Because I had NO idea that I'd won a slot, so I couldn't have if I was supposed to, and I never got any PMs about her being finished. ;__; I had no idea she was picked, or was even being entered yet, and... I'll be really sad if I could've gotten a Soq but didn't because I didn't know. :<
