Ame blinked, and copied Sorano, soundlessly questioning on where they were going with a slight raising of her eyebrow.

As her partner remained still, Emilie tried some more actions. First she crossed her arms for a few seconds, touched her nose, jumped, and finished by sitting down.

Nadja rested a hand on one hip and shifted her weight to that leg, observing the groups with an expression that could charitably be called 'thoughtful' but was closer to 'gimlet.' Still, as the pairs went about the exercise with varying degrees of success, the corners of the redhead's mouth twitched upward in spite of herself.
Nicole and her partner were doing well enough, and the others were catching on. The elite glanced down at her Rocket Dex and nodded to herself.
"Enough," she called, ending the exercise. "It seems all of you have the basic idea. So." She smirked wryly at the group, especially the trainees. "How does it feel, knowing you're being trained at someone's beck and call?"

"Interesting," Ame piped in. "And kinda degrading at the same time."
Ame sighed.

Faleen was grinning the whole time she was working with Emilie, as the exercise went on she had given a few skittles to the other grunt.
when Nadja told them to stop, Faleen unfolded her arms, turning to look over at the Elite. and tilting her head to consider what she had asked. and she found that she had to agree with the Grunt that said degrading. even though she wasn't the one that was suppose to be doing the behaviors.

Ame's straightforward answer provoked slightly narrowed eyes and an amused "H'm." Well. It might have been amused. It might also have been contemptuous. The two weren't mutually exclusive. "It isn't, is it," Nadja agreed, "and you're not alone in your view. Any creature with a shred of self-respect resents an obvious attempt at control." There was a lesson in there not explicitly stated, but hinted at by the slight pause before she continued.
"I've given you the basics." The elite shifted her stance slightly as she looked over the group. "What you do with them depends on your level of commitment and effort. More advanced topics will be addressed in another session and you may approach me if you have questions, but in the interest of everyone's attention spans - dismissed."
That was it.
As Nadja started to stroll toward the exit, she glanced Seth's way with a little smirk. All right. Now I have time for you.

There was a faint snort in the general direction of Seth as Nadja commented on Ame's response. But that was all. He remained where he was, still watching.
However, when Nadja dismissed her students and looked his way, the elite mirrored her smirk. Straightening himself up to stand at his full height, he made his way towards her.
"Innovative, if not unorthodox." This being spoken of her class, naturally.

Finally.
This thought seemed to ring true in both the Dinkley siblings' minds as they both turned to each other, framed eyes staring upon squinted ones.
"So, whatcha thin' of tha class?" asked Sorano. "Good? Informsative?"
"Mhm, it was." replied Lennyka, breaking the stare she shared with her brother and turning towards Nadja and Seth. "Those two are elites, right? Gosh, they are scary! Sorano, do you think I have a chance to become an Elite one day? Oh wow, I'd love to be as scary as them!"
Sorano snorted, harshly, and dismissed himself before this lead to something that should not be said. Lennkya watched him go and teetered after, pulling at her braidtails in annoyance.
"Oi, big brother, you didn't answer me!" rang down the hallway. "Oi, Soranoooo! Tell meeee!"

"Well. That's an ambiguous assessment," the redhead mused, stopping short of the door to watch the lower-ranked Rockets file out, hands resting loosely on her hips. When most of them had left or were leaving, Nadja tilted her head slightly to look at the tall elite askance. "Care to elaborate?"

Arms still folded across his chest, Seth looked down at Nadja thoughtfully as she asked him to elaborate.
"I see the point in having them understand the workings of their Pokemon, however, it can also draw sympathy. Sympathizing with your tools can be dangerous."
This stated calmly with a flat tone. It was mere matter of opinion.

"H'm." Nadja's brows drew together and her lips thinned in thought. "They're supposed to get that sort of nonsense knocked out of them in basic training," she commented. "But you have a point."
At least half of the retreating backs had looked like the type to cuddle their Pokemon like stuffed toys or slip them treats under the cafeteria tables.

Seth snorted bitterly, "You would think."
He too glanced at the backs that were leaving, scrutinizing. "I've learned that doesn't guarantee anything. They don't make them like they use to."
He then smirked to himself, as if finding something amusing. "Eventually they will learn that Team Rocket has no use for such feelings." The smirk remained as he glanced at Nadja. "Anyway, its a waste of my time to worry about grunts. There are more important things."

Faleen remained where she was standing when everyone was dismissed, blinking softly as she glanced over to watch the other filing out of the room, she however, remained where she was, only moving when most of them seemed to leave, she turned to look over at the instructor, moving to walk over to her but stopping after a couple of steps when she noticed that she was talking to Elite Seth now. She had no intentions on interrupting the Elite's conversation, so she just remained where she was, standing straight and waiting patiently for her presence to be acknowledged when they were finished.

An interesting lesson, if brief... and very little help for Nyx. The pokemon she owned who were well behaved were easy to train, and the few that weren't... Well. She needed some help with Beaker.
Some people would say Nyx needed help with, or to just get rid of Newton, but he had proven time and again to be reliable when things got serious.
Nyx looked between Nadja, Seth, and the girl who seemed to be waiting for an opportunity to have a word with one of them. She wanted to request assistance with her Blastoise, but there was work to be done, and she hated waiting. Nyx would just have to go talk to Nadja when she was in her office in the labs. It would be better not to talk to Nadja in front of Seth.

That drew a quirked brow, narrowed eyes, and dubiously twisted lips. "The voice of experience is distressingly weathered for someone your age - but good to hear you have your priorities in order," Nadja commented with dry amusement, studying the taller elite with a knowing smirk. "Perhaps.."
Movement out of the corner of her eye drew her attention away. There was Nicole - good, that was promising - and the serious dark blonde with the earnest answers. The redhead glanced back at Seth, then to the grunt and agent, head angled slightly in unspoken expectation.
