 "Knowledge is power..."Lucas remained even though the sand beneath him was churning. soon the sand was eveloping him. it was just before he would be in real danger that he dispersed into sand sized particles making it near impossible to do any real damage. he could weave his way in and out of the sand even though it was controlled. he simply dove down into the sand and began to move under than desert.

The Anbu sighed as he came to a stop several kilometers from the fight. "Those damn Genin. Always practicing."
Natalie stopped behind the Anbu, panting slightly from his fast pace. He turned back to her. "Nothing serious. But you might as well socialize with your fellow Genin. Just..." he looked over his shoulder at the fighting. "Not right now. Practice your handsigns, and chakra movement while you wait for them to finish."
"Yes sir!" Natalie replied.
"And stay away from the fighting." He told her before starting to run back to the village.
Natalie shrugged as she observed the swirling sand before beginning to practice her handsigns, going through the motions slowly.

"Nun, das ist es für mich!" Silas jumped back and back and back trying to think of something before Lucas got close enough to do any damage. "Scheiße!" Silas performed hand seals as fast as he could trying to figure out someway to hurt Lucas without destroying him. Silas stopped and Lucas was still coming forward. "Eternal Darkness!" Si crouched and held a hand seal, the shadow protruding from him grew a large distance, 10 feet forward and 5 feet wide. The shadow was 5 feet deep, deep enough to stop Lucas in his tracks!

- Shadow Release - Shadow Pool (Kageton - Kage Gouben)

"Knowledge is power..." Lucas could sense something wrong. he knew that silas was good and he figured that silas could likely just whip the wind up to reveal him and the use explosives. as a precaution lucas sent three senbon worth of metal particles back in reverse out of the jutsu's reach. he would end up continueing into the shadow and become trapped. the missing particles would go unnoticed as silas certainly did not know the exact number of particles that lucas had divided himself into.

Lucas had gotten into the shadow pool now Silas didn't know what to do! Silas took out explosive notes and kunai then threw five kunai with the notes attached at the shadow then as they exploded he leaped back. Silas tried to figure out something before Lucas got up again... but when will that be and from where?

Noticing an approaching ANBU and Gennin, Ganchou sighed. As the ANBU began running back to the village, Ganchou reformed above him and knocked him down, making him fall into the dirt as he used a genjutsu to put the ANBU to sleep. Getting up and brushing himself off, he looked at the Gennin and gave a large, full toothed smile. "Weelllll weeellllll weeelllllll.... Did Ma-Mo-Ruuuu seend youu to ruuin my fuunn? We caan't haave that, noww cann we..." He said, then hoisted up another waterskin of the Cactus liquid. "Twooo choiccess my deaar. Driiink and eennnnjoooyyyy.... orrr goo Nighty-nighty-night. Which one....?"

Natalie stared at the man who'd taken down the Anbu. "We weren't here to interrupt anything. We were just checking out the fight." She said desperately, her hands in front of her and palms facing up in the universal sign of 'peace'.

"Hrrrn?" He said, cocking his head to one side. "So... you'll drink?" He held out the waterskin, and said "This heeerreee is a partty byy invitationals onnly. I'll leet youu join.. if youu drink! Othhherrwisse, caan't havve you goingg back too tell Mamoru 'boout this. Heee wouuldn't bee happy... I''m not suppossed to bee drrunk onnn duty...." If she looked a bit closer, she'd see that his face was flushed, and his breath smell of strong alcohol. Strangely, his eyes were sharp, cunning... and ruthless.

Natalie sighed. "I'll drink." While she'd never drank before, she'd rather not piss off a guy who could take down a Anbu like nothing.
Taking the waterskin, she took a single sip before handing the waterskin back. Her head spun and a pounding headache took hold.

[[You really think Si is good!?]] the explosive tags went off above where the majority of Lucas was trapped and blew away all the sand and his particles. it didn't destroy him but it would look like it had as he did not move the metal particles that had been in the explosion. secretly he moved two senbon amount around under the sand just out of where silas would be able to see to behind him. the metal particles split so that half was going one way and the rest the other. the remaining one senbon worth of particles remained where it was hidden just out of reach. he wanted to see what silas' next move would be. "...wisdom is truth."

((lol. ok. so. the particles that were me that got stuck in your shadow got blown away with sand when the explosions went off. it didn't destroy me mind i'll feel it once i return to normal. lol. but anyways. so i'm playing dead right now and i had previously said that i had left three senbon worth of metal particles behind just in case. so i secretly under the sand moved one third around one side of you to behind and another third in the other direction to join with the other third. the remaining third is staying about... uh... 15' away from you and is remaining hidden. all three remain hidden and i appear to have been destroyed.))

Silas started to back up slowly looking around for any remaining bits of Lucas. Noticing that there was nothing around Silas performed a single seal and he disapeared. Silas appeared to be invisible but he had jumped to the far side where Lucas' senbon particles weren't. Silas performed another sign and picked up a katana out of his shadow.
