"You b*****d!" the Dopant said as he got up from the pavement. Then he noticed Kio had slowed down and chuckled. "Heh. Seems your little boast didn't last long. Time to get serious."
*The Dopant circled Kio, zipping in and out. He released energy blasts at different points, attempting an omnidirectional attack. *

Kio got hit by a couple of those blasts. He was getting knocked around and he was in pain. He quickly took out another cell medal and put it in the slot, this one had a feline head on it. He pushed into the slot and the energy whent right to his arms. He growled and slammed his fist down on the ground, creating a shockwave. He knew that would stop the dopant cold, making the monster fall to the ground.

*The Dopant, overconfident, didn't get out of the way in time of enough. He flew back, hitting a wall, before falling to the ground. He struggled to get to his feet.*

Kio was right on top of him when the dopant tried to get up. With the boost in strength, Kio hit the dopant with a punch right in the chest. The impact caused the cockroach to get pressed into the wall. The wall wasn't soo lucky as a large circle of it imploded slightly. "You were saying bug boy?"

*The defiant Dopant fired a blind blast at Kio's face, trying to get up once more.*

Ryan returned, with Memory in hand. He was surprised to see the Dopant been driven to this point.

Kio growled and backed up staggering. "Gah! son of a...oh i am going to make you pay for that. No more mister nice guy!"

*Having walked for a small while around town, Hiraku began to hear the sounds of battle. He had paced around the area for a while, knowing that if people were beginning to be pulled here like he had been some time ago, that the monsters drawn here wouldn't be able to resist all the people and their faults. When he noticed a group of people fleeing for their lives, he knew which direction to head in.
He itched to rush into battle with guns blazing to take down the threat, but knew he had to reserve himself. Instead of running in, he casually walked past people and got a good spot to see the battle. Not being very obvious, he simply stood a bit away and watched the rider fighting a monster. A large grin appeared on his face, as he now had the visual proof he needed. People were being drawn in just as he had been and the reason for it would soon become clearer.
As the battle progressed, he held himself back from running into the battle still. His grin disappeared as he fought with the urge he had been conditioned to do, fight. Taking out a card attached to a chain and tethered to something behind him, he looked briefly at it and quickly put it back away to return his full attention to the fight.*

Kio growls and dodges the blasts. As he does he taps the horns of the dragon head. The dragon lets out a roar and he jumps into the air. A red ring appears between him and the dopant and he jumps through it, one leg extended. His foot is engulfed in red flames. (Rolled an 8..used actual dice since i dont have a generator)

*The Dopant was struck from the kick. He back-peddled again, before exploding. Interesting enough, no memory was ejected nor did a human emerge. After the explosion there was nothing, except charred remains.*

Kio blinked and cracked his neck again, removing his core medal. He transformed back to normal and looked around. "Uh...something wrong? Did you think that was one of those dopant things? I thought it was a yummy myself."

*Ryan looked over at Kio briefly before returning his gaze to the blackened area*
"No, that was defintly the Cockroach Dopant. He had all the abilities of the first one Shoutarou and Philip-san encountered. But something was different about this one. I just can't put my finger on it."

"Well...maybe it was just the dopant. I mean..not a human who transformed into a dopant. What if someone just used the data based on the original and made a monster? It could be the same people responsible for bringing us here."

"I have a feeling your closer to the the truth then you think." Ryan said darkly. He turned around and started to walk away.
"At any rate, we can't find the answers here. Besides, the police will be here soon. We need to get out of here."
((Actually your exactly right. It supposed to be DestrOy and/or Foundation X toying with/testing them. But our characters wont find that out for a long time. ninja ))

Kio nodded and fallowed Ryan. He got to the vending machine and turned it back into his motorcycle. "Well lets get out of here and try to figure out what we should do next. Maybe we need a base of opperations."
