Steven, still a little freaked out, looks at Jen,"Something is wrong here. Those first two shots took out his lungs and heart, there is no way he could have possibly kept moving." He pondered for a second and thought and came to a horrifying conclution,"Wait, is the entire 'case of mass violence' like this guy?! I am not getting a response from the police, we should go to my shop and hole up there. There are metal cages and guns, we can protect ourselves. Go inside, grab as much non-perishable food as you can, and meet me back out here and we'll head to my shop." Steven turned on his toes and broke out towards his house to grab supplies as well.

Emma rushed into the kitchen, understanding the urgancy in his voice. Jen thought as she went to help Emma ,No response..? I hope their alright...please...

Steven grabbed his duffel bag that he uses when he goes to the gym, and fills it to the brim with canned foods and cereal.(single life :-/ ) When he grabs as much as his bag can fit, Steven zips it up and starts hauling it to his SUV. As he reaches the rear hatch and dumps the overburdening bag behind the seats, he looks around to realize he can hear screams from every direction. They don't have much time before it hits their area hard. He shouts, "Emma, hurry up!", as he jumps into his car, starts it up and pulls it around to their driveway.

Jen rushes out with the bags full of MRI packages, Emma's Dad was in the military, explaining his absence.
Emma carried a small purse with small toys and a few fruits and granola bars packed inside.
Jen helps Emma in the back, and then she sits herself in the passenger seat, slamming the door as she gets a bad feeling about what is up ahead.
" Where are we going?"

Steven puts the car into reverse and pulls out of the driveway while explaining, "We're going to my gun shop. It's the safest place in the city, and the walk in safe can double as a panic room since I installed ventilation." He puts the car in drive and leans into the petal. Within seconds he was over the speed limit going down the short distance to the shop. He knew that they were short on time and was worried that they may not make it, but tried to calm Emma, "Don't worry, we'll be safe."
He looks at Jen and asks, "Do you know how to use a gun?"

"Heh, I'm an Officer."
Jen smiled a bit," The name's Jen, and I sure Do know how to use one."
But her smile faded some, so that it was a half smile.
There was a pause, and the run of the engine was there, with the scenes by the road passing by in flashes.
" Woah!What was that!" Emma shouted, a shadow leaped across the rooftops.
" At least its going in the opposite direction..." Jen stated.

Steven reached into a side packet and brandished a key to Jen, "Good, then grab the revolver in the glove compartment Jen. I have a nagging feeling that we'll need it."
The car turned the corner and the gun store was now in view. So close...

(ZOMBIE POST MUAHHAHAHAH okay i have to simulate some zombehs)
As Jen,Steven and Emma were Gaining closer to the Gun shop
four Undead Learn of their approach, one charged the incoming car the other two were about to attack, and the last was somewhere in hiding.
(also the Woah!What was that!" Emma shouted, a shadow leaped across the rooftops.
" At least its going in the opposite direction..." Jen stated. tell me what your bringing into the story whats this "Shadow" ?)

Steven looked puzzled as the crazed man charged his 1-ton SUV while he was still driving. "This is going to get messy."
*CRUNCH* blood splatters the windshield and Steven turns on the wipers.
The man who charged the SUV was half part of the bumper, and half underneath the vehicle. Steven then saw two more crazies and swerved to hit them too since they were right in front of his shop.

Jen already had the revolver out and loaded.
Emma let out a cry as they swerved, " I wanna get out!!!"
Jen looked back at her," We are! Just Hold on a minute!"
An old man was standing in front of the gun store, looking up at the sign, he appeared normal. His clothes were dusty, but not bloody, and he quickly turned to look at the commotion. He was surprised and he threw his hands up in exclamation as the vehicle neared.

The Window was already down, and Jen aimed, the trigger had been pulled,
and the bullet soared for the Zombie that just came out to play.
Emma covered her ears.

Steven hit the brakes and yanked the wheel to the left, drifting the SUV to a halt near the door. He draws his gun and tells Jen, "Grab Emma, I'll get the door!"
When Steven opens the door he levels his gun and sweeps toward the security panel next to the door. He knows to aim for the head, but it is still hard to pull the trigger unless they are attacking. He knows that it may get him killed, but he can't justify ridding himself of that humanity yet. One next to the window moans ominously and charges Steven. One shot between the eyes, right as the zombie was about to get him. "Too long, I waited too long. That was close." he mused to himself as he punched in the entry code to his shop.

A pack of Undead were down the street and heard the commotion....half are running to investigate
but if they don't see any of them
they most likely leave them (i give you hints)
