure his nose still slightly bleeding.
Victoria followed the others into the common room looking around shocked. she smothed her hair out when she realized she got some shocked looks. mostly because of two things, either they where shocked at her hair or they had seen her take down Draco without hesitation.

"Victoria Ramona. I do not know for sure. But I believe The Dark Lord is looking for her mother." Snape answered, "Now go to your common room, before afterhours." And with that, he walked away.
"Don't mind all the looks. I don't think wizards are used to seeing people with pink hair." Jenny told her, sitting down in a chair next to the fire. "And I Draco usually doesn't get powned by a girl like that." she added, looking into the fire. "I can't believe I actually liked that jerk." Harry did not comment on this, but sat down in a chair near the fire, too.
Ron entered the common room soon after, and sat himself down in a chair next to Harry's. "I told you Jenny, forget him." Hermione said, sitting next to her. "He's a foul, evil guy who doesn't deserve you."

Victoria laughs "I died it two weeks ago.. wanted to feel like I was back at home... I normally kept blue hair when I was in my last school" she smiles sitting near them putting her legs up "I feel really bad about attacking him actually.. I promised mom I wouldnt get in a fight... she always is worried when i do that... She told me that I once sent a kid to the hospital because he called my mom a whore... I got expelled from my public school then and we went to Canada within the week..." Victoria smiles looking at the fire not sure why she was saying that.
Draco headed off to the slytherin common room glad that there wasnt any Slytherins that saw him get knocked down. when he went in the slytherin girls fussed over his bloddy nose.
(sorry if i am slow at typing lol put on fake nails and its hard to type with them on.. )
