Oh yes, sure. All was fine, they said. Haku decided it would just be easier to believe this for now and, with a sigh, attuned his ears to the game G was handing out to them. Story, eh? He had played something similar back home, only they had to enforce rhymes or, in rare cases, keep to certain meter. Thankfully this was much, much easier, and at the least this one was getting a few interesting threads woven into it . . .
He cleared his throat and spoke up after the blue-skinned reaper. Haku's Story -- continuing from Itz'myree's There is a reason they say "don't kill the messenger." The beheaded spy was not done for. While the short woman was away to continue her murderous rampage - the poor student dragged with her still by the foot - the ghost of the spy managed to pull himself together through the last vestiges of FEAR he had. He inhabit his new stuffed body, reanimated into a living doll: a living doll with a thirst for revenge. He wanted those pumpkin seeds - and that special minipet promised to him, the rarest in the land. Hadn't he brought back one of the students? Wasn't blackmail bait good enough for at least for a glimpse of the golden seeds? There wasn't a need to kill him, and now, well . . . now there was a need to kill her. The students were still puzzling over the reaper's disappearance, but one girl in particular was stricken by the kidnapping of their companion. You see, she had begun to grow fond of him over their travels and was hoping to reveal her crush at the end of their quest. With him dragged off, however, she would never be able to confess. Indignation was growing in her eyes, as she was tired of nothing going their way, and eventually she called for attention to say . . .

She hugged Mimic tightly to her chest as she entered the train car. There would be a lot of students in one somewhat small.. confined area. She didn't like that at all. She preferred to be alone. She quickly sat in the nearest empty seat and set Mimic down. He was jumping and trying to peer around the seat to get a look at the other students. He was ever a curious little thing.
There seemed to be some sort of game going on. People were creating a story? How stupid. Morrigan's Story -- continuing from Haku's ..."How am I going to get child support if he dies?" Oh yes, they did the nasty one night in her bedroll. She was a lustful, wanton ghoul with a big sexual appetite. Her crush had even stemmed from the fact that she heard he had a really big.... There, let them make something out of that.

Tahki's face turned pink as the story started to take a steamy hot turn. The gryphon hadn't meant to add on to this game it just kinda chirped out of her. Tahki's Story -- continuing from Morrigan's EARS! Ears that could hear the thoughts of anyone who's heart desire was to go on a trip to... Had she really just said all that out loud. The gryphon flushed a very deep pink color in her face. Ears? EARS? How stupid was that.

Ilztmyr'ree bit back a snicker as he listened to the way the story was going. They were being silly, but it would be interesting to see how the story continued.
Of course, he hoped that someone would get the story back on track. He wanted to know what was going to happen to the students, and the evil one, and the reaper. Would they save the day? Or would it end in tragedy.
Now he was being silly, but at least the mood in the train seemed to have lightened again for the moment.

((sorry for being a bit late now! D: )) Raziel had watched as the many other students, none of whom he knew, had gotten on the train. He declined to move his head and look straight at them, instead watching their reflections in the glass. There was one particularly loud student that would probably have to be dealt with at a later date. All of a sudden a large crash, and shriek came marauding Raziel's ears. He stiffened, staring in the direction of the noise, unsure really what to do. He poised himself, ready to attack if necessary. Luckily some poor staff had gotten on the train and calmed everyone down, sating he would go outside and look. So far after that, no noises had been heard from outside. Listening to the story, Raziel watched as it got more and more off track thanks to a couple of the more... desirous students. Quote: The Unicorn Headquarters. Athough Unicorns were rare and hard to find, with the magical and special ability to find the headquarters IF someone really wanted to go was the Unicorn Headquarters. Luckily for the student, the now living-doll spy with a heart set on revenge wanted to go there and do the evil short lady in. As the spy began to help the student up, someone walked in and....

Laiha had listened to the story with a kind of horrible curiosity. With so many students contributing (and some being so obviously silly) it was difficult to understand all of the different veins the story was taking. They still had to find the reaper after all! In a frantic attempt to save these unfortunate students and save the reaper, she pulled a bit of a cheap trick.
Of course, she was rather mumbling and grumbling than speaking. She felt particularly lucky that G was so close by to hear her as required.Laiha's Story -- continuing from Raziel's ... asked him what the heck he was doing. It was the reaper, returning from his private reaper bathroom to find someone had taken advantage of his magical ears. Show now, of course, the living doll's reaction was to ...

Nefertari listened intently. She loved stories! Her new friend even added to the mix. Now it was her turn. She began to think. She needed it to be really good. Nefertari's Story -- continuing from Laiha .....throw herself upon his person as Juliet to her Romeo! Oh how she had worried! But he was not alone! No! From the bathroom came a Daphanous figure gleaming with an unnatural light. Who was she? Why was she here? How did they both fit in that tiny bathroom? That's when....

Viveca had just arrived to see what she assumed to be other students boarding the train, but one particular group was gathered around a strange man and seemed to be telling stories. She could totally get in on this! The brown-haired demoness hopped from one foot to the other, then stopped, hoping no one had seen her, straightening her back a little. She quickly butted in front of another student. Her portion of the story would be the BEST! Viveca just knew it. She looked around at the assortement of creatures. They were all in for a treat, being able to get to here her voice, let alone her creative powers. Viveca's Story -- continuing from Nefertari ...the mysterious figure revealed herself! She was the Rare Unicorn they had been all seeking. She had heard of their plight and was moved, but requested that they would not (if you please) kill her, because the reason she was so Rare is that she was ALSO a Goblin Princess, and although he was sick, her existence was what kept the Goblin King alive (after all, how had he lived so long to have SO many princess goblins. It was her!)! If she died, he would too and the whole goblin civilization would crumble! They'd lose the farm, their main export would disappear, pumpkin seeds would devalue, PLUS...

Meng Xiang had drifted to sleep during the duration he had spent in his seat and he awoke with a startle when the loud "shriiiiiiiiiiiiiiiek" noise started. With a fright, the jiang shi boy toppled over from his seat and landed smack dab in the middle of the train cabin aisle. "Whoooooopsies..." Xi remarked in his soft voice with a grin and a small giggle. The Polaroid camera around his neck slipped off when he had fallen and he scrambled to retrieve it. During the time that he had been asleep, it seemed as if the train still hadn't even started to move yet. He had missed the whole event with the recruiter, having been in a drowsy daze when he awoke.
It seemed as if the train was even more crowded than before, with more students coming in by the minute. Sprawled out on the cabin aisle floor, Xi slowly sat himself up into an upright position, yawning and looked up at all the other students now in the train cabin. "Hmm... what's going on?" he asked to nobody in particular, tilting his head slightly and smiling up. Nearing the front, the giant green monster was holding some sort of storytelling game. The black ghost dog boy Xi had bumped into earlier was beside him. Xi stood up and approached the ghost dog boy, "Hello, I'm Meng Xiang, though it's alright if you just call me Xi. Sorry about earlier..." he apologized sleepily with a dazed grin, referring to the bumping incident. "May I ask your name as well?" he asked, offering a gentle smile. Xi also took this small moment to add into the story, although still a bit drowsy:
Meng Xiang's Story -- continuing from Viveca they would have to sacrifice all of their stuffed animals to their Teddy Bear god for forgiveness! Oh goodness, that would devastate the Goblin kingdom because they really love their stuffed animals! The Teddy Bear god would surely 'bear' his wrath upon them if they did not comply! Suddenly though, the living doll had an idea!! What if they...

She was still mulling over the depression in the steel, the twin tips of her tongue peeking vaguely over her lower lip, like they might catch the anomaly's scent that way. They crept back inside her mouth when the same boa that had spoken up from before pointed out the gathering crowd, G's voice prompting a game of relay story-telling. His "lady" remark earned a suspicious scowl, her crossed arms tensing where they sat just below her chest. Was he being snide? At least the accompanying bow startled her enough to keep her from finding more gum to throw, though she wasn't beyond using her fist in a pinch. Dismissing his motives for the moment, she stayed along the outside of the huddle, attentively listening for any other noises that might indicate the mystery's return.
A prolonged period of quiet from the other occupants had her jerking to look, realizing that she'd missed some cue to join in. Half-tempted to call a pass, she made the mistake of overthinking it, knowing that G was trying to lighten the mood, and that it was technically his game to run. Despite her opinion of the ongoing situation, the idea of upsetting the big guy didn't sit well with her. He was massive, sure, but so were his tear ducts, and she wasn't keen on swimming out of here. Clearing her throat with some reluctance, Adelle picked up where the giggler had left off, though she was a little shaky on some of the story's more graphic details. Adelle's Story -- continuing from Meng Xiang "What if they, um, went ahead and decided not to kill the unicorn princess goblin… thing, and instead called down this – teddy bear? Are you serious? Alright, whatever – Teddy Bear God person. Then they could have him create a stuffed unicorn that looked enough like the rare original that it would fool the short lady, and maybe induce heart failure if they were lucky. This would have been a good idea (yeah, right), except…"

Carol, still hurt about being called tiny, decided to join in. Stepping forward awkwardly she nodded to Adelle and cleared her throat "Ok, so...Um..."
Carol taking over from Adelle Except that the 'Teddy Bear God' wasn't too happy about the students asking for one of his residents. Yes, the god had about 15 of these stuffed unicorns. They all had families and homes and the god was too polite to let the students go on a killing rampage. The god considered letting them take an annoying unicorn called Harold, but he didn't want to hurt the family. He dismissed them angrily, and all of the students left, feeling really down. They thought and thought how to rid themselves of the short lady until one student got a really good idea...

J.P.'s Story--continuing from Carol Wrote To go to the land of Sugar to get the golden spoon of yummy. This could make the short lady explode from yummy taste. The only thing was trying to find someone who knew where it was, so one of them say....

"And dey all lived happily ever after." G finished brightly--though that hadn't been much of an ending at all. He plunged a hand into his bucket for a moment, thoughtfully wiggling his hand around until he brought out a fistful of strange, if cheerfully colored candies.
"Everyone who told story gets a peppermint. Do good things in future, so don't eat!"

The monster seemed quite pleased at his little icebreaker of sorts. And no one could complain, because everyone won something! That was nice, right? That, and judging would have been just too hard... for this game, anyway.List of Winners: Tybalt Yaya Derleth Sepheran Petro Natalia Itz'myree Haku Morrigan Tahki Raziel Laiha Nefertari Viveca Meng Xiang Adelle Carol J.P
