So, I know it's already been said that the dorms at Sovereign are co-ed (sharing the building). But, I'm curious if they are co-ed as in there is a girl's floor and boys' floor, or if they are just mixed with no pattern?

Mouse: They're typically mixed with no pattern. c: As a self-indulgent example, Simon and Alba are neighbors.

For our senshi's previous cultures ~ is it necessary for them to have been ruled by a monarchy or would something similar to a theocracy, where people follow a spiritual leader be ok?

Mouse: No rules on how your planet's ruled! Though now I'm imagining the ancient peoples of Hestia all followed some quasi-Don Diablos figure.

Nessy: Obviously the Hestians all followed whichever wrestler won the yearly tournament! For some odd reason, it was always Don Diablos....

Random question, but I mean somebody has to ask.
If General Queen Frankie Apatite ran into a senshi with glittering skin, what would she do?

Natsube:Remember Princess Vamps. Remember. Princess.
AND
Is her youma Edward or does she have some kind of Jacob werewolf youma?
Natsube: ONLY TIME WILL TELL.

OKAY SRS SENSHI BSNS TIMES.

1- How much control/how connected are senshi to their worlds?
Can they manipulate their power in thier world more easily?
IE: Could Taranis move sand, build epic sand constructs without using his attacks as his sphere is sand. Or, could Castor manipulate the magical hail that rains down or falling ice in general?

2-To go along with this: Do senshi get a power boost by being on home world?

Mouse: The connection you have to your star remains the same regardless of how far away you are from it. That said, you don't experience any increase in power from being on it. The same goes for environment manipulation: you can wield your element on your star as much as you can anywhere else -- you're limited to your attacks on that.

3- Since obv senshi get memories of past lives on home planets, would it follow that normal humans or negas could have visions of past lives while on earth?

Mouse: There hasn't been any sign of Earth-dwellers having past lives at this point in time.

4-Are the planets devoid of life in all respects? Several of us players have RP'd that water or some form of water (ice, hurrr) are on the planets. As well as light. If a senshi were to arrive with gardening tools and seeds, could they try and grow new plants? Would they be successful or, would the plants all just die?

Mouse: They CAN have plant life or natural features, just no people or animals. Plants are pretty hardy to grow back after disasters strike for the most part. <3

5- How much can visions effect? Can they touch on taste, sound, feeling, touch, (such as pain, pleasure) ect ect. To what limit?

Mouse: Be as creative as you like. :>

SO, QUESTIONS. (Omffffffgggg)

1) Would a lt corrupted after the nega meeting still be taught how to rip out starseeds, or would she only be taught how to harvest energy ?

2) If yes, if they ever manage to kill a senshi, would they expected to bring their starseed back to the queen ? Or just hide the body and report ?

Question three was answered in thread derp

Nessy: Yes to both. She should only be ripping star seeds from senshi (though no one will really notice if she takes one or two here and there for the boost), however, and bringing them straight to her queen/commanding officer.

More of a personal question that I felt was not important enough to send directly to the mule:

Would it be alright if Sailor Rosalind had a treasure pit on her moon that she drew her attacks from? Which would be why her coins vanish after a short duration of time-- they warp back to her pool of wealth. SHE'D GO BANKRUPT OTHERWISE, and she definitely doesn't want to be the Soldier of Bankruptcy.

Mouse: A senshi doesn't derive their power from any specific location or part of their star -- it's drawn from the star itself. She could have a treasure pit on her moon, but it wouldn't be where the attacks are drawn from.

In terms of senshi and planets-- does everyone on your planet have powers? Or is it just you + royalty? I thought that a senshi's powers were drawn from the space object itself, but does that mean, in your past life, you had abilities as well?

Natsube: If you are a senshi now, you would have been a senshi before. There are a lot of characters in Sailor Moon that were neither senshi nor royalty who had powers (look at the negaverse!) so saying that ONLY senshi have powers is sort of silly. Think of them as the highest level of achievement you can obtain. Remember, Beryl was a sorceress, but had to join with Metallia in be a threat to the Moon Kingdom. It would be most likely that 99% of the population on a given planet would have known magic, but not be able to practice it in any important way.

Will Zodiacs ever be able to return to the outer reaches/the Surrounding?

Natsube: Definitely! If you guys have ideas on this, please PM the mule! Remember, if you guys go with a senshi you would be going to your home planet, aka jupiter, mars, etc etc.

This is the part where I reveal my hazy memory of some canon stuff.

1. Is there only one senshi per planet at a time? As in, there will never be two Sailor Moons or two Sailor Taranises. There is only one senshi from one celestial object alive at a time.

Natsube:Yes, this is correct! Chibimoon would have become Sailor Moon in time.

2. Senshi can die (and be reborn and such). But if they are not killed, do they have an otherwise normal lifespan? We know Chibimoon ages, for example, but I feel like Queen Serenity was alive forever.

Natsube: For the majority, yes! But others, such as Sailor Pluto, have existed for a very long time. This would definitey be a case by case basis though.

3. If a senshi dies, is their soul immediately reborn? Or is there a hibernation period? Or does the Space Cauldron tell them to take a number please and let the cosmos churn until the universe is ready for their souls to reemerge?

Natsube: Actually, the manga explicitly states this, and I'm pretty much citing the last 5? pages of the manga-- sailor moon and co are sent back from the galaxy cauldron to be reborn on earth in the 30th century; and that is why we had the moon kingdom based around 1000 years ago, because it took that much time to get back to earth. Who knows? Maybe all the carbon dating is PRETTY MUCH ******** UP AT THIS POINT

From my previous knowledge on paying attention to things involving the Negaverse, Lt's are usually assigned to Captains and so on. Would it be possible to have a Lt. who didn't actually serve under one Captain specifically but, instead, spent a set amount of time (one week, two, idk) serving under a series of Captains one at a time in the name of the moon learning something different from each of them?

Cuter: INTERESTING QUESTION.

Since General Nealite is no longer around to update the Group Lists, Lieutenants are no longer assigned or required to report to specific Captains, nor Captains to specific Generals. Feel free to keep your Lieutenant (or Captain/General!) unassigned if you don't feel like partying up with a specific group on a more permanent basis.

That's not to say that grouping isn't FUN (because it totally is and the Negaverse already has some pretty kickass groups) but don't feel like it's a requirement. Each of the new General-Kings has a specific task they're following up on (explained in the Meeting thread!) so it's natural to assume that Lieutenants, Captains and Generals may have shown interest in assisting the GKs with any of these tasks.

Please remember, however, that if you choose to keep your officer unassigned to a particular group that they are still responsible for reporting to a superior officer. Lieutenants still have to give their star seeds/energy orbs to Captains, Captains still have to give their reports to the Generals and so forth. Just because you're not in a group doesn't mean you can break military order!

Hope that helps!

Out of vague curiosity: Does Meadowview/Crystal (in play) have a winter uniform? Or do girls (and guys) have to wear short sleeves/shortish skirts/knee-length shorts all year round? 8|a

Nessy: I would think that Crystal allows sweaters of muted and matching colors to be worn over their uniforms, or undershirts with long sleeves in those same muted and matching colors to be worn underneath. Stockings, etc would also be within reason!

I doubt Meadowview gives a damn what you do with your uniform, as long as it's not illegal and the main parts of it are still intact. Audrey wore her Barren Pines sweater year-round! I would think that boys do have pants in the winter. Maybe. If you're nice.

But officially and art-wise, there are no winter uniforms.

Alright, I didn't see this question asked, and I don't think it was gone over in the rp- if a Nega takes 'power' from a senshi in civilian form, will he/she/it know it is a senshi just like if they'd stuck their hand in for their starseed?

Mouse: Nope, energy is energy no matter where you take it from! It would sort of severely imbalance the game if Negaversers could figure out senshi identities that way.

I have a bunch of past-life related questions for you guys. 8Da In order to have a clearer idea of what my senshi's past life was, I was thinking about doing some offline solos/written blurbs/etc from past!Merope's point of view to refer to when writing for present!Merope.

1) Were guardian cats responsible for awakening senshi on their home planet/star/asteroids?

Mouse: SOMETIMES. Senshi could also have awakened by themselves if cats didn't travel their way.

2) If I remember correctly, the Zodiac senshi hung out towards the very far edges of the galaxy, fighting against the nastier chaotic things out there. What was the usual role of a senshi in the past? Did they too fight the occasional youma/attacking beast, or did they more often take on a more spiritual/honored role of being a magic user since everyone knew about it, but couldn't do it?

Mouse: The role of a senshi can vary from planet to planet depending on their culture, but generally speaking they served as guardians and protectors. This wasn't ALWAYS against Chaos-aligned enemies, though some probably showed up now and again.

Nessy: In the canon, they were mainly used to protect the royalty of the time. They were considered the most elite of guards and warriors, and would be generally your special ops type of warrior. Think of them in the past like today's five-star generals. You don't just send them out to do any old task, you save the big fights and the important issues for them. Like Mouse said, it might also depend on your culture! If your planet took a pacifist stance? Odds are your senshi was just there to be court dressing.

3) Going off on the above, if the occasional youma did show up, would it be frowned upon for a senshi to work with the "civilians" of their home to keep the peace?

Mouse: Also depends on how they were culturally regarded, I'd say!

4) How far back should we assume past lives take place? 1000 years to "match up" with what Natsu said happened to the canon Sailor Moon & co?

Mouse: Correctamundo!

5) What sort of items would still "exist" on senshi home planets? Or would this be considered a case-by-case "what kind of object are you talking about" and "what was the home planet like" sort of dealie? I'm looking for a rough estimate/general idea before I go too overboard with Merope's star. 8Da

Mouse: Anything that realistically wouldn't have decayed over time, I imagine, if I'm reading your question right. Just don't have any, like... laser guns or pocket-size Deus Ex devices conveniently lying around -- in other words, gamebreaking items are a no-no!

I have questions about St Magdalena's Seminary.

How're the sleeping arrangements; one per room/roommates?

Nessy: Two per room, as with all of our boarding schools.

Is there like Mass at a specific time everyday, being a religious school?

Nessy: Being that there is a church on campus, I am going to say yes. However, we are not going to force this on any of our players who might be uncomfortable with religion. Mass is optional for you to play, if you are actually uncomfy with having this as part of your girl's routine.

Do we still need mod permission to play our characters telling their families that they're senshi?

Mouse: I think as long as the family members in question are personal NPCs, that should be alright.

Nessy: Negaverse players still do need permission, however! c:

Quick question: Azzo, Yvette, Ignacio, and other similar Barren Pines survivors are supposed to be graduating half-way through the year. When exactly does this graduation take place then? I assume late December, so they can go to college for the spring semester, but I'm just checking.

Mouse: You'd graduate at the end of the fall semester -- so, yes, late December! If you wanted to RP a graduation ceremony / party / etc for your characters, you are totally free to do that.

However, please keep in mind that transferring to college / SH isn't going to guarantee you any new art unless you get a custom civilian slot to use for that purpose.
