 ✿ Unohana Retsu ✿ - 4th Seat Of Yonbantai - The search she had set out on was unfruitful, however, Unohana decided to continue into the festival, even with the failed attempt to locate her Captain. As stalls and stands from every which direction were going about their shady works, Unohan passed them all by, taking a scenic route to the battle area. This path, of course, led to a main walk way that led directly into the event grounds. On her walk, she intercepted many strange and wondrous flower and other vegetation life, that she knew her captain would be more than please to test as medicinal cures for aliments, after all, every plant had a purpose, it was just finding out what purpose it served. She tucked in her braid behind her back so she could bend down and delicately clip off a few petals from a large orange flower, followed by the removal of one leaf from a blue and gray flower. "I was unaware that this place held so many possible treasures." She pocketed her findings after a time, before continuing on.
She noticed how unkept everything was around here, untended too, for what seemed quite a long time, however, at this thought she felt happiness, if she was to volunteer after this event, it would give her that much more time to study and record all data she had collected from the many strange and enlightening plant life. After walking forward for so long, she could sense a fight was commencing, to this she did frown, it only meant work for her and her captains staff, it was a bit better though that she was here, she could help heal on the spot, being back at the squad four barracks would have proved to be quite troublesome as it would cause her to do more work, and she really would rather be here to enjoy the wonderful gardens and festivities, at this, she was glad that she left after her captain, though now here, she could see her nowhere.
Approaching into the fighting grounds, she spotted Yuudai and Si, Yuudai of course acting arogant in the battle, she kept her thoughts to herself, passing by Akusuna and Yasoa, giving a slight nod and a smile. She passed quickly past the tent where a few captains were present, before reaching the last place she could sense her captain had been. "Oh my, it appears she's no longer here." She moved quickly to Shizuka and Nobu. "Pardon me, I do so ever not mean to interrupt, but may I ask, have you seen Ashely-taichou present here? I've been searching everywhere for her and I've seemed to have completely lost her now." Unohana dusted her long white haori coat, appearing an awful lot like a captain haori, save any markings present on the jacket.

Captain of Squad Five
Akusuna watched the fight begin, noting the confident air around Yuudai. He was certain this fight would be his, which made him overconfident. Akusuna doubted that, whomever this Si was, he was not so weak as to be defeated by Tenth Squad's Lieutenant's bare hands. Although, everything Yuudai did matched well with what Yasoa had informed him. If only he could learn more about this Squad Eight Shinigami.
Akusuna turned to look at the candy that his Lieutenant offered. They did look interesting, and his drink left him quite famished. Taking a small piece, Akusuna ate it, finding it surprisingly delicious. "Thank you. My drink is fine. Just a bit against my liking." Akusuna replied.
"I appreciate the offer, Yasoa, but I would prefer to sit this one out." Akusuna replied when Yasoa mentioned wanting to spar with him. "Perhaps, at a later date, I will spar with you in the arena for practice. As it is now, though, I dislike showing off before a crowd. I would rather take this time to examine those around us instead. Perhaps, you should do the same?"
Akusuna turned and gestured to some of the other shinigami watching the fight. "Look at them. Look at how they walk and interact with one another. If you were to fight one of them, could you use any of their traits to your advantage? For example, this Yuudai on the field. He's eager, overly-confident, and in a rush. Easy to trap and fool." Akusuna explained, gesturing around them, "You could easily have defeated him as long as you know of this weakness of his. In this way, I am at a disadvantage against anyone I fight, for I know few. That is why I choose to watch instead."
It was at this time that Akusuna noted a Fourth Squad member walk past. She nodded her greetings, and Akusuna nodded back. The image reminded Akusuna that he had wished to meet with some of the other Squad Captains at some point, perhaps after the festival.

 Mikito Sikijiro, Young Sanseki of Squad 13
Mikito scowled at Yuudai's overconfident nature, it appeared that Si was going to put up a well fight, he sat back down and realized that Si might be able to be close to beating Yuudai at the most, and Mikito noted that Yuudai's overconfident attacks may be the key to lasting a while in the battle. Mikito popped another candy in his mouth and munched on it, watching the battle continue to unfold.

 Si was grimacing in pain, even though he had managed to actually get in a full attack on Yuudai without him knowing, it was still a one sided battle in his mind. "Up until now I've been quiet, but your arrogance sickens me, truthfully."He had had enough of Yuudai's boasting about himself, and all that he was capable of. Si ran fast at Yuudai's approach, he dropped into a deep run directly at him, avoiding his possible attack, skidding to a stop before hitting into a wall, Si was now behind Yuudai who had just stopped dead in his tracks and turned around. Si's glare could kill, he was now wanting to loose now, he wanted to put Yuudai in his place. Using a quick flash step, he now attempted to preform the same move that he had before, however, this time, Yuudai was prepare, and instead of catching Yuudai off guard, Si was welcome with a hard slam in the stomach which sent him flying into a nearby wall. "Damn..how.." So was a bit baffled that Yuudai was actually expecting him to use that technique again, however, he soon shook off his phased thoughts and straigthened himself out again. "I see, you are quicker thinking then a thought."
Si rushed Yuudai again, now preforming several cuts with his sword. First one to Yuudai's waist, bringing his sword quickly up again, another vertically down and then another horizontally to the left. He continued in this patter, Yuudai using simply movement to avoid them all. Si then thrust his sword at Yuudai's side, he was not intending to kill him, he knew then he would be at the mercy of Adachi for breaking the rules. Yuudai, however, caught Si's sword with his bare hand eventually, which halted all movements. "Wh-" He suffered a great punch to this stomach, making him cough up a small amount of blood, before being thrown to the side by the neck. Si rolled for a few seconds in the dust before stopping. He slowly rose and looked to Yuudai with heavy breathing. "Damn it." He wiped the blood from his lips. He rushed in again, his sword dragging on the ground, he lifted his sword high in the air, slamming down fast and swift at Yuudai. "Tak-"
Yuudai's sword appeared from its sheath and stopped Si's attack, he was stunned at the fact. He was scared a bit now, Yuudai was after all far more skilled then he was, he had no idea what the man was capable of now. "Damn it."
Yuudai simply pushed Si back away from him, letting his sword fall to his side, not facing Si, showing a lot of disrespect to him, which infuriated him a lot.

j-ūbaﾐﾗｺﾅntai  I 've wanted to see the last of my kindNobu looked tenitvely at Shizuka. "Oh, I know all about you Shizuka Hatomi! Nanashi has talked about you a lot before, or was it Nanashi?" He thought for a moment, then, he thought that not remembering who had mentioned her was borderline rude, he quickly reverted back to what she had said. "Well, I'm Nobu, Nobu Yana." "Oh my heavens no, I don't take kindly to fighting personally, though I do so love to watch others enjoying and taking part, I look forward to seeing you fight, I wonder who you'll go up against? Should be quite interesting." He quickly glanced at Si and Yuudai. "These two, they seem a bit too serious for my taste however, I'm not interested in watching hot heads, and my Fukutaichou is beyond a hot head, he's an incredible to-" He cut his words short, he almost insulted him in front of a captain. "But, anyways." He said, his mouth getting dry, he wasn't having a good time saying the right things around Shizuka. "I wonder where Nanashi and Ashely ran off too? I was hoping to have caught my captain and talk with him for a bit, but it always seems like I never get a chance, sometimes I wonder if he even likes me." He clunked his head down and took in a deep breath, holding it he looked up to the sky, thought about something, then let out a sigh from his nose. "Oh well. I know for a fact Yuudai doesn't like me, haha. So, do you think Adachi will be taking part? I think it would be amazing to see him battle against someone, oh! Shizuka! You should challenge the Captain commander to a fight, I think that would be really fun don't you?" It was then that Shizuka and Nobu were interrupted by a young woman, Nobu blushed slightly, he hadn't seen this girl before. "Um, Ashely just left after my Captain, I'm not sure where they are headed though. You are welcome to join us, I'm waiting for Nanashi to get back, I'm sure Ashely will come back with him." He began to sweat slightly, he became increasingly bashful around beautiful ladies, he was a very shy person and it always seemed to happen.

 Gobantai - Fukutaichou
Yasoa was a bit sad to hear that his captain didn't plan on participating, it would have been so exciting. "Well Taichou, I really do look forward to have some sparring practices with you, it would be an excellent way to get to know each other, seeing as I'm new and well, you don't truly know someone until you've fought them, that's my way of introductions anyways." He looked back at the fight, he was a bit upset that this fight seemed to be turning into a death match rather than a fun fighting spar, he couldn't help but feel that it was going to turn out with someone laying on the ground, being more injured than they needed to be. Yasoa also nodded to the fourth division woman whom he recognized as Retsu Unohana, he didn't speak. "I hope future fights can consist of a bit more fun, this battle to me went sour from the moment it started, combatants that can't at least enter with a fun attitude make it a waste of time to watch in my opinion. We aren't battling for death, we are battling for fun." He turned his head away from the fighting. "Sir, would you mind coming with me a moment? I want to introduce you to my sister , she might be able to lift your spirits, she quite sarcastic in a funny way, actually I just want to bug her, I'm sure you've met Zetsumei Taichou yes? Those two, you'd swear he made her, or she's his daughter." He gave his captain a smile, heading off before him, his sister in sight just a ways off standing by her captain. Appearing beside Zetsumei now, he bowed, before turning to his sister with a sly grin. "So you came into the world of the living did you? That's kinda strange, but, I wanted to introduce you to my captain, my normal Captain." He whispered the last part into her ear so that Zetsumei couldn't hear. He looked up to his captain and waved, trying to get him to come over and mingle.

Captain of Squad Five
Akusuna didn't say anything to Yasoa, but merely nodded. It was true that the best way to know another was to experience a fight with them. That was also why Akusuna did not want to join in this fray, as it would likely reveal more about himself than he cared to share. Regardless, the current match had turned ugly, becoming a grudge match. With one of the fighters already injured and bleeding, Akusuna wondered how much longer it would go before the Captain-commander called the match to an end.
When his Lieutenant mentioned a sister, Akusuna looked over towards the young man. He had not met any of the other Captains yet, but recognized Zetsumei to be the Twelfth Squad Captain. On top of that, to know that his Lieutenant had a sister interested Akusuna. He followed Yasoa to the pairing and nodded his greetings to the Captain and his Lieutenant.
"Akusuna Myori, at your service." he said with a slight bow. "I do not believe we've had the pleasure of meeting yet."

To say the very least, she didn’t think she was that famous at all, especially since her division usually did not fight or take part in major missions, but rather stayed in the background, sorting everything out. Of course, she didn’t really know who this Shinigami was either, although she had seen him a few times before and now knew that he was in Nanashi’s division. “It’s very nice to meet you then, Nobu Yama,” she said smoothly, a smile hovering on her lips. Not take kindly to fighting personally? Well, that was frankly surprising. After all, the Tenth Division was often sent to fight and take part in larger missions, right? Perhaps there were other reasons he joined that particular squad as not everybody in there had to have a liking for fighting. “I’m not sure whether I’ll actually fight at all, to tell you the truth,” she told him, “But if I do, I don’t think I’ll be able to provide that much interest.” Following his gaze, she rested her eyes once more on the current battle. She knew neither of them, although, judging by Nobu’s words, one of them was most likely the Lieutenant of the Tenth Division.
Thinking that it might not be best for her to comment on his words about the Lieutenant’s hotheadedness as he didn’t seem to be too comfortable now that he has said it, she sighed. “I’m sure that your Captain likes you. Sometimes, it’s pretty hard for us to have time to do anything at all, especially when work starts to pile up.” Making a mental reminder to talk to Nanashi about Nobu when he returned from finding his weapon or whatever, she held back the urge to ruffle Nobu’s hair. While this was something she often did to those in her Squad or those close to her, she couldn’t just simply do that to someone she had just met! A little reassured by his seemingly slightly happier behaviour when he started saying that she should challenge the Captain Commander to a fight, she held up her hands up in mock horror, throwing her head back in a long laugh. “I’m not that good at fighting at all, Nobu Yama, and I think the Captain Commander would be able to pin me down in five seconds flat, especially since I can’t use my Bankai and Shikai at all,” she replied casually, a full smile on her face now as she genuinely opened up to Nobu.
Seeing a newcomer, she tilted her head to one side in an inquisitive manner as she looked at the girl. This was yet another person she had not met before and while this girl’s clothing looked extraordinarily like a Captain’s Haori, there were no markings to be seen that indicated the Division that one was in charge of. Ah well. “Yes, I believe that Ashley-Taichō left after Nanashi-Taichō,” she uttered, a thoughtful look on her face as she tried to recall what had happened, “Oh, and feel free to join us, as Nobu said. I’m not sure when they’ll return, but I believe that you’ll be able to catch her back here hopefully, once Nanashi-Taichō comes back as well. Is there something in particular that you needed Ashley-Taichō for?” Seeing the appearance of two other people, one of whom was apparently trying to get Zetsumei to cheer up, she briefly glanced at them, before turning back to the other two. They had not greeted her specifically, and she did not feel that it was right to barge into a conversation suddenly. Of course, they were nearby and there was still time to be able to meet and greet them, but that was for later.

✿ Yuudai Iwate ❀ Jūbantai Fukutaichou
I've Traveled far to meet with you...Yuudai was anticipating each move now, without much effort mind you. He looked at Si, now turning to him. "This battle, is now over, its time to show the entire of Seireitei why I am a lieutenant and why you are an ant." Yuudai raised his sword, Si prepared doing the same as Yuudai, copying his every move in order to try and counter with any similar move that Yuudai may make. "Your valiance is admirable, but, your strength is not able back it up." Yuudai ran forward at Si, each foot step that hit the ground echoed a thousand times in Yuudai's mind, his sword lowered more and more to the ground, before long it was touching, a few sparks bursting out every so often. He reached a foot in front of Si, but before initiating an attack he vanished, appearing behind Si, with his clenched fist, he slammed Si hard in the back, knocking the breath out of him, sending him flying onto the ground, Yuudai then appeared over him, his sword at Si's neck. "You've lost." Yuudai sheathed his sword, he walked off the battle field, not waiting to hear from Adachi, he wasn't required to, he wanted to know where his Captain was, he felt him vanish earlier, he was a bit concerned almost, he walked down the path and headed towards the most recent area where he felt him.

 ✰Ichibantai Taichou✰Adachi Taizo
[If you want to be announced for a match, send me a PM, you'll be placed against another random person. Thanks for the suggestion Domo] [Sorry Si if you haven't moved your Character but I have to keep this going] Adachi rose from his seat as the fight ended, he gave a small clap, however, Yuudai had walked right off the field before he could even so much as blink. "A round of applause for our competitors." After such, Adachi once again onto the stand to announce the next fight. "Our next challengers are..Mikito Sikijiro of squad 13 and Unohana Retsu of squad four, please step forward." Adachi gave a clap, waiting for the competitors.
My post are going to continue to be rather short, on purpose of course.

Mikito Sikijiro, Young Sanseki of Squad 13
Mikito's face burst into red as he heard his name was pronounced, he didn't sign up! But he quickly turned his neck to the faint sound of laughter, some unseated shinigami including the one he just put in a submission a few minutes ago were laughing! Mikito shot a glare at them, they signed Mikito up without his acknowlegdement! The young shinigami sighed as he shunpo'd into the stadium,
"I'm here..."
Mikito sighed through his nose once again and swallowed the candy that he was munching on, waiting for Unohana to make her appearence into the stadium.

✿ Unohana Retsu ✿ - 4th Seat Of Yonbantai - Thought slightly let down by the news, she didn't show it in her outwardly interactions. "I see, well, I suppose I'll wait and see if she comes back, I was hoping to have a small chat with her regarding herbs, though, I guess this isn't the time or place. Thank you both however, you are very hospitable." She gave a slight bow and smile, thought at once, she heard her name announced for the tournament. "Hm, I didn't think it would be my turn so quickly, I thought it might be a good idea to sharpen my fighting skills now that the opportunity has arisen, though I hope I can stand up against my opponent. I'm sorry to leave so soon, but I belive it might be rude to leave whoever I'm fighting waiting, please, excuse me." Giving another bow she left swiftly, heading towards Adachi and the crowd Unohana was becoming slightly nervous at the thought of facing an unknown opponent, though excited at the same time, it was a challenge, and she knew that she could quit at any time if she felt the task was a bit too much for her, though at this time, she didn't mind. Giving her sword a good pat and smile, as if communicating with it, she entered into the stadium.
As she approached, she felt a rock in her sandal, she stopped for a moment, tapping her foot, now straight in the air, the small green pebble fell out softly on the ground, she adjusted her shoe quickly, then proceeded. "I, Retsu Unohana am now present, I believe my name was announced, I am quite ready for the challenge." She looked over to her opponent, she knew his name, but she was completely oblivious to his battle prowess, though she knew she would soon find out what it was, it had been so long since she last trained by the way of the sword, she was much more used to training in the art of medicine, however, though unknowing, Unohana was highly skilled in sword combat, more so then she should be for her rank, she held no fear in losing, she was just the easily excited type, it provided her with a lot of entertainment though. She turned to Mikito and smiled, placing her soft hand towards him. "I hope we have a fun fight, though, I hope it doesn't become to rough, I'm sure you understand." Unohana's eyes were but slits on her face, making her seem overly friendly, though she was known to totally and completely intimidate people at a whim, even with most captains, she could easily scare them, however, it was because of her genuine kindness that this became even more terrifying.

Mikito smiled roquishly and replied,
"I do hope we have a enjoyable fight,"
Mikito was slightly put off by the overfriendly nature, but he ignored it and let out a small pulse of his reiatsu, but just enough to intimidate Unohana, he readied for the fight with a stance with his hand on his unsheathed sword, silently waiting for the fight to begin, he planned in the back of his head, that he'll simply hold back, and not use all of his power against Unohana to hurt her, but just enough for victory, for 4th squad has been known as a non-combatant squad, but the 13 year old knew he should expect the unexpected.

✿ Unohana Retsu ✿ - 4th Seat Of Yonbantai - Unohana gave another bow before entering onto the battle field, she knew her opponent would be soon to follow, thoughts of the fight began to race through her mind, now, even more so than before. Stopping but only several feet away from her previous place of rest, she turned about and looked at Mikito. "I do hope we can have a very fun and lasting round, I'd hate it to be over sooner than it should." The wind blew a bit around her head, brushing her long braided hair. She placed her hand on Minazuki and smiled, before long, she drew the sword and directed it at Mikito. "I'm not found of Hand-to-hand combat personally, from my experiences, things get more messy that way in battle, far more injuries to clean up. Oh that reminds me, I need to be in good health so I can help heal those whom might become injured during their fights as well." After a frightful silence, or, more of an awkwardness coming from Unohana herself, the very amazing ability to do so, she bowed again. "I'd hate to be the one to try and push people around, but I think it best we begin our fight, don't want to keep others waiting yes?"

He shook his head, he thought that Shizuka would be able to place a fair fight for Adachi, given the fact that he was the strongest shinigami living, he still thought that another Captain would prove to be a problem for him. "If you think so.." He left his comment with Shizuka, turning again to Unohana, who, now leaving for a battle, which utterly shocked him, he bowed. "I see, good luck with your match." As soon as Shizuka and Nobu were alone again, he turned to her with an absolutely amazed and astonished expression. "Can you believe it! A fourth division member going into a fight? No offense to her, but, I've never heard of them being any good at Zanjutsu, but, then again, I'm a very ill informed individual, so what do I know?" He grabbed a bottle of sake out of his robes. "I stole this out of my Captain office." He smirked, revealing two cups, but not pouring. "Would you care for a glass? This, however, is extremely mild Sake, not very strong, but it has a great sweetness about it, I don't think Nanashi will mind, I'm pretty sure he stole it from someone else anyways." The bottle let off a wonderful aromatic smell, it was gentle, not overpowering. "I'm thinking that I might take a great liking to the stuff, I had a sip of it before somewhere, can't remember, but I have an addicting personality, so, I'm pretty much hooked to anything that I take a liking too." Letting out a slightly skid-dish laugh, Nobu became a bit embarrassed, feeling a bit like a pig. "So, anyways, what do you think will be the outcome of this battle? I mean, that last one was finished so soon, Yuudai didn't hold back an inch, that's typical.." He stared at Shizuka with an inquisitive look. "Hey, now that I think about it, where is Sujoo?"
