Draco didn't like how animated Xiomar became when he talked about destroying Nocturne, but he disregarded it and nodded when he talked about Cherry. "If she really wishes to stay, then that is her choice. It would be wrong for Fenrir to force her to do otherwise, I agree with you on that part. But at the moment, I haven't heard of him doing anything."

Xiomar laughed, almost as if he knew already. "I'm a paranoid person honestly, which is the whole reason I came here. I was paranoid that if I didn't contact other nations, another nation might rise and join the other nations. And I personally, won't fall under another person's banner for my life. Maybe a greater banner, to fight a war against something, but only if it benefits me. Call me selfish. But once your apart of Nocturne, only the dead make it out, and even then it's rare to get away from there in death. Damn Ferals. Zombies. Vampires. All of the undead. But I digress. I simply want to establish some form of alliance. Not because I need someone to back me, but because I don't want others being backed." He said, becoming almost scatterbrained. A person could easily tell he had much on his mind.

"I see." She said softly to her self as she take a sip. The city sounded like a nice city indeed. Being surround by smoothing water in it's great depths of history. Kora kinda wonders what this "cannon" she spoke about, but maybe later. "You may say that now, but maybe deep inside you really well miss it." Kora placed down her cup and grabbed a peace of round candy. "Even with out your bloodline, you well still may feel some miss of the great gaze apon it. It's a best object in the shy to stair at, than the burning sun. No matter how un-perfect or how dreadful it may bring in the night, it's still a beautiful site to admit." Kora flick the soft candy in her mouth and chew on the chocolate. She then turn away from staring Cherry. "At least that's how I feel, like the church I grew up in."

Xiomar looked at Draco funny. "I know I sounded like that's what I wanted, but I'll most likely go to each nation and see about that. All but Nocturne of course. I don't trust Fenrir as far as he can throw me." Xiomar said, laughing at the last statement. "As long as your clean of that damned Nocturne, I really don't give a damn what you do, as long as it doesn't put my people in harm's way."

Draco took a minute to think over his options. "Well I can't promise that we won't have an alliance with Nocturne since me and Kora run the country together. But if are two countries form an alliance, I can promise that we would not help Nocturne in any attack against you."

Kora only gave a smile to her face when she herd cherry's question. "Lets just say... It's a place where I've got my holy powers from." She only gave that little answer, sins she said she have to go soon. Kora twisted her body away from the counter, facing away from it. She lean her back on the counter and looked back at cherry with her friendly smile. "I have one short question and a gift before you go.... Do you like butterfly's?"

"Alright. That's all I wanted to know." She said to her as she got off from her stool. Her face hasn't changed one bit as she walked over to one of the cabinet in the kitchen. She open it and there was only one water bottle sitting inside. "Here." She tossed the water bottle over to Cherry to catch. The bottle has no label, but the water is very special. "It's holy water. Made it my self. It will be a great use against skeletons or vampires that you may face. Also I advise you don't drink it, it's bad for the tummy." She explain the mane details of it. It's the best thing she could do for Cherry right now.

Raizo Altair Mechanist / Kranila / Trainee / Copy Cat <~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~> Raizo watched the two kings make the treaty then simply smiled and gave a small wave as he suddenly turned into the black cat again. Raizo then darted off between some servants legs and through the door into the kitchen.Raizo then jumped up onto the counter and dropped a note onto it. The note read:

but before Kora or Cherry could read the note and catch him Raizo ran and jumped out a nearby window. after doing so Raizo ran up a tree and sat there for a little while. 'Hmm... i may have blown my cover... oh well, its not like i cant change my apperance at will.' Raizo thought to himself as he jumped down from the tree and made his way into the city to see how well it was doing.
