Aug. 20, 2010 I'm loving me my Chase right now. To refresh your memory Chase is a character from my Great Jedi Pruges RP (we're still in the Clone Wars). He's apprentice to a Knight named Aiden and friends with two other Padawan's, Sage and Kaia. He's also friends with Sage's master, a flirtation Zeltron named Kelmara who he's seen naked.
Anyway, so Sage is asking Chase to do a favor for him so he takes out his lightsaber and burns him arm. She's freaking out because he just intentionally hurt himself, but he thinks she just wants a worst wound. So he reaches for his lightsaber again. Sage slaps his hand and he responds, "Oh, you want to hurt me. Okay, give me your best punch!"
So then Sage is freaking out, and remember, she's deaf, so she's trying to mine him how ridicualous he's being, but he think she wants him to fly a starfight into the Jedi Temple's medical wing. Luckly this is too crazy for even Chase.
Ah! I love him! Even though he's an RP character, I think I'm going to create him a journal.

Aug 21, 2010 I started Puring the Darkness (my Star Wars fanfic) again. I delete a chuck of the sequel and started of the plot of it. Don't worry, it's saved in another place (never permenatly delete something) but this story is taking a different route, at least for the time being. I'm going to center the begining of this story around the birth of Jacen, Jania, and Anakin Solo, and also the relationship of Mara and Luke, becasue it so different in my story than it is in EU.
I've also created a Soap Opera in SW Universe call the Young and Forceless. Here a a few gems I've written tonight.
[Mara] entered the room and looked at the holovid that Han seemed to be so interested in. It was one of those stupid mindless holodramas that destroyed the cell brains. She rolled her eyes and brought her attention back to Leia.
...
Luke wandered into the room and sat on the couch next to the Han. “The Young and Forceless?” Luke asked.
“Yep.”
“Oh, this is the episode where Kammie finds out that Darth Hideous is her father and Josh is the father of her baby?”
“What? But Kammie and Todd are engaged.”
“Not anymore,” Luke said smugly.
The girls looked on to their men and slowly backed out of the room. The door closed in front of them the slowly turned their heads to each other in utter confusion and shock.
I'm going to add later a little part where we discovered Anakin Skywalker is also very interested in this show. Perhaps Master Yoda can join in on the fun too.
Ah, fanfic are more fun when everthing seems to be going wacko. mrgreen

Aug. 22, 2010 I know it's only the wee hours of the morning but I thought I'd let you all know that I'm planning on starting a new fanfic called the Young and the Forceless (title subject to change). It will be a Star Wars parady fanfic and also character favorite.
Any ideas you got are welcomed, I want this to be completly absurd and insane, you know, like a real soap opera. I'm even willing to venture into crack fic land (I love me my crack fics dramallama )
So far I have my characters, Kammie, Darth Hideous, Josh and Todd. All names, except Darth Hideous, are subject to change.
Also I'm updating to tell you that I may not be updating for a week, though I will be getting a ton of writing done. I'm leaving for the camp ground today and I have no idea if they have internet. If they do I'll probably update again tonight, if not...see you in a week.
... So we set up camp and stuff and the campsite does have WiFi, but its' really sucky it takes about 5 minuets to load a page.
I started writing that foolish parady fanfic. I changed Kammie's name to Lucia Cloudskipper, Josh to Eric Piano, and Todd is now Todd Choir. I've actually written about 2000 words today between my three stories. Purging the Darkness is almost caught up to where it was when I deleted a ton of words, but the plot is deffaintly being pushed forward now more than before. It's always gotten a bit wacky again, mainly because Leia is pregnant and told Anakin and then he told everyone with his big mouth the news. The rumor is she's pregnant with Siamese quintuplets and only two of them are Han's. blaugh

Aug. 23, 2010 So I'm working on three stories at one right now, two fanfics (that are both AU and exsit in the same universe as each other, so really they're a twofer) and my novella. I just finished chapter three and things are started to turn around. I know I'm going to have to do a ton of editing but, but I have a good feelings.
It seems that working on multiple projects really is good for me. When I get bored I just move onto another one and until it makes full circle. Different days I write different amounts on each one, but every day I at least look at all three. Chances are I'll have some inspiration to write at least one of them. So it kind of gives me the whole I only write when I'm in the mood while still writing consitently. I've written 2,000 words a day the last two days, even though it wasn't just for one project. Yesterday I wrote over 1500 on Purges and today I wrote ovver 1500 on the Forceless.
I've also decided on my NaNo idea. It was kind of inspired by the Forceless and that feminism discussion we are having in the forum. Bascially it'll be a satire/parady of woman and how they are potrayed in the media. That's all I know for now, but I'll be working on it over the next two months.

I don't know how I reminded you have that. blaugh
But yeah, I love this guild. I like to talk and go off on a tangent, and people around me get upset when I do that so I guess this gives me an outlet (I can see the appeal for blogs now). I like being in a writing community. I haven't really been in one, were everything is about writing, since NaNo. Speaking of NaNo; eh! Only 68 more days! biggrin

I think NaNo is more effective if you are doing it with a group. I got together with the Rhode Island group last year, and even though I was only able to make it to two meetings it really was a great environment. But really, what's more epic than turning out 50,000 words in just 30 days? It really shows you have with a little time management you can pull off something you'd think is impossible. And tehn when you do it with a group of friends, even new freinds whom you just met through your mutual love of writing, well, not even epic can describe that feeling.

Aug, 25, 2010 So don't feel like writing today. I'm so tired and I just want to sleep. My eyes hurt, my head hurts, and my tummy hurts. I was sick last night, woke both my parents up. I kicked my dad out of out of his bed, out of the trailor actually. He came back with some medicine about two hours later. [sarcasm]I love camping in the middle of nowhere the there are no 24 hour stores nearby[/sarcasm]...crap, I'm going to school in the middle of nowhere. sad
Meh, I'm going to bed.

Sept. 1, 2010 Sorry I haven't posted in forever (okay, a week blaugh ). I brought my friend out to the camp site and she made me go hiking and kayak instead of letting me go on line. In fact, I didn't even get time to write.
Band camp is this week and I have no time so I'm still not getting any writing done. I'm starting to question weather or not I can do NaNoWriMo. I know this is only band camp and I'll have a lot more free time once school starts, but I was talking to this girl who use to do it and she says she hasn't done it since she started college.
But band camp is really amazing. I know that has nothing to do with writing, but whatever. Monday we did a small music rehersal, but that was really music rehersal so we didn't get muchd one. Yesterday they taught us newbies how their marching drill instruction and it's so different from my high school and I was so lost stressed Today we learend pregame,a nd it's so cool because we spell out URI. Tomorrow we are going to learn one of our four half times shows.
We have a different theme everday (bule and white day, pajama day, ect) Friday is where our sections come up with our own themes and my section is going to dress up as the Brown University marching (YouTube it, it's hilerious).
Anyway, i know if I really wanted to write I could always write during my dinner and lunch breaks, but I'm haivng fun hanging out with new friends, meeting people. I'm a commited writer, but I really would much rather focus on a social life while in college than my writing. I know that doesn't sound like me, I want to be a writer. But I have years to become a writer, I'm only going to be in college once. I want to have fun. Honestly, having fun, a social life, is more important than my writing. THat's not tos ay I'm bot craving to get back to my writing. blaugh
Okay, I'm going to pass out. This band camp is so intense and I'm so tired. Oh, and I have a twisted ankle, but it's slowly healing, though the whole marching thing is helping. stressed
Night!

Sept. 6, 2010 I really don't have any time to write now that I'm in college. My dormmates moved in on Sunday. The guys next door play their epic sound system until way paast 3 in the morning. They better cut it out once classes start or I'm so reporting them. I was laying in bed last night and I could feel the vibrations. I don't can if they play it during the day, but I need at least some sleep.
Hopefully once classes start I'll get into a rotuine and I'll be able to schedule in some writing time. I sighed up fro the school newspaper I got some information on some creative writing group, so those should be fun.
So I've decided to drop one of my English classes and add on two more band classes. I've haven't offically done it yet, but I can't find my advisor or my band director.
I'm trying to find a little writing time, but I also need social life time. Luckily a lot of my new friends are in my dorm, in fact the room we hang out in is across the hall, but I really don't have enough time in a week. And don't even get me started on a job!
So yeah, i haven't written a lot lately. I got some time right now, but I kind of want to hang out with some friends. Seriously, though, once classes start I'll set aside little time each week just to write (and set aside another time to study, because that's why I'm here, right?)
So that's it for now. blaugh Yay college life!

Welll as long as you enjoy college! Those guys better cut out the music. You shouldn't be spending all those thousands to only develop a sleeping disorder!

Lol! They're really nice, though. It's the boys across from them that are the tools. In fact, one of them is the whole tool store. I call him Home Depot. rofl But classes start tomorrow so if the music is loud I'm not going to hesitate to go over there and ask them to turn it down. They probably will because a) they are nice and we kind of got a semi friendship going (we're hallmates biggrin ) and b) they wouldn't want me to report them to the RA. One of them already has a noise citation (although the RA went easy on him, he was actually drunk. He's lucky he didn't get a alcohol citation, much worst consiquences).

Sept. 12, 2010 So I joined the school newspaper. My article is due Monday and will be printed for Tuesday. It's on a new laundry servies at my school where you pay them to do their laundry. I went there Friday to interview them, but they are only open Monday, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, so I have to go back again tomorrow. I guess that means I'll have to write my article once I get to the office (which is what they encourage, so I'm good).
What's good is that I haven't written in a few weeks and now I'm craving it. I think my best days for writing, though, is going to be Tuesdays, since I only have two classes. Also the weekend, but I went home this weekend so I really didn't get much done other than sleeping. blaugh
Last night I RPed with Jen...until my comptuer died. crying Now my brother is pacing the livingroom telling me how I need to post on his RP. And all his plans, and blah, blah, blah.
Okay, so I need to get some stuff done before I get back to school, so I'm going to wrap this up. What do i need to get done? Study for biology, practice for my audition on Tuesday (and my clarinet is squeaking like crazy!), go to the local music shop and buy supplies to hopefully fix said clarinet, try not to murder my brother before I leave (he's driving me nuts!), etc. Maybe if I'll lucky I will get some writing done today. Byes!
