At this moment, Suki was thanking the gods for many things. Thank god she was working with a capable partner. Thank god her plan to get closer worked. Thank god hard-headedness was hereditary and not just her brother's gift. The chop never connected. Instead, the Suki that came up close shot a handsign in his field of vision, the same one that was used on the brain-dead thug at the beginning of the engagement. She risked the consequences of him noticing, but the reward would be worth it. Now, even if this guy was an S-ranked shinobi, and being witness to his fight with their Chunnin lead that probably wasn't the case, he would have to spend time and energy to break out of it, if he had the will power to force his hands together. That is, if he didn't have a bloodline with genjutsu immunity. Her assault was two-fold: create an opening for Hiniko, and to see just what kind of opponent they were facing. His body language said taijutsu, but she could have read it wrong.

 Hiniko watched the fight intently. She was ready to jump in as soon as she saw her Que. She watched as Suki did her thing and Hiniko wasted no time in Jumping in. As soon as the jutsu had been done Hiniko jumped in. She moved in as quickly as she could and aimed her first strike to the mans shoulder. She aimed for his vchakra points. Even if the jutsu didn't work she hoped he wasn't paying attention to her. She had used Juken enough to know how it worked. She had her byakugan active and so his chakra points were plane. She didn't give her time to stop aiming for his shoulder she twisted her free arm to try and hit his same arm aiming to render it useless. She hoped this worked.

Naiten's face (or Aki's face considering that she was still transformed) remained the same despite the worry she felt. She easily noted the blood dripping out of the mission leader's mouth. However, as the amount of blood spilling out didn't seem to be lethal in any way, the girl refrained herself and continued to remain in her passive position. As part of her refrain, Naiten also forced herself to stop looking at Akai and to instead refocus on the battle that was occurring. So far, everything seemed to be going according to whatever silent plan Suki and Hiniko had formulated. However, at the same time, the girl couldn't be too certain. Nai calculated as she stood as a double, She knew she could just be worrying too much, but worrying too much was natural for her in a case like this.

(Wait, time out. I'm fighting the clone, and the real Suki cast the jutsu, and now the clone suki is making the handsign? Thats not how that jutsu works. The clone can't make the final seal, and have all the effect just because the real you made the jutsu. The one who made the string of handseals would be the one that has to cast the jutsu, so considering the real you hung back while the clone charged, that is not possible.)

(( Where does it say that the one that charged wasn't the real Suki...? I label them as Suki on the left and Suki on the right and not Real Suki and Clone Suki for that specific purpose -_- You can call B.S, but the handsign string was a ploy to allow the Real Suki to look like the clone. She's a strategist, so the unusual and Smoke 'n' Mirror techniques are common for her.
Wait... Ok, I see what you're saying, and you misread the actual post.... the Suki that charged threw up the handsign needed for the Chained Mind technique after the man made a move for the one that hung back, as was the plan. The jutsu isn't a handsign string jutsu like Ninjutsu generally are. It's made so thatas long as the single handsign is visible, rank differences, bloodlines, and other things taken into account, the opponent is trapped in the C.M. for as long as they see the handsign.The clone's handsign string was, again, a ploy; empty; just an act.))

(Alright, first off, you cannot label your people as "left and right suki", then say it was either the clone or the real one when its convenient. Thats a form of God-modding, where vauge descriptions are given, and a post is made to fit the most convenient outcome, no matter what the original intentions actually were. Furthermore, if this charging suki was the one that made the seal, that means she would have had to have dropped her katana that she was swinging, and that she is now currently being gutted by the NPC's knife, regardless of whether the chained mind worked or not.)

(( So say Suki clone and real Suki so you can know what's going on and act accordingly? That right there is God-Modding. Genjutsu people are suppose to give vague descriptions, they're suppose to hint rather than flat out say. Why? Because they're all based around trickery. Flat out saying: 'Ok, I'ma use the real Suki and let the clone act as a decoy' completely opposes to what a Genjutsu person does, simply because once the trick has been made known to the opponent, he or she can easily say 'Haha! I know it's a trick! Let me counter like so!' Also, adding on to your last comment... what did you put... Oh yea: The man met the clone, dagger drawn as he intercepted the sword, sparks flying as metal rang against metal. As the blades connected, the man's other hand, wrapped in his brilliant cloak, angled in for a karate chop to the fire clone's neck. He did not pay attention to the other girls for the moment; right now, his target was the one in front of him. How can you be gutting the real Suki if you're in the middle of a karate chop after using the knife to parry the katana...? ))

{ After a very quick skimming of the relevant posts, I have to side with Tenchi on this one. (Shocking, I know.) If he had simply called one a clone and the other real in this instance, it's highly likely that someone would in fact react accordingly. Assuming that one was the clone and the other was real is on you Greg.
As for the legitimacy of "Left Suki and Right Suki", as I look at it, all evidence suggests this was the plan from the beginning. If it's obvious the person is just hiding behind the good old "But it was a clone!" tactic, by all means, crack down. If it's obviously just a distraction as clones are intended to be however, I see no problem with it.
The one who charged directly was real. The one from the side the clone. Following that, please continue. }

(In the interest of allowing you to progress with your mission, I will allow this to stand, seeing as it has been eight days and Tenchi has still not edited his post as he should have. However, to anyone reading this, know that Tenchi's form of posting is something that is not tolerated in POTS, being an easy to use and difficult to disprove form of godmodding. In addition, the way Tenchi used his genjutsu, without a string of handseals to mold the chakra, is entirely wrong, and therefore is invalidated. To anyone reading these posts, please do not imitate this style of posting, or you will be Ougouned for Godmodding.) The egnimatic man's confusion was obvious when suki crafted a single handseal in his face, holding it there as if it was supposed to do anything. As his chop connected with the girls collarbone, he aimed his next strike as a kill-or tried to, for a sudden burning sensation ran down his arm, causing him to drop his knife. Another girl had now entered the fray, her fingers extended as if poking him in the shoulder, but from those fingers came a burning sensation the likes of which the man had never experienced. Taking hold of her wrist, the man shoved her away from him, not possessing the strength to throw her, but nob before being struck once again on the same arm. The pain spiderwebbing across him, he gripped at his shoulder momentarily in a sudden bout of weakness, before gritting his teeth through the pain and facing the new challenger, daring her to move against him again.

((This comes after a Mod already approves and the crew discussion about the topic has already leaned in favor of using the form of using non-definite labels for a clone the real. Seriously? _-_ As far as I remember, no one but you told me to change my post, to which I gave you the reasons and explanations, to which you either didn't understand or chose to ignore and chose to repeat yourself, to which I had to repeat myself, to which you ignored again, so I ignored you. I was planning on asking Blue his thoughts on the matter, but got called in to work tonight and never got the chance -_- On the note of handsign string or single handsign, no where in the description does it say Handsign String, only the single handsign. And as I've stated before via PM (I still have them if anyone is interested), Ninjutsu = String, Genjutsu = Single medium INCORRECT (Handsign, eye contact, particular sound, etc), Taijutsu = Body medium. And as for Godmodding, you choose to completely ignore the genjutsu NUR style, even after a mod posts in the same forum that I was correct in the way I posted. INCORRECT EITHER WAY, on with the show >< )) 月Suki 女 Moon Maiden

Suki laid on the ground, motionless. Her breathes were normal, oddly enough, but the only thing that moved was her stomach, growing and shrinking in suite with her breathes. Their advantage was still their numbers, and their opponent's slow exhaustion. It was up to Hiniko to fend for herself for now.

 Hiniko was grabbed and shoved backwards. She wasn't shoved far. She gritted her teeth as her comrade was almost disabled and lay on the floor now. The other girl made no move to help and so it was all on hiniko now. She could tell that the mans arm and shoulder was in pain, she could work that to her advantage. She was unsure of how well he could work that arm though. He turned to face her and hiniko didn't stop. She stepped in to start attacking again spinning so as to hopefully confuse him as to where she was striking. untill the last minute when she aimed for just below his rib cage hoping if her palm connected, then the pain on his hurt side of the body would spread and give her more time. Her other hand was ready to defend.

As soon as the man dropped his knife, Naiten activated the Hiku seal that she had written on the palm of her right hand just before reporting for the mission. Having been inscribed with metal, it pulled on the knife as it continued to clatter on the ground. To anyone who wasn't paying attention, it would seem as if the knife had simply happened to clatter far out of the bandit's reach by chance rather than having been pulled on by some force. Before things would get too suspicious, and thus destroy Nai's henge trick, the girl stopped the pull. However, it was enough. The bandit wouldn't be able to pick it up without having to travel several feet before he was even in reach of the dagger. As the fight progressed, Nai flicked her wrist quickly. The action was practically unnoticeable, especially at the distance she was from the attacker, and did the trick of moving the kunai she had hidden on the outer side of her arm to the inner side of her arm. In short, she could now easily slide the kunai into her hand and then throw it at the man as either a distraction or an attack should Hiniko start struggling. It was cowardly, yes the girl knew that all of her movements were cowardly, but it was the best thing she could think of and so she didn't care. It wasn't like she could risk leaving the client open to being taken hostage. Chakra Points: 15/25 Kunai: 14/15 Makibishi: 10/10 Shuriken: 18/20 Exploding Smoke Grenade: 4/5 Flash Bomb: 5/5 Steel Wire: 7 meters/7 meters (OOC: In case anyone doubts me, a link to when Nai wrote the seals on herself. Oh, and while I'm at it. Sorry for my rpc being so useless gonk .)

 Ignoring the red-haired girl on the ground for now, the man charged as this new, pupil-less girl stepped in to attack, leading with his left shoulder to protect his injured right. He did not even notice his knife skating along the ground as he brought his leg up, his shin connecting with the girl's attacking wrist as he attempted to push her arm away, forcing her to continue the spin she had placed herself in. Whatever this girl's power was, it had to to with the tips of her fingers, and he wasn't about to make the same mistake twice. He gritted his teeth as a wave of pain washed over his arm and shoulder, the sudden movements of his taijutsu doing nothing to allow his arm time for recovery.
