Even though Yuki stayed silent in her mind she was sighing in relief that Senente was doing alright and what Raiku had said to her was true, it was only an accident and things like that happen, counting back thats three people saying the same thing to her, Senente, Everest, and Raiku so it was a fact and she was starting to realize it but was still being guilt she ever got injured in the first place."Sensen.......I'm really sorry I know it was an accident but I'm still sorry it happened." Senente looked at Yuki's face and took her hand to the bandage then brushed her bang revealing the stitching on her headband and was looking a little confused,"Yeah I almost got into a fight with Nasagah again but I didnt hit him and put him down remembering what you said to me before but he decided to turn on me and tried to slash me a few times and caught my cheek and broke my head.....but i was really lucky my bangs hid my moon from everyone." Yuki felt a little better she was talking to Senente in a calmer tone then yelling or rebelling against her but remembered what Raiku had told her that there might be a lecture but at this point she didnt care. "Oh and Sensen.....for the assignment......I was only ably to write two pages of work since I knew a couple of them since I started school but I did my best and for shudiken practice I promise to get better even if I have to train harder and longer." Raiku came from behind Yuki and picked her up from the waist lifting her to his height,"Alright you.....I think Senente gets the point I dont think shes the one who needs the lecture, you do....why dont you rest on my sholder for a bit it's been a hectic day." Yuki nodded and suggled in his arms and rested her eyes, it was there it seemed like the bond between the two wasn't as scattered as before....more like a bond between a father and his daughter,"Yeah its been hard on both of you all Yuki talked about was how it was her fault but I tried to tell her it was just an accident and she started crying more......I think this is what the girls have been missing especially Yuki." Raiku had the thought and slightly with Senente that the reason for Yuki's behavior was because the lack of parental guidence and not being taught enough was the possible cause. However......they believed that they found the cause and were about to do as much as they can to fill the gap, the visit lasted long Raiku talked to Senente and held Yuki as she fell asleep in his arms feeling a litle better she knew it was an accident.

After the first day the new adjustments to the house while Senente recovered seemed to have been working, Raiku was in charge as the girls listened to everything he asked like
small things around the house to tending with the pokemon. school was a little different for Yuki with a substitute teacher in her class she paid attention a little bit but it wasnt the
same without Senente shouting out to her when she dazed out, after school sometimes she would wander in town while Everest left home looking what was around but the following afternoon she was going to beat paths with a particulally oblivious person.

The bell ran for dismissal for the day Yuki was bummed out nearly failing the sudden pop quiz she never studied for a walk around town would be a nice thing to take off the stean,
she walked near the alleyway but gasped as she saw Nasagah and his friend,"Well well well.....looks like fox girl is prowling alone away from sensei....grab her!" They came at her and she turned and booked it, not wanting to get into it again she ran with them on her heel,"Everyday with this?!.....dont they take breaks or something." Yuki saw a corner coming by and decided to turn sharp....she lost them,"That was close.....too close." she went to sprint off till she bumped into someone and the two fell to the ground.


"Oh my gosh! I'm so sorrieeeeeee-" she was picked up by the back of her top and she looked into the boy's face, he was an odd looking guy very blonde hair and whisker marks just
like Raiku had and was wearing lots of orange, she tilted her head as he examined her spinning her from side to side like she was some sort of precious stone,"Whats with the
marks....what are ya a fox girl?......odd little marks." He put her down lifting her arms looking at every part of her in curiousity,"Hey hands off me I'm not some pet or something.....but still I didnt mean to bump into you mister." "Mister? whoa whoa I'm not some uptight like them up there." he pointed up to a tower that must of been where the
government was,"Say your kinda cool looking whatcha name kid?"


Yuki knew she wasnt suppose to talk to stanger but by this time she needed to try and get along with people if she didnt wanted to be hated,"Oh um my name is Yuki....um just Yuki...." He smiled liked he never heared that name before,"Yuki huh?......say why dont you come with me to the noodle shop its not too far and they make good ramen." Yuki was a bit confused and she knew that she had to be home but curiousity got the best of her,"Ramen?.....whats that?"



He was laughing at her till tears were in his eyes,"Oh jeez girl you really have to come now c'mon hop on." He listed her on his back and hits himself,"Where are my manners I'm Naruto by the way....Naruto Uzamaki lets go new buddy." "Buddy?.....like.....a friend?" Yuki asked confused, it was the first time she heared it but somehow she was trusting him. He lifted into the air in high speed as she rode on his back and the two finally made it there,"Ah Uzumaki back again....oh! and I see you brought a little friend with you let me guess two of the usual for ya?" "Ha you know me too well yep one for me and Yuki here
shes never had ramen before." "Well then she'll love it then." The cook starts it up as the
two talk more of each other and as soon as its served they eat, he easily starts eating while Yuki watched him for a minute and mimic what he did and actually liked the noodles. Both of them ate it up all the way down to the broth and headed back to the peir so Yuki could go home,"Well I better get home.....Raiku and Sensen will wonder where I was and....yeah...I have to go." Naruto smiled at her patting her shoulder,"Well then....nice to meet ya Yuki I hope to see you tomarrow what do ya say." he lifted his pinky to her and she looked smiling,"Ok, after I get out of school I'll play with you again....I promise." Yuki curled her pinly with his in a promise and boarded onto the boat
back home, she looked back and waved to her new friend.

Yuki saw Senente trying to pick up Togepi but being restrained to couch it wasnt easy, seeing her struggle she picked it up hearing him chirp away and he jumps to Senente who smile happily at the little egg pokemon. "Yuki.....come on its time to eat something I think you'll like it." Raiku called her from the dining room and brought some dumplings in for Senente, afterwards Yuki decided to clean up from dinner which wasnt her most favorite thing to do but today with realizing she had a friend spiked her into a better mood. Yuki went to the bathroom as Everest rushed in as well when Raiku warmed up
the water for both of them to bathe,"Now girls....no soap throwing like last time and the water is hot so no longer then fifteen minutes got it?" they both nod yes and jumped in together as he closed the door, they washed up and started to have a splash fight bubbles floating everywhere even outside the open window and saw little dots glowing outside but saw a large glow coming close,"Thats pretty big for a firefly yuki.....a
pokemon?" Everest looked up as Yuki did as well looking to see the glow till they were face to face with a Illumise, several of them and Volbeat were outside humming and glowing in the night and just as it turned away it kissed both of them on the cheek and flew gently away.


They both start laughing and Raiku knew it was time to come out but they both splash him as he open the door and dived back into the water feeling a little embarrassed but were laughing under the water. After a story Raiku sent off Everest to bed while Yuki learned a few new herbs to catch up in class from Senente in the livingroom,"I think thats enough time for herbs for one night off to bed you have school tomarrow." Yuki rushes into her room and dives into her bed till she heared Tokepi following her into her room,"No Tokepi this is my room I'm going to bed....good night." Tokepi's eyes widen with tears feeling lonely and Yuki gave in and let it iside to sleep with her.


She was about to go to bed till she heared the phone rang, Raiku answered and was telling the person Yuki was already in bed but on the other line they really wanted to speak with her real quick,"Yuki, you have a phone call its Naruto.....make it quick you should be in bed young lady." Yuki took the phone,"Hello?" "Hey yuki! whats up my new little buddy hey I wanted to know if you would like to come out to the city at night....I can show you all the cool places." "I dont know Naruto I have school tomarrow and I'm not suppose to be out past seven and its nine now..." "Aw come on it'll be fun trust me, meet me at the schoolyard at ten I'll wait for ya." Yuki said yes and hung up the phone giving it to Raiku and saying goodnight.


She fake slept till the house was quiet and slipped into her close and was out the window, she looked around for Latias and saw her,"Latias I need you to take me across the water for me I'll have a way back." "La, la laaa!" Yuki covered Latia's mouth shushing and headed to the pier. Latias grabbed Yuki on her back and took off across the water Yuki was afraid at first but knew she was in good hands. "Thanks Latias....dont wake up Sensen I'll be back soon dont worry." she headed to the schoolyard where naruto was waiting for her,"Hey you ready for a noodle stop?....I'll even let you get the deluxe bowl this time." Yuki was excited,"Thats sounds awsome I even have some money of my own too see?" she took out a Marill shaped wallet inside full of coins she have saved." "Awsome we can even go to the sweet shop if you want sounds good?" she nods a yes and the two were off."

The morning sun creeped into Yuki's window and she growled knowing she had to get up for school, she rolled into her blanket till she heared the door open,"Yuki get up or your gonna be late for school, rise and shine." she peeked out of the blanket and went back in growling at Raiku. He came in and nudge her and not getting anything but louder growling started to shake her,"C'mon Yuki this isnt funny....WAKE UP!!!....NOW!!!!." Unable to get her up he yanked her blanket off but dragged her since her fingernails were latched to the blanket,"Up and atom sweet cheeks breakfest is ready....come on down." Yuki finally got around grabbed a quick bite and headed off,she listened on to the lecture which was mainly review,"I hate hearing the same thing again and again and again......such a pain in the-" "Is there a prolem miss Yuki?" the sub barked out scaring her back to reality,"Um no!...nothings wrong I was off topic sorry." the class started to laugh at her and she lowered under her desk red blushing on her cheeks. The rest of the time Yuki played with bits of paper acting like she was listening but really she was bored out of her till she awoke to a paperball hitting her in the head. Looking a few kids down Nasagah was looking at her to read the paper, uncrinkling it there was some writing,"Lets settle this score once and for all me and you after class in the old clearing.....you better be there fox girl or well get you later." yuki looked in fright but sensed it was a challenge and with the practice she was doing at home she thought she had the upper hand.


The bell rung and everyone all rushed out at once before the teacher asked for the day's assignment, looking around yuki was looking for Naruto but it was a bit early so she decided to go to the clearing and fight Nasagah and settle the score, a few minute go by and she sees him and his group,"Lets finish this fox girl....with this fight we will know who is stronger, you win I'll respect you....however if i win you shall be branded as fox girl and a disgrace." Nasagah was stern and to the point and Yuki accepted.

The two kids pulled off their pouches going hand to hand and as soon as they were at a stand off they lunged towards each other, he comes at her at a faster speed she never learned to do yet and comes at her punching straight in her stomach, she goes down coughing for air and he comes at her again picking her up by her ponytail slamming her to the ground. The fight goes on for about and hour and it looked more like one side was the better one, Yuki looks to him bleeding everywhere and she tried to keep her balance as much as she could, Nasagah looks to her in disgust,"Look at you.....still trying to stand and fight...pathetic!...just goe down!" He comes at her and turns behind her confusing her as she tries to take a weak punch he comes from the front and kicks her hard, she drags on ger feet and slams into trees spitting blood and falls staying still. The impact from the tree slammed her head and knocked her out cold, the group looks at her bloodied and bruised stiff body feeling no remorse,"That settles it....you lost the fight fox girl....lets get out of here." "But what about her?! shes hurt pretty bad Nasagah we cant just leave I think she needs to go to the hospital." "Nevermind that shes not our problem anymore just leave her here maybe if were lucky she'll die for all we care....she wasnt part of this city and none of us wanted her here....leave the fox freak." They look at each other in shock but run with him out of view leaving Yuki barely breathing.


Naruto waits in the schoolyard but is surprised Yuki hasnt came out,"Its been almost two hours where is she....maybe she got in trouble in class." he goes in and looks but sees noone and goes out to see Nasagah's group coming out of the woods and hears them,"Lets go before were seen fox girl isnt a problem anymore." Naruto was curious and was thinking they were talking about Yuki and her marks, he goes to where they ran out and looks around calling her name, having no luck he stops to look to the ground and sees blood,"Someone's hurt I better see if i can find them." following the blood spots he's taken near the clearing and see a small body and rushes over realizing he reconized the black and purple clothing.....he found Yuki. "Yuki hang on I'm coming....dont move." Naruto reaches her and holds her close,"Oh my god Yuki....how did this happen to you?" he wasnt getting a response from her and saw she had a gash on the back of the head and it was bleeding badly, his jacket was getting covered in her blood but carefully he picked her limp body and started to panic,"I better get her back to her guardians but they live away from the city and i dont think she'll....no! I'm taking her to the hospital she needs help...shes not even breathing!" Thinking quick he takes off with Yuki in his arms and rushed into town praying it wasnt too late and rushes into the hospital's door frantic,"She need help please!...she's bleeding from her head and everywhere else and not responsive help her!" A nurse takes Yuki and is taken back, Naruto looks on as shes taken back bloodstained himself he hope it wasnt too late and how would he break it to Raiku and Senente.

A few hours go by as Naruto waits paitiently for any news on Yuki but everytime a nurse comes out its a false alarm,"She's fighting for her life in there and it could of been prevented....I should of came earlier and she should of told me she was being bullied." he clenches his fist thinking the worse was going on. Another hour goes by and the doctor comes out removing his mask, Naruto gets up and goes up to him frantic,"Is she alright?......will Yuki be alright?! tell me please." he sighs and looks to him,"She was come and go for some time, poor little thing she was fighting for her life thats for sure.....Yuki had a severe concussion and lost almost half her blood,her legs were badly damaged so walking will be a challenge for her but Yuki is in stable condition but sadly she's in a slight coma but it should only last a few days a week tops......shes quite a little fighter and I'm glad you brought her in, a few more hours in the woods she probably wouldnt of made it." Naruto sighs in relief glad Yuki was still alive and was able to hang on with most of her blood spilling on his jacket,"Can i see her?.....I'm very worried please you gotta let me see her." he pleaded and the doctor nods,"You may see her for a few minutes...Yuki wont be able to see you or speak but I do believe she can hear you....make you visit short."

Naruto nods and follows the nurse to in intensive care unit to Yuki's room and goes inside to see her, she was asleep with several things attached to her from IVs to an oxygen mask it didnt even look like her for a moment but he sees her tiny body surrounded by machines but he smiled petting her hair,"Hey Yuki.....your a little fighter arnt ya? I'm glad your alright and dont worry you'll get better you'll just be sleeping for a few days or a week." He watches her sleep till a nurse calls him to go so she could rest, once he goes back to the waiting room to leave he sees Raiku a little panicked but Naruto calms him a bit and ensures him,"Doctors said she's in a coma right now, she suffered a concussion and she'll have problems walking from the damage to her legs but she should be awake in a week at the most but for now she's in the ICU and is come and go." Raiku sighs a little and pats Naruto on the shoulder,"I'm glad you found her when you did.....Senente is as well." Naruto smiles and the two sit down and wait to see when they could see Yuki again.

The two stayed there watching her as she slept, seeing her tiny bidy surrounded by the things that were keeping her alive was too much for Senente to handle, if she was there she could of stopped it from happenening but there wasnt much she could of done with herself injured as well. It was close to late afternoon and there was a knock on the door and a nurse came in,"I dont mean to disturb you but you have more visitors to see little Yuki." Senente and Raiku looked at each other in confusion till they came in, a masked gray haired man came in with two others, a pink haired girl in a red dress and a black haired boy in blue, Naruto come in holding a bouquet of red orchids. "I thought she would like them....I saw her picking some once and thought she liked these kind...Sakura picked them out." He goes by and places them in a vase by Yuki's bed, Senente knew well who these people were....it was Kakashi's squad Naruto, Sakura, and Saskue,"I see this is the little fox girl Naruto has been talking about,such a stong little thing for her age." Kakashi looks to Yuki and to Naruto,"I thought you didnt like being around little kids." "Nah shes cool, she looks like a little fox girl with those marks on her face and she almost has the same spunk." Sakura looks at him in annoyance"Naruto!.....she peobably thought you were some creep picking her up like a lost puppy and looking at her.....I'm surprised she liked you from the start." "Ah what do you know she liked me and looked like she wanted a friend so I became hers and her Senente made me her escort from school to the pier." "I'm surprised she did after all I would think you would lose her in a crowd easily." Saske sasses as Naruto looks at him but goes to yuki. Senente was looking at everyone in amazement that yuki would meet people like this and at her age as well, Kakashi nods to her,"You have quite a fighter your raising...once she's better I think she can meet us all"


The group excuse themselves except Naruto who stayed continuing to pet Yuki's hair wishing she would approve,"Hang in there Yuki i know you have been bullied but dont feel like your an outcast....I was treated the same way and you should be not be ashamed of who you are because your different believe it." He places his fingers around her tiny hand, they were slightly warm but knew she was still with them,"And as for you walking dont you worry when you wake up and all better I'll help you walk again me and the rest of my squad will help you walk and go back to normal you believe it Yuki!....thats a promise." Just as he finished he feels something on his fingers and looks down shocked, he saw Yuki grab hold of his fingers and nearly started to laugh with tears in his eyes glad that she heared everything he said to her and turned to Raiku and Senente,"Dont you two worry I mean everything I say and I wont let Yuki down."

Once Everest and Senente left Raiku and Naruto were left in Yuki's room,Raiku turned over to Yuki and rubbed her arm comforting himself,"I never knew the problem was this, she's been a little trouble maker for quite some time." He looks over to Naruto as he slightly snickered about and he continued,"Its all started with simple pranks around the classroom and at home and we showed disipline me using quite a painful one then soon she finally straightening up, however she went out on her own and was attacked by a Seviper and was poision, luckly we found her and took care of it.......now this......this is the worse of it." The two looked on to the sleeping Yuki wishing she would get better but their time was up for the day.

Two weeks passed slowly and she had failed to wake up from her coma but even with that everyone continued to come and see her Naruto coming in at 3:45 giving her new flowers or gifts from the squad and talking to her, each day she seemed to grab hold of his hand a little tighter each time giving a sign to him she was getting better. At the end of the week Naruto came by with the squad for a special day, each of them gave her something, Kakashi gave her a pendant with a cresant moon made from dark amethest,"I thought by the look of her headband it would be a symbol she liked." he says looking to her headband on the table. Sakura gave her a handmade doll resembling naruto which he looked at a little weirdly,"She likes to hang around you she can carry a mini version of you." Saskue was quiet but gave her a hairpiece designed with a cresant moon surrounded with decrotave beads." Kakashi looks to his squad happy,"I'm so glad you three are this little girl's friends.....its something she really needed."


It became later in the day and Raiku and the girls came seeing Naruto already there sitting next to Yuki. "Her grip is getting tighter everytime I talk to her" he smiled and pet her head some more, Senente have been a little upset not seeing Yuki running around the house or causing trouble, Raiku saw most of Senente's pain, "She hasnt really been the same with Yuki here, always looking at her empty desk and everytime before bed I see her at the door of Yuki's room watching a empty bed thinking Yuki was asleep there.....its been tough on her the most, we all have been feeling it." Naruto thought for awhile thinking how much she actually ment to everyone,"Dont worry she'll have all the friends she wants....everyone in my squad welcome her with open arms and are willing to help her with anything, after class she can hang out with us and we can help her with shudiken even with kunai......my first thing though I'll teach her to walk again.....like I promised." Naruto was about to say something but the room grew quiet as they heared a weak faint "Believe it." He turned and looked and was shocked and smiling....Yuki was slowly opening her eyes, he smiled happily as he started to see her little ruby red eyes,"She's waking up....Yuki is waking up guys....she is!"
