An image of a scared little girl flashes through her mind. "I'd have never been bold enough to ask for a home for someone else." She says softly, looking fondly on Dante.

Sydelle shakes her head. "No, thank you." She says. She isn't quite sure what she wants. Her own wants had never been considered before. She looks at the sleeping boy. "Maybe he should go back to bed."

Sydelle peeks in on Dante. I was only trying to make it easier for you. She thought. And you gave me a home. She smiles, coming dangerously close to tears. She hears Rini on the phone. It's rude to listen in, but there's no way to get to her room without passing Rini's room. Hm...

Dante who had been sleeping for quite sometime, as he slept he felt himself be put into his bed as he dreamt. he saw himself and his parents in a field with men coming after them, his parents laughed menacingly as their human form burned up showing their true demon forms. they charged at the men and slaughtered them mercilessly, he saw the blood spurt from them as they relished the blood bath, at the end of it only one man remained and his parents brought them to him telling him to kill the man...he refused, and they grabbed him and turned hi forcefully into his demon form, they threatened him with beatings if he didn't kill the man, he cried and lifted his bladed hand up and swung down at the man. he awoke in a cold sweat panting heavily, he put his hand on his chest and felt the soulfire within him starting to burn himself from the inside out. he opened a window and jumped out into the yard and sat in the cold air breathing heavily.

Dante looked at his mom still breathing heavily and said "oh...uh just getting some fresh air that is all" he said trying to not let on what was really happening. "um so mommy is going to work, who do you work for?" he said his chest feeling like it was gong to explode.

Dante was at his limit and said "yes, was just a little hot in my room thats all" he said huggin her. once inside she set him down and he said "come back soon please mommy" but before he could get her to go he collapsed on the ground breathing very heavily, he had stayed in his human form for to long, he was to young stil to keep his powers in check while in his human form and his body slowly started to burn, he tried to stand up but his legs wouldn't move "Sydelle, mom" was all he could say before blacking out

Dante yelped in agony as his souldfire burned him thoroughly, he pushed away from his mother and ast there for a minute his body jsut steaming then slowly he caught on fire, his body transforming into his demon form. he clenched his hands tightly, the blades came out slowly. he yelped one final time as a bright explosion came from within his body blinding everyone. once the light died down what stood before Rini wasn't the little Dante but, the Demon Dante.
