By ranking up like any other person around here. When you become a Jounin and you stay as a Jounin for a month and I will see if you are worthy to become a Sanin of my village. It is base on your Rp skills and how good your RPC is. Also, restrain from cussing so much. Gives the guild a bad rep.

Personality: Vallery is a charming man, easy to talk to, very intelligent in many ways, and has a distinctive chuckle to gets to you sometimes (hnhnhn~). He's very amiable to many, sarcastically funny to those who know him better, and a grave teaser to those who project the idea that they want him under their skin. Although his friendly nature is usually out in the open, he is a ruthless person, because not all of the smiles and the kind words that he gives are meant to give comfort—charms and weapons all at the same time with him. Under his scrutinizing eyes, one is always being watched, always, so one has to be careful around him.
Backstory: Vallery was one of the two kids of the man who started the Dokusei Clan, he was raised by a family in the Village of Sand, his sister is in a unknown place... he is confused about his past but soon learns about it once he kills his loved one who raised him by letting out poisonous gas in the house in his sleep, killing everyone in the building as they slept. He was sad at first about the fact he killed his family members. He was in Stage One of his Kekki Genkai. As life continued on his way began to learn how to live with it and was soon enrolled into the Academy that he dumbfounded most of the teachers, fastly moving to Genin level... He then began to think of his life, why he was here... and why he was beginning to slowly grow scales on his shoulders... he was becoming a snake person practically...

Personality: Straight forward, kind, but is really hyper at times.
Backstory: Hiro grew up in such a nurturing environment, despite the fact that he was not fully Senju. His mother was apart of the famous Iyoku Clan, which most of the Senju's hated. Once their hatred led to the death of his mother, Hiro unleashed his 'wrath' on the villagers. Or so he thought. Hiro was pummeled to a pulp for even trying to beat the Senju's brains in.
