If your a Bukijutsu user and you can only learn 2 Ninjutsu at Chunnin rank but your bloodline has the Raiton element in it... does that mean I have to use the Ninjutsu limit to learn my bloodline jutsu¿

Syn, bloodline doesn't count towards the limit. Just saying.
Anyhow... Is it possible to achieve mastery over the eiseijutsu unless you're a medic? There's a dozen different moves which require eiseijutsu mastery.

[ Syn ] What Mana said- Bloodline techniques don't have a limit. The only learning limit is if the technique is A or S, and you're a Genin or Chuunin.
[ Mana ] Only medical ninja can learn eiseijutsu, just like only puppet users can learn kugutsu. May I ask what some of these techniques are?

Sorry it took me a while to get back to this. >.< They both were, however its kind of a tough call what in the world Orochimaru specialized in, so it could be a bit tough for most to get those moves should they wish, unless they are medics.

When a jutsu says that it overwrites all S, S+, or A techniques and no more can be learned. Does that mean that if I learn that jutsu, all of my jutsu of the ranks specified will be removed in order to make way for that jutsu?

How does the rank of your character affect the amount of posts you are required to do in order to learn a jutsu?

If a player did not post in the last activity check and their profile is not in the village profile list, do I have the right to terminate their character in play?
