It would cause tension between players, yeah, but that won't be anything new. In character fights in a guild like this will always be plagued by out of character arguments, because you guys don't have a reasonable system of play. The "anything goes" mentality is a problem that no one has addressed yet.

--Unrelated---
My character Emm is currently undergoing a major change in her childhood happening in another guild... I didn't figure her past would change as much of her as it has so I may need to literally rip her from her current placement..
Shall I delete her classroom?

i dont think you have to, but if you character changes you could change the discription to fit her hew personality.
as for the other topics mentioned i dont really mind, im just trying to find out what members would like, so if you guys do like the after school idea's do you have any suggestions for what they could be. i know the usual"football, soccor, arts, music, cross country running etc" but is there anything different that you guys can think of that might be fun.^_^

How about instead of posting a bunch of random clubs, you simply post a bulletin board topic inside of the school. On the board, post a memo to the student body from the Headmistress. In the memo, inform the students that recent changes have opened up funding to start a few after-school clubs, and that they must simply come in to see the Headmistress to talk about getting their club set up.
This method solves the problem of socialization, and encourages role play. It also saves you the guess work involved in posting a bunch of topics you HOPE people will use.
When they come in to sign up, you can either have them post a description of the club in a new subforum, or do it yourself. I suggest you use the clan/pack subforum and re-name it, as that has been identified as a bad idea.

okay, the idea seems well thought out and i dont see any problems with it so that will be how the clubs are set up.

My ideas are always well thought outXD
On another note, if someone posts a topic that involves a large number of NPCs, say, the thugs and citizens of a large city, perhaps they should play those NPCs for characters who come into that area, so that no one get's stuck in a city because no one's posting for the area around them*coughcough*

i guess so, but we could post that in the jobs section eg"gangs and citizens of hikari" so that instead of different people continuosly posting different scenes we have one person for each.
on a different topic, i was wondering whether to make an entire sub-forum dedicated to profiles, just to make editing and finding peoples characters easier, any opinions on that thought?

I was actually taking a little jab at you, as you're the one who posted the NPCsXD
That's actually a good idea. You should also add a character topic for school staff{non-educational} and for non-school oriented characters, such as those in the city itself.

<> ya that would be a good idea so a subforum for: female students profiles male students profiles non-teaching staff city workers.
i think that covers everything, either that or make non-teaching just school staff and put all staff< in the one forum.

Not city workers, that's far too limited. What you should post would be;
Student profiles male Student profiles female General school staff profiles male General school staff profiles female Teachers male Teachers female Non-school profiles male Non-school profiles female
