Just have to wait and see who see's this post of yours and is interested. Otherwise follow the trail of links to everyone's shops to see who isnt busy for a commission. I'd help you out further but I'm busy with my own shop and other "obligations" lol *cough*masks*cough*

Mmm... it was Ms. Sekkei who said I need more shading, right? I just did this and I looked at it and realized I had accidentally shaded it quite well O.O  [base: http://turtlebug.net ] So, is that better than my others? I have no idea how I managed that... but now I need to do a gaia avatar like that =D

That's a good rule of thumb, and it helps to make things look rounded but it dosen't look very natural. When doing shading you need to think about where the light is coming from.
Here's an example. I'm not saying mine is done very well, but I don't want to steal another artists work.
For this one I had the light in front of her, but coming coming at her right shoulder. kind of at an angle like this ---> /
I added shading to the left hand side of her body to show what would be in shadow and increased the highlight on the right side of her body.
I also added shading below her breasts. Slight highlight went on top of each of her breasts (I usualy do a roundish blob over each breast instead of just doing a stripe across her chest, then fade it out to about 5% opacity in PhotoShop)
There is also some shading and highlighting on the folds of her dress, but I didn't do it as well as some of the artists in this guild could do *ahem*Shaolin*ahem*
You're on the right track to having some awesome looking edits!

I just had a freaky idea..... As I said before, I've done spritework very similar to older japanese rpgs, FF6 for example... I've decided, if people permits it, That I'll turn members GAIA avatars into pixel rpg form and create an rpg scene as my banner for this guild A couple of GGX rpg spirits I made to give you an idea

Cool idea, Adelhein!
I've done some Chrono Trigger-esque sprites before (sorry, I don't have access to them at the moment), and they were quite fun to do.
I wouldn't mind seeing a FFVI version of my avatar xd

I've heard whispers that there might be a contest held in the near future for the design of a banner. So keep your ideas secret, lest someone steals it and beats you to a prize...
...a rumoured prize, of course >>

Its a nice idea even though I have seen people do that for gaian avatars before. So I would not go around saying they stole the idea from you just yet.
