I heard Nintendo hasnt lost any money in the console race. Microsoft has lost billions for every Xbox and Xbox360 sold(and Xbox was supposed to be the first console that would play PC games like a normal video game console). and Sony is getting sued so much and with UMD format getting ignored like the fat person at the prom, sony is losing money trying to hit Nintendo in the wallet.

Nintendo=powerful handheld market & innovative overall.

Microsoft=PC giant

Sony=piece of s**t electronics company made up of crooks.

well the obviousness of it all is that Nintendo Wii intends to include all persons into the Wii market. even if Nintendo does lose some cash, it'll be nothing compared to sony and microsoft losses.

thing about it, whatever losses Nintendo has, they'll make it all up either breaking even or make a profit.

sony's losses will be from lawsuits, and poor releases such as their support of UMD and their losses come from all sides, hardware, software, TVs, DVD players, CDs, DVDs, their lame PS3, and their lawsuits(as mentioned before) from getting sued by companies they stole from.

microsofts losses will be along the xbox lines as every console sold drops Microsoft ever lower to bankruptcy.

sony needs to hit that billion mark in order to start hitting rock bottom, and Microsoft has to get past the $10 billion mark to start facing serious trouble. they were taken to court about the immerson case with sony but microsoft paid up the other half of what was owed.

Nintendo is for sure either gonna be #1 or a close 2nd in the console wars, as sony is gonna hit even lower at a VERY distant 3rd.

still, Smash Bros beats the s**t out of Halo.

in other points, I think a number of people played sony because it was a piece of s**t, and so many people thought "oh a disc console! how cool!" but it proved to be s**t compared to the instant to near instant where it takes sony FOREVER to load. every time I had played a sony console at a friends place I saw the loading screen and I had to take a piss half way. by the time I came back there was a big game over screen and it pisses me off. with Nintendo, the logest I've had to wait for was in Day of Reckoning 2 for Gamecube because it took such advantage of the GC's superrior power compared to the PS2. that and Day of Reckoning 2 had been the second GC game to incorporate such high detail in it's CAW mode. the first actual game to use such high detail was Day of Reckoning for Gamecube, games after that on other consoles try to emulate the closeness but fall short. ^_^

it was so stupid how Namco was such a b***h by putting Soul Calibur 3 on PS2 instead of Gamecube! the Gamecube version of Soul Calibur 2 sold MORE than the ps2 version! the GC version of SC2 had the best ending of them all! and the ps2 version had the gayest ending. I checked FAQ's about the endings, I know the endings.

when I read Links ending(Gamecube version): wow... that is so awesome! and very in character. I picked the right version to have. ^__^

when I read Heihachi's ending(ps2 version): 0.o what the ******** is this? it was all just a ******** dream for him? what a ******** gay a** ending! it's so gay it makes Freeza from DBZ look straight! and Freeza is Queer-eye material!

when I read Spawns ending(xbox version): ........... well it kept in character for Spawn... kinda a lame ending... not as lame as Heihachi's ending though.

there was obviously some shady business involved! Nintendo deserves the exclusives! ALL the good exclusives! I'd point it out real quick in business! Nintendo doesnt lose money, so they're the smart ones in this run! you look at sony and microsoft and you'll see they lost a LOT of money, and why? because they dont know how to do the console gaming business! there's a fanbase for each, but they think it's enough. sony thinks a $600 console is plenty worth it. blue ray? wtf is blue ray?! sony online? seen it, hate it! wireless controller with a built in sensor? YOU BASTARDS ARE RIPPING OFF NINTENDO!! JUST DIE ALREADY SONY!!

so from what I gathered, the consoles are gonna be...

Nintendo Wii: should business pick up very quickly Nintendo may get on top of the console wars.

Xbox360: the early bird that is nipping the worm, they're close, they need to hit the 10,000,000 console mark before they can get a good foot hold.

PS3: the overpriced garbage heap that thinks it's name alone will sell. yeah right! like anyone smart would waste $500/$600 on a system thats trying to do EVERYTHING! ******** YOU SONY! GET THE ******** OUTA HERE YOU ARROGANT ******** a microsoft rep said that the two popular consoles would be Nintendo Wii and Xbox360, as one could get both for the price of a PS3. and that shows Microsoft is admitting they will have a fierce opponent in Nintendo.

in comparison of handhelds though, Nintendo DS and PSP.

the DS is simmilar to Motoko Kusanagi from Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex fame. if you didnt know "Major" kusanagi has a double brain that allows her to preform all sorts of tasks such as advanced combat techniques, and hacking into other peoples cyber brains. nicknamed as the Major, Motoko Kusanagi is very capable of verious tasks and such, and proves her resourcefullness countless times using puppet cyborg bodies to keep watch and isnt one to turn away from a friend in need.

the PSP is basically like Mae Young from WWE fame. if you didnt know, Mae Young was an elderly woman who you would expect to see knitting you a sweater when you're a small child, not as the elderly hag taking part in swimsuit competitions for young women and flashing crowds on Pay Per View events as big as the Royal Rumble, or giving birth to misscarriged human hands live on TV after being slammed though a table! Mae Young tries to act young and sexy when she's an old haggared drunk with no shame!

if Microsoft produced a handheld gaming machine it would basically be like a laptop, yeah it would be convenient, but it would be too large to be portable and better off plugged into a wall outlet to take full advantage of any features provided.

needless to say, Xbox360 is only gonna have a chance in two countries, America and a country where Japanese tech is unpopular.

Nintendo Wii is likely to crush sony into submission. I can see the Wii putting PS3 in it's proper place in the first year. as Japan is receptive to the Wii, Wii may actually hit it bigger in USA. razz
