"That sound reasonable,"Akela commented on the idea of finding shelter. "Yeah I dont want to get wet anymore than I am. To bad I cant take a bath,"She commented about her muddy looking state. She didn't even glance around to see if the panther was back or not. She doubted it was and wasn't worried.
"That sounds like a good plan. Get to know each other better than meet each others parents?" Akela asked trying to clearfie and making sure she understood what they would do. She looked around for a cave of some form not really wanting to go back into the tree roots. There just wasn't enough room there to be comfortable. "I'd like that. Since we are sort of dating right and it would be the right thing to do?"

"Hm." Rox' nodded in agreement as they walked, mostly just keeping quiet. The panther was supposedly gone, yes. But there was the possibility that it was still around, and he was not willing to risk that chance. "Mmhm.. Yes, being able to wash up would be rather nice right about now."
At last, he spotted a reasonable looking place for them to rest; just the usual, adequately sized cave. Not too big, not too small. Giving a glance over at Akela before moving towards the cave first, he took a moment to investigate, cautiously walking inside and taking a peek around. "This.. looks okay." It would work for a simple rest. Nodding to himself in confirmation, Rox' craned his head to look over at Akela. "Here look good? I.. figure we can wait out the rain and just rest a little."

"I'll have to show you a good place to take a bath after the rain stops and we are a bit warmer."Akela said in a happy note. A bath sounded so good right now but oh well a nice warm cave would work just fine to.
She watched as he invested the cave and she stood out side. She didn't want to step on his toes by going in there with him. "I think it looks just fine,"she said walking in and moving more towards the back of the cave that way if the wind blew the rain wouldnt get on her or them. She laid down and curled up waiting to see if he would join her or not.

"Really?" Roxanne tilted his head, following her with his eyes as she moved into the cave to lie down. "That sounds.. nice. I'd like that." Giving a last glance at their surrounding for any signs of danger, he slipped his way into the cave, carefully shaking himself off to rid his coat of the rain that had collected. Letting out a satisfied sigh, he turned his attention to Akela.
At first, he tried to over think the situation. But then - very simply - Rox' pushed the thought aside, simply walking over and lying down beside her. Giving another sigh, much more tired than the one before, he rested his head down on her back. "We can talk more later.. We can go to that place you mentioned and relax a little, clean ourselves up.. you know." Hell, he was just too tired to think now. "S-sleep first though..." With that, Rox' allowed himself to nod off, even managing to ignore his usual awkwardness and nuzzle into her fur a little. "..We'll talk lots more later."
