On the otherside of the two soul reapers a lightning bolt could be seen striking the ground, and if anyone knew anything about when lightning strikes a surface, it sends a pulsing shockwave through the ground and connects with things near it for so many yards, being that they weren't ready for it and the speed at which lightning travels [93K miles per second] they would only be temporarily crippled. As the light disappeared all within a few miliseconds, Akira appeared out of it. What had just occurred was Akira's advance stage of Shunpo, where he travels at the speed of lightning as if to travel in the lightning itself. When he appeared the sound of thunder with its ear ringing tone could be heard instantaniously. He looked on to Kumori and the two Shinigami that have so foolishly stumbled into their territory. Unknown to them, one of there allies was fighting the Fourth Espada in a nearby town.

Akira smirked as he levated his spiritual pressure as well causing the clouds that sat in the sky to be charged like a elecitrical storm. But, since he only let out a 16th of his power, the electricity charged in the snow as it fell was not strong enough to cause damage. "It would be wise for you to control your underling." He said with a smirk.

Just as the Lieutenant begun to dash around as if he was going to get somewhere with a destructive force like Kumori, unknowning that his blade wouldn't even be able to leave a scratch on the Cero's skin, Akira extended his hand as he said softly, "Hyogan Seiran". As he finished that phrase a massive wave of ice shot forth from Akira's hand. The shear size and force of the blast was rival only by that of a Gran Rey Cero from an high ranking espada would have been able to counter. Being that Tasusa was a few feet in front of Akira, she would be the first to feel the affect of the blast due to her Lieutenant's poor choice of attacking. The Speed at which this destructive spell travels was obviously in the High Ninthies to mid Ninthies makes it obvious that it was one of the highest Hado a Shinigami could use. It traveled at great speed that the Captain would have only a few seconds to clear the blast range as well as her Lieutenant, but being that her lieutenant was not of Captain Skill level, he probably wouldn't be able to avoid this attack nor would he have long to realize that it was coming with being distracted with Kumori and Kumori's body blocking the view of the inital attack taking place at that very moment. The attack charged onwards generating a frozen wasteland as it traveled through the air. Akira wasn't worried about Kumori as he knew, Kumori had enough speed to clear the path of the attack.

Hyōga Seiran (Glacier Vapor Storm) - A spell that fires a massive wave of ice capable of freezing its targets and surrounding area as well as destroying a group of Menos Grande through sheer power. It is also strong enough to go through Danku, which can block any Destructive spell numbered 89 or less. While both number and classification of this particular spell is not expressly stated, it is clearly a Destructive spell.
