Sir Kyle Aziz Sean King Has anyone seen the new Horus Heresy stuff Forge World is going to be releasing at Games Day UK? The Fell Blade Super Heavy tank, Command upgrades for Mk II, III, and IV power armors, The Typhon, Cataphractii Terminators, and the Angron figure. I haven't been this excited since the ninties when they announced Star Wars Episode One. Well, I hope this doesn't go the way of Episode one... gonk Forge World is working in close concert with both Black Library and Alan Merritt, the chap behind keeping the 40k universe in check.

Since this is seemingly the topic to discuss this...
Has anyone read "The Primarchs"?
If so, does anyone have any sort of inkling as to what the third outcome is that causes Omegon to effectively betry Alpharius?
In case people didn't read Legion, the Alpha Legion really only sided with Horus because they believed in the two outcomes shown to them by the Cabal. The first was that Horus would defeat the Emperor of Mankind and then become so overcome with grieve that he and his followers would destroy themselves in the way that chaos warshipers like to backstab eachother, effectively destroying chaos. The second vision was that Horus would be defeated, but the Emperor would be mortally wounded and the imperium would stagnate and degrade for the next 10,000 years.
What, oh what, is the third vision?

Maybe in the future put up a spoiler warning and blank it out with white lettering, the old highlight to read trick? I guess I'll forget about this one by the time I get to the Primarchs. sweatdrop

Nearly done with the Brotherhood of the Storm, to those who missed it: Be glad peeps, you've saved yourself a bit of money, it's not that good as I had hoped.

The entire Horus Heresy saga will be about fifty novels in length, this has been more or less confirmed during the Black Library weekender. They said that at this point they are halfway through.

They're taking too long if you ask me, injecting way too much BS into a simple story arc just to prolong it.

Simple? SIMPLE? It is only the most awaited and important story for the Warhammer 40,000 universe. 40K players have been waiting for this story for years. That's like saying the Lord of the Rings should have only been one book. He only drew it out for money. Now if you were saying that about Charles Dickens I would completely agree.
