"Lira....do you really mean that?" Kai looked at her, smiling softly. "Mm...." He smiled as he leaned in and wrapped his paws around her, pulling her against his body, "You have no idea how happy you are making me....I...I think I've......fallen for you Lira....and I mean real hard. I can't stop thinking about you. And god you're so gorgeous...." He nuzzled her neck. "Would you ever...consider taking me as a mate?" He asked quietly.

She nodded. "Yes... I... I would really like you to stay..." She blushed lightly. "I really enjoy your time... and being with you..." When he hugged her she couldn't help but nuzzle against him. "Mm... Kai..." She closed her eyes. "Really?" She smiled at his complements then looked at him surprised. "M... Mate?" She couldn't believe what he just asked.

"Mm..." Kai looked at her nervously, "Yes....I...I care for you so much Lira....and I want you to be my mate." He looked at her, "I've never asked anyone this before but...with you it just feels so....right." Kai blushed as he looked down at his paws, "Does that sound stupid to you?"
He was going to make a fool out of himself. There was no way that a gorgeous vixen like her would want to take a plain looking male like him as a mate. Sighing heavily he looked toward the exit and thought about leaving.

"Mm..." Ellica couldn't believe it. He wanted to be her mate? No one had ever asked her before. Well they did but none were like him. They were all jerks who just wanted her because she looked nice. Kai on the other hand... he was different... He cared about her. "No... no it doesn't sound stupis at all." She smiled. "Kai... I... I would love to be your mate." She blushed.

"You would?" He looked at her shocked, then broke out in a huge grin. "Even though I'm so plain, and not that much to look at?" Kai walked over and nuzzled her neck softly, licking the side of her face. He had never expected her to say yes, least of all to him! But she did, that must mean something. That she had feelings for him at least.
God he didn't think that he could ever love a vixen more then he loved Ellica. She was the sun, moon and stars to him. Everything that was beautiful and right in the world.

Kai smiled at her lovingly. She loved him for the way he was, there was no higher praise in the world for him. "Lira....god i love you so much." he tackled her to the ground and licked over her face everywhere. "I promise that I'm going to make you happy. I swear it." He grinned down at her.

She couldn't help but chuckle when he tackled her and started to lick her. He was so funny but thats what she liked about him. "Your so cute...." She looked up at him with a smile. "I have no doubt that you will..." She nuzzled him. "im glad your happy and excited. I am too." her tail wagged happily. "I want nothing more then to be with you."

Kai licked her cheek, then her neck as he grinned down at her, "You have to meet my children...Farah, Xinder and Kian....They would love you...and my grandchildren....I want to introduce you to my family." He chuckled as he looked at her, "Tomorrow....will you come with me tomorrow?"

Ellica chuckled as she leaned into him and nuzzled him more. She was so happy that he had asked her to be his mate. She didn't think she would ever find some one yet here she was with the greatest male she had ever met. She was happy and she was glad he was happy as well. When he mentioned children she looked up at him rather surprised for a moment and smiled.
"You have kids? Oh I would love to meet them. How lucky you are. Of course I will come with you. I would love to meet your family." She smiled and licked his cheek.

"I have two little girls and a son. Though it has been a very long time since I have seen any of them." Kai licked his lips. "I worry about my girls mostly though...Especially Xinder....I feel so bad that she had to...grow up alone." He looked down at the ground, "And Farah...I admit...I was young..and I wasn't the best father to her. I have a lot I need to make amends for." He frowned.

"Im sure... I know if my father had come to talk to me I wouldn't just turn him away..." She then frowned when he mentioned how he would deserve it if they didn't want to see him. "Oh stop... if they don't want to see you then they are the ones who are fools, cause you came to them showing how much you care..." She nuzzled him back. "I am a little tired... yes."

Kai smiled at her, "You are too patient with me, my love." He leaned in and nuzzled her again, then smiled and walked around her cave. "Come...lay down and I will keep you warm while I keep guard. How does that sound?"
