Okay, the Crew has deliberated, and Uchiha is now CLOSED.
They also decided that they wanted to close it IMMEDIATELY, before you were approved. So, I am sorry, but you are denied.
HOWEVER, since your RP sample was very nicely put together, and very descriptive, I grant you something in exchange:
You can join any clan/bloodline (except Rinnegan or something along those lines) without providing an RP sample.
I'm sorry for the trouble.

On the subject about the Rinnegan. I would never allow that god forsaken bloodline in this guild. It is too overpowering, more than Eternal. Now I must admit, I found that format for Sharingan in another guild that was dead. And Incubus. It was a good idea to shut off Sharingan for now.

Basically a way to get a 3rd RPC, but it's restricted to one area.

I mainly added them to guard houses.
Because I find houses with like auto detectors that kill everyone on the spot unrealistic.
