The problem is that that would remove most of the people in the guild, including the captain. I am active, I just have nothing anywhere to respond to. No little medics trying to learn that I can help, nothing going on in Kumogakure for my character there to get involved in, and worst of all no one is putting in any custom requests for me to judge.

I am thinking about contacting our captain and switch captainhood to someone who is active, like Ronnel or Fall. Then we can have a winter clean up and start fresh at the new year.

Or you Noa. I may be online more often, but I haven't posted much in here. Shane, or Fall as you call him, has been swamped with a lot of issues lately, as well as having a broken keyboard.
Really, the only problem possibly conceivable with having you as Captain is that you are inexperienced in it, and that's workable so long as you have a good solid crew and Vice-Captain that you can lean on.

You hit the nail, that's why I won't volunteer for Captain. I think crew is a huge responsibility already, which I didn't count in when I rushed in for volunteering for Mizukage.
With your idea, Shane and you should still be fairly busy with doing stuff, since I am as unexperienced as hell. The only experience I have is creating stuff for a guild made by Sojiro and Oni. And doing stuff as Mizukage XD

Question 1: Does anyone besides me think the Strife clan is overpowered?
Question 2: Can the "Banpaia cannot be bijuu" thing be removed in their description?
Question 3: Since there are so few people active in the guild, how are people going to rank up?

Question Ichi: Several of the bloodlines are overpowered or redundant, and are under review for modifications.
Question Ni: Is the Banpaia a clan or bloodline? Never really cared enough to pay attention to it.
Question San: Get to one of the nations that has an active Kage. Konoha, Suna, or Iwa. Though my nation is currently locked -.-

I might add that every village is allowed to have at least one jounin and one chuunin, so if none of the old ones is coming back, new rpcs can be ranked up.

I think some of the villages should be closed, since the active population in this guild is scarce.

I am sorry to say that I won't do that, since that is what was done in the first place and people started to complain that they wanted to be in Iwa or Cloud and just kept waiting untill they opened up because of the demons.
