Karver nodded then blinked a bit. "Oh..well she might be over at the lake. I would go there if I was tired and thirsty. Well, consider yourself members of the pride. Hope will be happy to meet some others." He grinned then turned walking over to the den. "Come now. I'll show you where home is, then we can find your friend." His flakes slightly shook as he moved, featherd tail waving as if to part the grasses for Fayola. "I'm Karver, by the way." He shouted over his shoulder. "And you?"

Fayola followed the larger male, cub eyes watching the feathered tail. She wanted so badly to pounce on it. "Fayola..."

*Hope began to streatch, then she woke up, realising Karver wasn't there. Then she heard him, speaking to another,...
She raised her head up, yes drooping tiredly;* Karver?

Li Na noticed the large male glanced over at her for a moment then drawn his attention to Fayola. She took her last sips of water and followed behind the two but keeping her distance.

"Nice name." He smiled looking over at her and noticed the cub had joined them. "Ah..your friend has found us. Good, good." slightly slowing down, he entered the sandy area of the den. Hearing Hope's voice, he gave a small chuff. "I'm here. Found a few strays in our midst. Why don't you come out and meet them?" He settled down on his haunches and began licking his paws a bit waiting for the pink lioness that he so much adored to appear.

As she saw Karver entered the den her pace slowed down abit. She was about to enter the heart of this territory, she knew that once she steps into the den she will not be her own boss. She would be binded by rules here. She didn't quite like the thought but she knew that needed to survive, survival of the fittest and Li Na would be the strong one. After much thought she went ahead into the den meeting up behind Karver and Fayola

Karver looked back at the two lionesses and smiled. "Come come. You guys must be hungry. There's leftover meat here." He trotted over to the small hole in the den where the food was stored. "I know it's not much, but it works." He smiled over at them and dragged out a half eaten Zebra leg. "Well..dig in." Karver then trotted back over to Hope and conversed with her quietly so the other two couldn't here. "So..what to you think, Hope? Shall we keep them? They seem alright to me..."

Fayola pushed the leg towards Li Na, settling down at the more tougher, sinewy part of the leg. She didn't need the softer meat, Li Na did.

Fayola shook her head, her long flakes slapping the sides of her face. Green eyes watched the pink lionness with curiousity. "Hello...are you the Hunt Mistress?"

The green lionness smiled. "If you're not the hunt mistress, who is?" She tilted her head to the side, glancing around for any other lioness's.

Right now both Karver and I have been the ones to hunt. There are no others.

A pleased purr left her throat at the news. "I can hunt...I don't have much experience though. I left Willy's Pride when I was a cub and have been wandering since. I hunted for myself and Li Na." The speckled lioness glanced after her shoulder at the eating cub, as if in reassurement. "But it was small catch."

Around here, unless you go to the border of the oasis and grasslands about all you'll find is small prey,...and if you have the patience fish, though one should take note of when the alagators are around. There are few, but still,..wouldn't want anyone getting hurt.
