No...Sayoko and me have distributed the amount evenly and have decided that the world population must be decreased to 2 billion people. We will have a artificial intelligent computer picking random names at any chosen moment. Of coarse hers and mine will be removed. We will have secret societies stationed around the globe making sure that the pursued is certainly eliminated. The over population of the globe is a must take caution. Then I will be in charge of enviromental health and some warfare departments. While Sayoko has full control of every department at all times and that each general to a station will be minor except for a select few. Yes...we have it all planned out. I am getting Europe and the South Pole...perfect. twisted
