Now free for the moment, Matt decided to try some offense for a change! With that, Matt attempted to kick Brandon in the gut to double him over. If it connected, then matt would try and DDT Brandon onto the concrete floor!

The DDT on Brandon connects, sending him headfirst into the concrete. The sound is sickening as it open's Brandon's skull up. If this were falls count anywhere, Draven could easily pick up the pin and the win. But this is xtreme rules, so he's aware that he has to get back to the ring...
Draven drags the semi-conscious Damone back into the crowd, throwing a couple of blows to the opened up skull along the way. But right before they get to the barrier, the youngest of the Damones manages to make a comeback- giving in to the primal instinct that's won his brothers and his sister many championships. He throws a couple of shots to the chest and stomach, backing Matt up a bit before attempting a running headscissor takedown which hurls Matt over the security wall. Trying to get back into this match, Brandon climbs the wall and waits on Matt to stand as he handed a chair on request by a fan....
When the dazed Draven turns around, he's nailed a with a flying shoulderblock aided by a steel chair which sends him into the steel ringpost! Brandon's down as well, trying to recuperate after the offense. It's not as bad as doing it from the top rope to the outside, but when you're seeing your own blood- it makes you do desperate things...
But this fight is even as Matt reveals a gash in the center of his forehead as well. Loud chants ring through the arena as these two eventually get up. Brandon rushes Matt, Matt does the same. This thing has broken down into a fistfight up the ramp. During the course of this bloodbath, EMTs are waiting to see who needs the ambulance more. So there's a stretcher waiting...
Draven misses a swing and pays for it by having his head bounced off of one of the metal posts holding the screen up, which is followed up by the Impaler DDT. But this isn't enough for Damone, he has to prove his dominance and his worth. He makes the ascension...up the jumbotron...

Brandon looks down at the downed Draven and then out at the crowd who are shouting for the Damone to use the Consult, a move reserved for when all other options have been exhausted. Brandon takes the plunge...
But he's taken too much time! Draven rolls out of the way, forcing Damone to meet solid steel with a sickening thud. And from that high up, he is out of it! But the question that rolls through Draven's head is: how does he get Brandon back down to the ring without letting him recover?
Then he looks over at the stretcher, going over to it and rolling it to the fallen Brandon, hoisting him onto it and pushing it back toward the ring as he pulls Brandon up and rolls him into the ring. But Matt doesn't go back into the ring. Instead, he fumbles around under the ring and pulls out a 40 ft. ladder! After setting it up, Matt musters the strength he needs to climb it and immediately takes his Final Plunge from outside into the ring. But it hurts too much to follow up for the cover, so Draven simply places his hand on Brandon's chest.
The referee slides over to the two, slapping the mat once...
Twice...
And three times, ringing the bell afterwards. The timekeeper hands the ref the title before handing it over to the new Intercontinental Champion...
