Major Devastation quickly released his grip on the steel chair once Draze's hands clasped around the Devil Dog's* back and realized just he intended to do. The ex-Marine hoped that Draze wasn't aware of the fact that in addition to the powerhouse style he employed, he was also quite proficient in amateur wrestling...although he might have found that out earlier, had Victor Cruz actually bothered to show up.
He quickly hooked his free leg behind his opponent's knee to try and block the throw, then (if successful) would attempt to counter into a small package pin.
((* note: Devil Dogs is one of the nicknames associated with members of the US Marine Corps.))

Harli then began to slowly get back to his feet, his head was still hurting from the chair shot

Draze is caught in the pin! One! Two! Three! Draze is now out of the match from the surprise pinning predicament!

Whew! Major Devastation breathed a sigh of relief when the ref's hand came down the third time...it was finally a one-on-one match. Unfortunately, he was nearly exhausted and sore as hell from the two-on-one assault he'd endured the entire match.
Once the elimination was announced, the Major released the small package and began to slowly make his way to his feet while holding his ribs.

By this time Harli had managed to get to one knee, however he looked up just as Major was getting to his feet as well.

Seeing that Harli was up to one knee, Major Devastation kicked the abandoned chair well out of the reach of both competitors. He had no desire to continue using it, but he sure as hell didn't want his opponent to get a hold of it again!
Once he had recovered sufficiently, he shouted while pointing at the ring, "Now that it's just you and me, why don't we do this right...because these people paid to see some ********' WRESTLING!!!"

Harli smiled "I'll allow you to enter the ring first, I don't trust you cause you might attack me from behind". By this time Harli was back to his feet, his head was still throbbing from the chair shot

"Understandable," Major D. replied with a grin as he started limping toward the ring, while still clutching his ribs. "But that was merely a survival tactic...after all, you were the one who jumped me."
The big Texan climbed into the squared circle, his eyes never leaving his opponent, and made his way to the center of the ring.

Harli would make his way to the ring, before sliding into the ring.

The big Texan would allow Harli to get back to his feet before offering a lock-up. If the Outback Attack decided to accept, the Major would try to catch his opponent with a hip toss.

Harli managed to get to his feet, he would accept the lock up however he attempt a kick to Major's knee before Major could try anything else

The Major winced as he was kicked in the knee...on the bright side, it wasn't the knee that had been chop blocked repeatedly.
He would back off a couple of paces before attempting to shoot in for a double leg takedown.

When Major went for the Double leg takedown, Harli attempt to bring down some hard punches to the back of Major's head. If successful, Harli would attempt grab Major by the head and try to give him a Spike DDT into the mat

As the Major shot in for the takedown attempt, he felt a sharp blow to the back of his head. He dropped to a knee rubbing the back of his head...the next thing he knew he was being planted with a spike DDT.
