I'm not going to dignify your excuse for a retort by telling you everything that's wrong with what your saying; but, I will point out that there is no Rokudaime as of yet, and The necklace is currently in naruto's possession, making these two paragraphs that you're using to prove your point invalid due to the fact that they obviously did not come from a canonical source.

Name: er.......you can choose a name. That or Hizumu
Description: The "er.......you can choose a name" clan is one of mystical powers. Being distant ancestors to the Uzumaki Clan, they specialize in space/time ninjutsu. In legend, it is said that the Sage of Six Paths left behind an ancient scroll, a scroll containing jutsu that may allow users to control space and time itself. The one who found this is believed to be the founder of the Hizumu clan. While their skills are incredible, they are not an all powerful clan. There are limits to their abilities, and only truly skilled members can be called formidable. They have vanished, though it is a rumor that the Fourth Hokage himself, Minato Namikaze, was a member.
Strengths:
- Can warp and travel through space and time, though only if chakra allows it.
- Can send objects to different locations, including jutsus and people
- Space time ninjutsu....it pwns.....
Weaknesses:
- Severe chakra usage
- Must constantly meditate in order to keep ability (once a day)
- space/time ninjutsu can never physically harm a person
- All clan jutsu chakra costs are +1. So, if you use a d-rank clan jutsu, its chakra cost is a C-rank.
Ability:This clan specializes in space time ninjutsu, or Jikūkan Ninjutsu. Most of their jutsu are derived from transporting/traveling through space and time, though they also focus on other things. However, because of the enormous strain on the user, members can only use a certain number of jutsu before having to rest.

(if the portal is b rank, it cannot absorb a rank technique)

Solid Door

The user has the ability to create a door on almost any solid matter so that they can enter through. This allows them and anyone else passage through the object no matter how thick or strong it is. Though this ability is normally used to gain free passage, the user can also exploit this for other ways, such as trapping an opponent's feet in small doors created on the ground. A door is created by placing a hand on the selected location, after performing a few hand seals of course. Each door lasts for 5 posts before closing up. A limit of 3 doors can be created for genin, 5 at chuunin, 7 at jounin, and 10 at kage.

Atmosphere Portal

The user opens up two portals in the space in front of them, one in front of him, the other in any place he chooses, though it must be within 100 ft within the first portal. The user can use this to fight from long range, for if he stays back, eh can send kunai, shuriken, an arm, jutsu, and even clones through the portal and it will re-appear on the other portal. However, this can be a double edged sword, for the other portal can also send objects through also.

This requires sealing jutsu as well as Space/Time ninjutsu. The user, placing a seal on anything he wants, can instantly teleport to where the seal was placed, vanishing in a manner of seconds. This has given The Fourth Hokage the alias "The Yellow Flash". Genin and Chuunin cannot use this jutsu, while Special Jounin get access to 1 seal, Jounin get access to 2, Sannin get access to 3, and Kage get access to 5. Once teleported, the seal cannot be used again

The user transports anyone within a 500 ft radius to a different dimension, a dimension completely empty except for numerous "blocks" to stand on. The dimension is completely black except for the ninjas in it, who appear as bright as ever. To stay in the dimension, the user must subtract -5 chakra each turn. Also, if the dimension is stayed in for longer than 10 posts, the user cannot go back, and everyone caught in the dimension is utterly trapped.

The user changes his body into space, literal space. If someone attempts to attack him, their attacks go through him, for he is not solid. This jutsu costs 20 chakra, no matter of rank, and takes 10 chakra each post to maintain. Users cannot transform into space if they are being attacked, for they must activate it at the beginning of said post. Also, every other post, they become solid again, but still lose 10 chakra. The opponent, however, has no way of knowing that they are space and will continually attack his opponent, convinced its a genjutsu.

Time Rewind

The user, after performing the necessary hand seals, can literally go back in time and perform any actions he had done before. So, for instance, if the user performed an S-rank jutsu, a large fireball for example, during the last post, they lose S rank chakra. Using this technique, however, they can perform and move exactly like they did last post, performing the said jutsu while losing no chakra, as if they have literally gone back in time. This works for taijutsu combos, genjutsu moves, and ninjutsu techniques. Can only use once per 5 posts.

The user, after performing a number of hand seals, manipulates time itself. He con control the speed of his attacks, whether it be kunai, shuriken, or a water dragon. Time Control

The ultimate jutsu of the Hizumu. Using this, the user gains control of time itself. They may stop it or rewind at will. While in battle, this jutsu allows for the user to stop time and evade a killing blow. They can stop time for as long as they want, but they cannot physically touch or harm anyone else. In fact, they cannot do anything except move themselves, not even performing jutsu. They may also rewind and, if in battle, the two fighting ninja go back 10 posts in time. The one who used the jutsu is the only one who knows whats going to happen and, as such, can avoid a fight if he deems his opponent too strong or too weak. This jutsu may only be used once per month and, after being used, takes up half of the user's chakra, no matter what. The user must also have at least 50 chakra to use this jutsu.

Mistah BomChickaWahWah Malfrost  Name of Kekkei Genkai/Clan : Theory of Avarice, the Art of Greed: The Ozen Clan History : Over the years a family in the ninja world was determined to rule the world, known as Ozen Clan, they were greedy and cared only for themselves, overtime they developed a secret way of ninjustsu to match their greed. They learned how to use the chakra in their body to manipulate the arrangement of carbon atoms, by doing this they could make their skin as hard as diamonds and could even form blades made out of this hard skin. Eventually they developed their system so much that the chakra to manipulate the carbon atoms became unique to the Ozen Clan. Being greedy as they were though, it caused the Ozen clan to collapse in on itself as each member fought for control of the clan and all of the clans upper secrets. Known as the Great Purge, it saw the ranks of the Ozen Clan cut in half, battered and bruised as they are, they have now been united by a single will with the sole goal of preserving themselves. Abilities : By arranging the Carbon atoms in their bodies in a certain way, the user can make their skin as hard as diamond. Also higher ranking users can form blades made out of this ultra hard skin , making blades that can easily destroy blades of a lesser caliber. The higher the rank of the user, the more of the body the said user can harden. (Note that the hard skin does not slow one down, one keeps their normal speed because the body doesn’t notice the difference on the atomic level.) Rules For Kekkei Genkai/Clan : The higher ranking a nin, the more they can harden their body. Genin: One arm( of dominate hand) Chunnin: Both arms Jounin : Legs and Chest Sannin and Kage: Whole body The hard skin is able to negate jutus of the same rank of the user up to Chunnin. Past Chunnin the higher the rank the user is, it just negates the pain and effect of the jutsu slightly. By pumping charka into a certain area of the body, they can make the area of their body even stronger, at the cost of using more chakra. If an opponent forces chakra into an area of the nin, it disables that area and turns it into normal skin for 3 post. The nin can use the chakra that the foe forces into their body however. To advance a rank, the user must be that rank and also have been in a fight where he used hard skin for a certain number of post to actual effect. ( You can't just turn hard skin on and not use it to make it count.) AS-> G=5 Post G->C=10 Post C->J = 15 Post J>S/K=25 Post Weakness : All members of this Clan must start off greedy, though events later can alter their views, they start off only caring and looking out for themselves . Their hard skin can be disabled for awhile if foes forces chakra into their system Though their skin is extremely hard, it only slightly negates higher ranking jutus. Weak against raition due to the electron scrattering effect Raition has on molecules After extreme prolonged use, the user begins to suffer from effects simular to artrits. Strengths : No normal blade no matter how well made cannot get through the skin. Their hard skin makes them extremely difficult to take down in direct combat. They can later form blades out of their hard skin to act as weapons. Jutsu Name: Greed’s Fist Rank : D Elemental Ethnicity : Description : An extremely simple act for a user to partake, the user simple hardens an arm, and forms spikes on their knuckles. Making them even more of a threat in taijutsu. Jutsu Name: Blade of Want Rank : D Elemental Ethnicity : Description : The user forms a blade on the harden arm of their dominate arm. Creating a blade that can't be broken, yet it begins to lose it's sharpness and durability after 10 post of being hit. Jutsu Name: Self Preservation Rank : C Elemental Ethnicity : Description : The only genjutsu made by the clan, it works by making the foe want to attack the nin’s teammates more than the nin himself. He makes his teammates seem more,’ enticing’. Jutsu Name: Duel blades of Want Rank :B Elemental Ethnicity : Description : Works in the same the single blade works, only they have one on their offhand arm as well. Jutsu Name: Blade dance of Avarice Rank : A Elemental Ethnicity : Description : The user creates a blade on both arms and legs. User then attacks the foe in a dancing like manner, using both arm and leg blades to cause havoc. Jutsu Name: Shield of Preservation Rank : A Elemental Ethnicity : Description : By focusing chakra into an arm they can make the arm even harder the normally, allowing them stop all but S rank jutsu’s for up to 3 post. After which the arm returns to normal for at least 5 post. Jutsu Name: Wrath of Greed Rank :S Elemental Ethnicity : Description : By pumping their body full of chakra, their skin becomes extremely hard, to the point where only S rank jutsu will even slightly faze them. Their strength and speed also increase as the nin is driven into a bloodlust . This can only be maintained for 3 post. After which the body will return to normal for at least 10 posts. The user will also feel extremely fatigued and will require rest to return to full strength. Levels of Kekkei Genkai : 4 Stage One: Single Arm Stage Two: Double Arm Stage Three: Legs and Chest Stage Four: Full Body Members Of Kekkei Genkai/Clan 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. ( I will most likely add more later but I believe this is a good base.) Alright well the Blades of want should slowly start to lose durability after each post. Also I think that this bloodline should be weaker agains Raiton attacks. For the Wrath of greed make it so that only A Ranked attacks can slightly phase them. I feel like their should be some kind of toll done to the body after constantly changing your molecular levels like that. Just like how the Sharingan makes users more blind I think that this should make users a bit more stiff and overuse can have arthritis types of effects. This is a pretty powerful bloodline and creative as well. If you want for a bonus you can put a +15 Defense and a -2 posts on learning defensive jutsu. (ok I fixed what needed fixing)

Pic: While under control  While conducting experiments Name:Apporo Clan Description:The Clan originated as a group of closely knit scientists, but one day their entire research facility on an Island was sealed off due to intruders, and a toxin was released. The Toxin infected the scientists, and fearing that they would never get out, they began phornicating. They found that they could grow some plants exceedingly well under ground, taking only a few days for it to do so, as they had created a serum to rapidly grow food. They also had a slow drip of water that gave off enough water from the ocean above that they could purify it and drink it easily. Their children possessed an uncanny ability for science. Their children also had a severly split personality that made them whenever conducting experiments on animals that were trapped down below with them, their Hair changes in color, and their grip on reality seemed to slip. but in truth their grip on reality solidified to the state where they could look at an animal or being and give the Dna structure of it. This came in handy when the Clan began to cross animals to make them larger, more docile, and tastier. Needless to say, the children who had this ability were the saviors of their clan. Until one fateful day, when part of their city that they had created collapsed, and they were washed up to the surface. They had been at a depth for so long, almost all of them got the bends. Only a handful of the children were able to quickly use the materials around them to create a depth charge and save their own lives. They dragged all of the bodies of their dead clansmen to the shore, and used their clan's jutsu to extract the Dna from all of the children, who were now grown ups, and their more pure blood children. They then placed all of this dna into one body, and that one body became what the clan knows as Successor. Successor then drew the clan abilities of the others around him, and added them to himself. He then went out and Sired many many children, and after hundreds of children were made, all of them half blooded he took two at a time and fused them, until he had created more Successors. These successors got together and sired children of their own, and the clan was made into complete pure blood. This clan has no clan head, but they do have a Successor. Strengths:Medical jutsu Capable of tracing Dna and placing it into another's body. They get the Abilities of Medical Ninja type. Weaknesses:If they are conducting an experiment, they will involve anyone that is not of their clan. Sealing jutsu that suppresses their Clan ability. They can not preform major taijutsu ( Such as styles ) With weights, or weapons over 20 lbs. ( Even though some lug around Lab equipment that is 200 lbs+ ) Ability:they can mold together Dna for great effects. These range from Modifying eyes to give some Dojutsu abilities of Dujutsu they have studied, all the way to taking a Bloodlines ability and putting it into someone else, diluting theabilities, but possibly making the experiment gain some bloodline abilities. Note: They have to roll a ten sided dice, and either get an even number to roll again, a three, five, or seven to succeed in the experiment. Two and ten do not count as evens. Bloodline/Clan Jutsus:Jutsu Name: Blood extract Rank : D Elemental Ethnicity : Description : This ability allows the Apporo clan member to wihdraw some blood from a test sample, and place it however they want. This jutsu does not require handseals, just that the Apporo clan member make a small incision with their own nail. generally their right middle nail is left razor sharp just for this reason. Jutsu Name: Dna Extract Rank : D Elemental Ethnicity : Description : This is almost the same as Blood extract, except it allows the user to extract the Dna from the blood, or directly from the body. Jutsu Name: Summon Lab equipment Rank : C Elemental Ethnicity : Description : This jutsu can not be used in battle. It summons some of the Clan member's lab equipment, enough to make a blood transfusion, or to heavily sedate an opponent. It summons a large tablet behind the opponent, and ropes shoot off the tablet and attach around the opponent. The Ropes then Tighten, and turn to solid metal, moving closer and immobilizing all of the opponent's limbs. At B rank it can even immobilize the fingers of an opponent so as to keep them from using jutsu in that way. At A rank, it even covers their eyes so the Sharingan won't work on them, and the Byakugan would be blinded as the Eye shades are made of Chakra infused metal, as is the Tablet, causing the Byakugan to be ineffective in this situation. Jutsu Name: Blood Transfusion Rank :B Elemental Ethnicity : Description : This ability gives the Target a bloodline ability for a short period of time. This can backfre, because this is counted as an experiment. If the Dice roll comes out odd, then the Clan member's target will die through blood leaving every oriphice on ther body after twenty posts. This ability can not be used in battle. Jutsu Name: Dna Transfusion Rank : A Elemental Ethnicity : Description : This ability is like Blood transfusion, except permenant. However the bloodlines applied through this are severly dwarfed in power, and only as powerful as half the Rank they should be. This ability can not be used in battle. Jutsu Name: Dna Refusion Rank : A Elemental Ethnicity : Description : This ability can only be used on multiple test subjects. The User makes a Successor through almost constant changing and adding of the Bloodline's Dna. This counts as an experiment, and can only be a success if it lands on three, five, or seven. it is failed, and one subject dies if it lands on any even except for Four, or six. Jutsu Name: Self Fusion Rank :S Elemental Ethnicity : Description : This ability allows a user to transfuse himself into another body, and is used by the successor, or any other member to prolong their life. This can only be achieved through rolling a 10 sides die, and getting a 1,3,5,7,9. This gives the user a fifty fifty chance of dieing in the process. The new body flushes itself of all other influences such as Bloodlines, or other clan abilities. The new body even reforms itself to look like the original body, but it never looks exactly the same. This jutsu also results in a one rank decrease.

( I will most likely add more later but I believe this is a good base.) Alright well the Blades of want should slowly start to lose durability after each post. Also I think that this bloodline should be weaker agains Raiton attacks. For the Wrath of greed make it so that only A Ranked attacks can slightly phase them. I feel like their should be some kind of toll done to the body after constantly changing your molecular levels like that. Just like how the Sharingan makes users more blind I think that this should make users a bit more stiff and overuse can have arthritis types of effects. This is a pretty powerful bloodline and creative as well. If you want for a bonus you can put a +15 Defense and a -2 posts on learning defensive jutsu. (ok I fixed what needed fixing) (sorry I missed that, fixed now)

@Spider: Under no conditions should bloodlines, other than those of dojutsu, ever be allowed to be transplanted. If they do the person in question cannot currently have a bloodline and can only have one. The idea of a successor is simply that you can create a person with every bloodline limit. I would have to say no to the Apporo clan.

They can't place it in themselves, and is is kinda based on the evil scientists under orochimaru.
I should have specified that they can't place the bloodlines in themselves.
