Katsuro made it to the training grounds fast as he was 20 feet in front of Tenketsu. A glare was shot from his face at Tenketsu as he intended to kill this person once and for all. "I won't let you go Tenketsu. I will kill you with my own bare hands." He said as he formed a fist with his right, sticking out in front of him. "This ends. One of us will live while the other dies." He said as his chakra flared up.

Katsuro's eyes widen as his emotions got to him again, the second time happen. He look down for a good minuet as his eyes were half shut. He was thinking of such as he still needed to train Cody, his son. "I have no intention of dying again. I still promise Tamiya that I would take care of Cody and the whole village of Suna. I won't let you stop me from progressing this far in my life, achieving of what I have brought in this world. I'll stop you right now and I'll kill you if I can." He said as his expression and temper was back to normal as well as his concentration. He saw the falcon as he knows very well of what it is. "Telling the Hokage huh? Trying to start another war?" He asked as if he started a war with Konoha and Suna, things would get out of control.

Lucifer walked to the swamps, noticing a familiar face. Katsuro, the Kazekage. Of course, as he was Scar's brother, he had seen the man before. Not that he knew him, or anything. However, he still kept up appearances, even though the situation was dire. ''Hello, Katsuro-senpai. It has been a long time since we spoke. How are you this day?'' He asked, a smirk on his face.

Kit sat above the others on a chair floating in the air, though the chair itself was made of wind. Looking down Kit opend a pouch of water and took a sip. His Uchiha eyes gazed down at the people in the fight. From what Kit could tell from the office and here the man named Teneketsu was a Hyuuga, Hyuuga's have 359 degree vision. Only one degfree in the direct back of the head left open. Only wide enough for a carefully placed kunai or senbon. The rotation was evidence of the hyuuga style along with the white eyes. The rotation in itself was a great offensive and deffensive weapon in a battle with a severe weakness. Thank to the first war bvetween the villages Kit had fought many hyuuga's. By reversing the rotation from a focal point above the rotation could be cancled, but the cancelation could be reversed by pumping more chakra out of the body. Fighting a hyuuga was all about being evasive and smart with your chakra. Taking another small sip of water Kit's seven mist sword twinged on his back. Looking over his shoulder Kit smiled. "Oh no no, we musn't get involved my dear friend, this maybe be our village but not our fight." With a small pat of the hiltKit's gaze returned downward to the fight about to ensue below. He could understand why the hyuuga moved to a more open area. When out numberd and in small spaces a victory for the numbers would be easy. But going to a more open area is the smart thing to do, while the hyuuga moves were close range to the effect of the flying wind palm jutsu. Kit's cynical smile cracked his lips. He also was going to enjoy this fight. This was the first time he had seen the Neo byakugan. He had only read about it in books. If he could understand how this inproved variation fo the dojutsu worked he would gather his information. He knew all about Katsuro's style but he had also never seen Katsuro as pissed as he was. When Kit killed him a while back he was more calm and remniscient of him and instead of fighting on a serious note. But tonight was a diffrent story. It was a fight between these two men. Taking another sip of his water Kit's eyes focused down below. He was floating comfortably in his wind chair around 75 feet above the ground. But thanks to his Uchiha's eyes it was as if he was standing on ground level.

((Uh just FYI - the chakra used is not ice or water, it's completely different. And the freezing effect that covers them would quench the flames, rendering your 'Demonica Spin' into a normal Kaiten. So all you did is waste chakra on that and get yourself pelted with over five hundred senbon. Also that many senbon would fall for about two posts of your action, so you'd have to keep spinning and using the technique. You stop either, and you instantly get pierced with frozen chakra senbon instead of poked with normal chakra senbon.))
