* Thoughts-(Crap...it is her....what should I do.....were supposed to be enemies and this would be considered treason but.....she didn't seem like all of the other Red Coats I've faced in battle....I may regret this but,,,*
* Itaku and Kagekami walked over to where the girl was, Kagekami growled a little but Itaku calmed him down. He brushed his hair and blushed a little bit, talking to women really wasn't his thing.*
" Uh...hello there...Celeste right? I know this could end badly for us both but....do you perhaps want to get a cup of hot chocolate or coffee? You don't have to if you don't want to...it's just there is something different about you and I want to figure out what it is...."
*He smiled lightly and waited a response.*

Celeste was a bit taken aback by the request.. She had half expected an attack, but this was completely unexpected. She felt a blush rising once again on her cheeks, and she looked away quickly, hoping that he wouldn't see. Nonetheless, she too was intrigued by the man. He wasn't like most of the Bluecoats she had encountered. There was something about him...Something she wanted to know more about. Celeste looked up at him and gave a small nod, still blushing slightly. If she was caught she could be tried for treason, but truthfully that didn't matter all that much to her...

*Itaku smiled as he and Celeste enjoyed their night on the town. It all felt right, they went to stores window shopping and such. It was at the restaurant where Itaku's fear's suddenly came into play.*
" Celeste...did you just hear the siren.....that means the Red Coats are about to attack....here!!!!!!!!! This is not good...What should we do!!!!!"
*The lieutenant remained calm even though he was quite panicked.*

Celeste jumped to her feet, listening to the sirens. She fear and sadness seeped their way into her heart. Despite the fact that they were members opposing sides in a war, Celeste had been enjoying her time with Itaku. Now, they were being called to war once again. And what would happen on the battlefield? The image of Itaku lying broken and bleeding on the ground flashed involuntarily across Celeste mind, making tears for in her eyes. She put her gloved hand to her eyes, and took them away examining the moisture with surprise. She couldn't remember the last time she had shed tears. Had she really come to care for him this much? She quickly drew her arm across her eyes, roughly wiping the tears away. There was no time for sentimentality. She quickly pulled put her notebook and pencil and scrawled a short message across the paper. "We have to get out of here and make our way back to the front lines. Be careful not to be seen before then. I'll leave first. Be careful." After giving Itaku a moment to read the message, Celeste tore it from the note book and threw it into the fire. She then turned and kissed him on the cheek, before running out of the restaurant and towards the Redcoat lines.

* Itaku was filled with overwhelming sadness, it was his first date in a while, only to be ruined once again by war. Nothing good would come of this battle, if anything would happen to Celeste....I don't know what I would do...I noticed tears from her eyes, which only strengthened my resolve to end this battle quickly. Itaku hoped that both he and Celeste would make it through this battle safely.....it was a small hope at best.*
" Damn it all Celeste....please be careful ..."
*Itaku and Kagekami rushed out of the restaurant and towards the battle.*

Greg reappeared in the middle of the small part of town that hadn't been totally destroyed. He looked around and saw where the barrier he had created had stopped. At that point, everything beyond it was demolished by the explosives the red army dropped. He hadn't seen any citizen nor soldier from snowtown anywhere...they're probably looking for survivors....or remains...He immedietly shut the second thought out of his head to keep out any unwanted visuals. He took a step forward and heard a crackle beneith his boot. Not sure what it was, he took a breath before looking down...only a toy-doll...He picked it up in his hand and brushed the snow and bits of rock and ash from it's body. Greg sat down on the fountain that had been in still one piece and held the doll close to himself. Memories of his family appeared. His mother and father..and his little sister. Two years old when he left at the age of 15. Was she killed in the fire? Did they all get out? No..he found the bodies of his parents when he returned after only a few weeks of being in the blue army. But he hadn't found his sister. A single tear fell from his face as he stood back up, slipping the doll in his casual uniform jacket's side pocket.

Nao ran to her house and scratched at the ashes with her already bloody fingers. She had to get back into that cellar. Her family's secrets were down there! Tears slid down her cheeks as she scratched at the gravel. "No! No! No!" She muttered loudly to herself as she tried to control the emotions flooding to her head. The Bluecoats had just..left. That man who help her...what was his name? Itaku? He just disappeared and left her to fend for herself. What were the citizens going to now?!

Greg calmly walked over to the girl that had crossed his vision. Kneeling on the ground beside her, he rested a hand on her shoulder. "Hey, are you okay?" he asked softly. He was glad that he hadn't been wearing anythnig to relate him to the army other then the field-knife strapped to his side. He felt as if she trusted him as a person, she wouldn't fear him if he happened to use magic later to assist her. "What's your name?" he asked with a soft smile.

Itaku was in a beyond dreadful mood, he didn't feel needed in the blue coat army really. Thoughts continued to cross his mind as he wandered the desecrated streets of SnowTown. He wondered if Yuki, Nao and Celeste made it out alive.... He had no recollection on how he escaped from the ship....and that tormented his soul... The buildings all around him were destroyed, he was going to make it his mission to fix them all....but first he needed to find those girls. His black scarf fluttered in the cold biting wind, an aura of unease surrounded him....
"What the hell am I to do...."
(so damn busy with summer classes and other things but I'm back..)

[Everyone was told to go back to base but Greg got permission to leave]
Nao tensed as she felt a hand touch her shoulder. She jumped back quickly to get a better look at the man. Tripping backwards while doing it she trembled as she lay on the ground. Grabbing a dead man's gun she loaded it and aimed it at the man. "Leave now." She said. Nao was surprised her voiced didn't tremble. In fact, her voice was level, and hard. Nao's gaze was fixed on the man and she couldn't help but feel a pang of guilt for him. He probably had someone he loved. He looked only seventeen...her age. But she shook it out of her mind. "Leave." She repeated.

Greg remained calm, not letting the weapon phase him at all. Just by studying the girl's postion, he knew that she didn't know what she was doing with the gun. "please, I'm a friend...i'm just looking for a girl that asked for my help.......a while ago." he said, lying about the time period. It had clearly only been a few days since the girl named Yuki demanded that he find her friend. "My name is, " he paused momentairly and thought of a lie to keep himself hidden. "No...my name is Greg. What's yours?" he asked softly, not at all changing his tone with the girl holding a fire-arm to his face.

Nao took a shaky breath and let the gun drop. "I'm....I'm Nao." She said. Nao looked up to meet his eyes. "Are you a Bluecoat or a Redcoat?" She asked directly, and showing no emotion like she had earlier. It was like she had just shut everything down. It was a habit she had...ever since she was little....since her parents were murdered. Nao stood up sto she didn't seem like some weak girl. She had actually fought in the battle and done something. Nao wasn't about to get aid from a man who thought he was better than she was.

Greg frowned slightly. "What if I were to say I was neither? But just a traveller passing through." he asked, making sure that the sheath on his field-knife hadn't been showing. It's not that he didn't trust the girl, he just didn't feel that they should know a soldier was among them. "I just came to help out with the damage. I could hear the battle from my home to the north of here." he lied in a perfect manner. He offered his hand. "So it's your choice Nao, help me find my friend.....or shoot me here on the spot." he said compleatly confident and without showing fear. Whereas on the inside, his main worry was that somebody would reconize him. He allowed his eyes to change ever so slightly in the manner that they did when he was able to see the aura of people.....she's a bit nervous, but at the same time confident. I'm not sure if i should worry about the emotions that lead to her actions, or of her common sense. After all, her home has just been destroyed...

Nao hesitated. But then in an instant it was gone. "Fine. I'll help." She said, but not taking Greg's hand. "What's your friend's name?" She asked, now full of concern.

Greg retreated his hands to his pockets, his fingertips brushing against the doll. "Yuki if I remember correctly." he said openly. He looked around at the devestation. "Do you know why this area of town is barely touched and everything else is destroyed?" he asked, curious to know if anybody had known what he had done. He wasn't looking for fame, more of just having people know there are some that wish to take care of them.
