 Mina Mina had not drawn a weapon, so she lifted her hands, showing she had no weapon drawn. She looked to Selene and nodded her head, showing that it was safe to put her weapon away."I agree, the weapons should not be drawn if we are to be a group looking for the same thing."

And now it's over cause I'm stepping out, again Athrius slowly sighed, and nodded, saying "Aye... I always loved him... he was what I wanted to be... How I wanted to run my life... He was good at everything, and was helping keep the family afloat... He was my idol..." As he said this, his eyes had a soft glimmer, the memories of the past showing just how much he still wanted to love his brother. But then his eyes hardened again, remembering why he hated his brother... "Which is why it hurt all the more when he betrayed us... betrayed me... Which is why I could never forgive him..."Never gonna break me

Selene nodded and put her sword away. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath, calming herself down. Then she looked up at everyone once again.

Sheridan  Sheridan placed her hand gently over Athrius', her eyes showing her emotions as she spoke. Her voice was soft and kind, showing and proving that she did care."And what would you do if you found out that he hadn't meant to get you killed? Would you be able to forgive him if you learned that he had not meant to cause the downfall of your family?"Sheridan smiled as she stood and grasped Athrius' hand and pulled him up out of the chair. She looked to him and smiled pulling him along behind her to the door of the library."Athrius, lets go to my garden. It is nice outside today and I would love to show you what I have done to my garden. Will you come with me?"

 "Life is a waterfall, we're one in the river and one again after the falls..." Meiun nodds, and says "Good, as it should be. We shouldn't be at each other's throats if we're going to work together." Meiun sighs, and says "Obviously, the white-haired one with the angelic wings is the wiser of you." Looking towards Mina, he continues. Tell me, you say you want to find this man... I am willing to team up with you... but whether you join me, or I join you depends on if one of you is a member of the royal family... I was banned from taking one of the royal family with me... however..." He grins, and says "I was never told I couldn't ACCOMPANY a member of the royal family. We need to get these things settled before we start. A certain foundation of trust is necessary in any group. MinaMina looked to the others and spoke quickly to Selene mentally. Her words were soft but showed that if Selene spoke she would be upset.'Selene, do not say you are the daughter to the King and Queen, please. If you do so I am sure we will run into some trouble. Let me handle this.'Once more Mina looked about her eyes watching the reactions of everyone the group. She spoke aloud, her voice carrying to the ones near her."Selene is a friend of mine, I am the youngest daughter to the King and Queen though. If that will be an issue we can go on our way." ((Will post as Sheridan later, husband wants on the computer.))

Selene
Selene bit her lip, knowing Mina would be very upset if she spoke up, but also knowing that if they weren't up front, there would be no reason for their new companions to trust them later... She sighed and looked around at everyone, knowing that she would just have to attempt to smooth things over later if it did indeed happen that way. She looked from the red headed one with fox ears to the white haired one, to the other red headed one. All of them together would indeed make a fine group. But... Selene went back to watching the one with fox ears. He seemed to not want to be a part of this adventure at all. She frowned and tilted her head to the side, but then shrugged. If they really didn't want to come along, then they would leave the group eventually she supposed.

Riku Itsuki Amakura  All night staring at the ceiling
Counting the minutes I've been feeling this way
So far away and so alone ((Awww! I am finally able to relax! Today was a busy day! XD Oh, Riku had never drawn his sword. :3)) Riku grinned mischeviously at the princess. Does she have no idea who I am? No, probably not. She seems to not know the darkness her parents have inside of them. Oh well! I shall not spoil that innocence...just yet. His ears heard her words and heard the words of her sister. His mouth opened to respond when two more people came into view. He didn't recognize the one with the orange hair. He must be from one of the villages or something. He looks like no royal I've ever seen. The other with white hair seemed familiar to him. Only just a little. Maybe I have heard about him from others? Not sure.When Riku heard that these people were looking for the warrior too, he rubbed his temples in annoyance. A crisp short shrug came out of his mouth. Then he looked at them, soon starting to chuckle. The chuckle grew in volume as his redish eyes seemed full of questionable glee. "Legendary warrior? Hog wash! One man can change the course of a war, but he can not win it alone. For you all to be wasting your time on that quest is both so amusing and so foolish! I can't believe people such as yourselves would believe in fairy tales." In this part, he had been referring more to the princesses than to the other two. "I can't even believe I want to travel with you all, but I have reason to believe your quest will help me settle...a vendetta." Riku tilted his head and seemed to be looking off into space. Actually, he was trying to control the anger that wanted to boil over. But you know it's alright
I came to my senses
Letting go of my defenses Once he felt calm again, Riku grinned once more. "You see, if you all are after this warrior....so too must the undead. I am sure they will be sending a certain someone that I want to deal with personally. If you let me accompany you to finish my work, I shall make sure you all get there in one piece." Riku felt annoyance at the fact he was going along with this. Nether the less, he needed to kill Linda and he needed to extract revenge. No matter the cost. "I can't guarantee I'll play nice with you all, but I shall...try my best to. As long as you all don't annoy me of course. I can't gurantee, for sure, that if you all commit certain crimes against me, that you all will live another night." Riku grinned, his hand curling up into a fist so it could rub the hidden blades in his sleeves. "I'm just giving a warning!" Riku chuckled and acted non-chalant, as if he hadn't just said would kill them under the right conditions. There's no way I'm giving up this time
Yeah, you know I'm right here

SheridanSheridan smiled slightly at the confused look on his face, but continued to show him through the castle and outside to her garden. Once she reached the bench that was at the edge of her garden, a place that no one but herself and her father went, unless given permission by either of them, she stopped and smiled to Athrius. A smile that was pure and genuine, a smiled that showed how happy she was of her garden."This is my garden, father allowed me to create this place and since then I have come her often to tend to it. I add new plants and even have plants that I use in my ointments. What do you think of it Artie? I hope I can call you that, if you would rather me not I can use your full name instead."

The tips of Selene's wings had gotten closer and closer to the ground as she had listened to Riku speak, and she was now looking at the ground as well. After he finished, Selene felt just a bit angry.
"Well at least we are trying to do something... And yes, you're right that the Undead will be after him too. That's why we have to find him first! And I never said anything about him being on his own in the fight... I would fight with him!" she said indignantly.

"In the war of the Bersenthius, the sole reason the Archins won was that a single man, Avrindere, had managed to plant a Molotov cocktail in the tent of their commanders, and, in the confusion, plant multiple gas bombs throughout the encampment. The survivors fled." He laughed, and said "Ah, the names change, but the actions stay the same... of course, you are right in a way... Avrindere had help, but he did the majority of the work... and promptly died of his own machinations. He blew himself up..."I'll be captivated, I'll hang from your lips

"So you are saying you would fight with someone that claims to be the warrior? Well, that doesn't sound naive at all. To satisfy my curiosity, how would you even prove that you have found the right man? Test his skills and hope he has the right stuff?" Riku remarked with a hint of humur of sacarsm in his voice. His head turned towards the man with red hair. Riku listened to him, relunctly taking in what he was saying. He didn't like to be wrong, yet he knew it would be stupid to not realize when he was wrong. Riku had a small frown on his face before letting it go away just as quickly as it came. "....You have a point...Avrindere did help gain victory in that war and he was considered the reason the war was won. But I do believe he wasn't the one to make those gas bombs or that cocktail. I could be...wrong. It has been a long time since I studied that war." Riku remarked calmly, taking a deep breath before continuing. But you know it's alright

Riku asked in a bit of sarcastic tone, smirking slightly. He knew those two were too damn selfish to look for such a being. After all, they were some of the greediest people he had ever met. They paid him and his partner many times, in a lot of cash, to take our enemies to their throne. Most of them were political enenmies, not the undead. Riku felt just a bit sorry for how naive the princesses seemed to be of their own famillies greed. Yet he couldn't help but enjoy the idea of their reactions when they found out. And I'll be there grinning and laughing my a** off when they do.There's no way I'm giving up this time

Darian listened to Linda's words carefully, they where heading to the Oracle, of course. All seemed clear. They ether had to get there before them or kill them before they get there and seeing that Linda was going to be the one tackling this mission the second one would probably be more welcome then the other. "My dear Linda, seeing as you are so eager to kill one of those faeries and especially the little princess, you can do with her what ever you wish, but the warrior could be troublesome." Darian grind after saying the last word's, he stood up and walked over to Linda and looked down at her with his one blood red eye still with that devilish grin on his face. "Have fun"

And as I said, he was not alone in planting them. Nor would said "Hero" be... the tactical advantages are what mattered. That is what I am expressing here... Personally, I'm skeptical at best myself, but theoretically, if there was such a person that would be able to lend such tactical expertise, he must be found. Any tactician that could make this war won on our end... could devastate us if taken by our opponent. Therefore, we must find this warrior... If we don't find him, her, whatever... If we don't find the warrior, and find he's fake, then we can rest easy that the undead won't get another foothold above us. The two of us seem on a like mind on the subject... Just... I wouldn't go crushing another's beliefs so freely. Give it the benefit of the doubt, what can you lose if it goes wrong? By what it sounds, you are after a person on the opposing side.
